RE: RE: R&D Tax Credit16 Mar 2023 12:02
I wonder if the new R&D tax credit rules will encourage some more JVs with small UK biotechs. I'm not sure how it works, but could a BP who would not be eligible for the tax credit, instead JV and run trials with a small company that is eligible, and effectively run said trials at a 27% discount?
If so, that would surely make UK biotechs quite attractive for foreign investment.
Good luck Professional and thank you for at least wishing LTHs well. I still have hope we can rise from the ashes, based on:
- Associate Director of Medical Affairs on big money
- NIH and NIHR saying "SNG001 merits further investigation"
- Passed two P2 trials and identified hope with the failed P3
- Risk/reward ratio IMO makes us worth a punt for BP
- Lack of quality therapeutics available for Covid and the like
- We would seem to fit the STRIVE criteria
- Rick Bright and others supporting SNG.
I could go on. This could be a dead duck but I'm a glass hall full guy, unlike our MrCosts, and would like to believe the silence is because they are working hard on whatever lies ahead.
