RNS update on big Velocirapror drill spud date. This is Canadian company so with all permit & equipment in place mr Mike Buck say expect RNS now.

Then all excitement of drill and does not matter if wildcat or not will attract lot of interest we know.

RNS on new licence with max 60 day tender close in Feb and we expect quick decision so RNS any day now.

LP important but everyone very confident will be soon. Think mr Bowley right would be good if company RNS next meeting but do not think will happen. CEO & Ambassador will just have private meeting but already in talks ALL confident LP given very soon.

Mr Master also right local meeting NEXT WEEK will give permission and clever one already taking position for this in background like mr Researchandhold say. I know because on dip could not even BUY 10K share for long times but get all top up share in 3 seperate BUYS. Why when price dip so think !)

Fair is fair, and while Wigster and myself somehow inexplicably missed such an important line from the AGM in our detailed notes, Graham heard it and other backed him up. But it hasn't happened.

MrCosts - if we get to the AGM with no news, I think it's fair to say it won't be a pleasant meeting. And yes, they will need to justify the salaries. I seem to recall the guy who heads the remuneration committee saying they looked at the average CEO salary for AIM companies. Well, that just isn't a good way to do it IMO.

Come on, master82. You're better than that. All investments are a risk, educated gambles if you like. It's about risk vs reward. I could lose 100%, but I reckon make more than 100% here. But it grates when the relentless rampers try to lull novice investors in by saying it's guaranteed when it most definitely isn't.

I am hopeful (more than 50%) that we'll get the LP, although not sure when, and that I'll make some good money here. But my point is that it is not guaranteed.

FWIW, I think it is more likely the LP lands than not. But I’m not convinced it will be in the coming days or weeks. Will be very happen to be proven wrong.

One final thing, though. £82k is a lot. But it’s all relative. Someone with a £10m portfolio might have taken what to them is a very small punt.
I once did a trade for someone wanting to buy Northern Rock. He was adamant it was oversold and put his life savings into it. We know how that ended.

Ghia - I’d argue that fierce defence has been needed because of such fierce attacks. Sure, some can get very happy clappy, but even those who just share articles in support of the science are relentlessly shot down. In addition, it is clear many investors never understood the risks if we failed the P3 trial.

As for RM and his comments, my best guess has always been that they were possibly tipped the wink on something, perhaps strive, but that things have progressed far more slowly than even they expected. An inordinate amount of time has passed now and the market has clearly given up hope. I still retain some, but it does appear there could be more waiting to be done.

Myself and Wigster never heard the comment from RM about being confident of a winter trial, but a few members on this board confirmed it was said. I don’t doubt that. And clearly he would have meant our winter. But it is what it is and clearly isn’t going to happen. My best guess is they were given a heads up, perhaps for something like strive, but it’s gone terribly slow, as it does in the pharma world. He shouldn’t have said anything.

But, as I’ve agreed with many times with Mr C, the comms is not good. Even if we land multiple trials pre AGM, I’ll be vehemently feeding this back to the company.
