Does anyone know how long it takes cabinet to approve such special requests that are of “national importance”?

iamrich - love the confidence, really I do, even if I think you are being over confident. No sarcasm at all intended and want you to be right... it’ll make me a moderately rich man if you are.

My best guess if LP does come, then it’ll be back end of May, possibly June. There’s a lot more pen pushing and Jiffy bag swapping to do yet.

Mani - tut tut, promoting one of your other investments on the SNG board! I don’t see how what HEMO are doing affects SNG and also using a pretty tenuous reason for mentioning it.

Blows my mind how long it takes to get the results. I mean, £millions potentially at stake here, surely they can examine some rocks a bit quicker than a few months?!

Master, don’t lower yourself to UWOS’s level (where I see yet more green boxes). I thought you said yourself this is a place to share information and help?

I’ve never professed to be an expert in Mongolian oil exploration and land permit law but assumed if you’ve been given the rights to explore in a certain area, the LP should cover the same area, albeit not trampling over someone’s farm etc.

I sincerely hope I am eating some humble pie over the coming weeks and that it’s not everyone else apologising for over confidence and that this was “guaranteed”.

Apologies for my ignoring, but WTF are they measuring up exactly? We have the agreement of what was ours to exploit, we found it, we know all the measurements of our land etc.

I’m no expert but I do know we had fantastic P2 results that sent the SP from 30p to 250p. We also got passed through on our ACTIV P2 trial when not many did.
Something went badly wrong with sprinter P3, the received wisdom being that SOC changed/improved dramatically and skewed the trial and results.

I reckon we still have enough there for SNG001 to be given another trial. Indeed, senior representatives of both the NIH and NIHR have said SNG001 “merits further investigation”. I’m inclined to listen more to the NIH than I am to AB4, Smartpunter, oj17 etc etc.

The bigger question/concern for me is will the ordinary PI get the chance to share the *potential* success/rewards in the future…?

Dudio - I piled in yesterday. My largest “top up” in terms of shares, but not monetary amount, due to the 8p SP. Dark days, I’m hoping the old chestnut that it’s always darkest before dawn turns out true.

It will either come good or it won’t. But my average reduced down by another 17p yesterday to the point where any positive news should see me back in the black.

Still a hopeful zealot but we really could do with some good news.

TheCondorMan - actually, I think most of us agree on the potential valuation of MATD. The debate is more around if/when we'll get the LP to be able to exploit the potential.

My own price target is 10p for starters on receiving LP, then we'll go from there.

Thornogson - and yet despite your feel good factor another week, month and quarter ends today with still no LP.

I also meant to thank you for this. As an investor who first jumped on this rollercoaster in the July 2021 raise, I am a bit shocked at just how much they have raised over the years.

Jan 2018 - Placing to raise $16m at 6.5p per share for drilling
June 2018 - Additional placing to raise $18m at 10p per share
July 2021 - Placing to raise $10m at 3.5p per share
Feb 2023 - Fund raise of $6m

Add on the $15m exit penalty/compensation from Shell and it totals $65m! With that outlay, they really need to start making some money of their own.

I’m looking on the BT and it’s 3.9/4.1p. T212 is wrong.

iamrich - you said you will get nervous if it goes beyond early April. That’s end of next week.

I hope we hear something soon. It’s quite ridiculous how long this is dragging on for.
