I’m no expert but I do know we had fantastic P2 results that sent the SP from 30p to 250p. We also got passed through on our ACTIV P2 trial when not many did.
Something went badly wrong with sprinter P3, the received wisdom being that SOC changed/improved dramatically and skewed the trial and results.
I reckon we still have enough there for SNG001 to be given another trial. Indeed, senior representatives of both the NIH and NIHR have said SNG001 “merits further investigation”. I’m inclined to listen more to the NIH than I am to AB4, Smartpunter, oj17 etc etc.
The bigger question/concern for me is will the ordinary PI get the chance to share the *potential* success/rewards in the future…?
