Dunk, I agree. In fact, one could argue that more phase 3 trials pass than not, and second time around we should make sure those protocols and end points are bullet proof, so by rights should exceed the previous £2.50ish high. Albeit, Covid is seen as less of an issue these days and could affect the ultimate potential value.

I really don't think TFG are topping up anymore. They've had ample chance to if they wanted.

Gunto - I've a similar outlook. I have averaged down considerably to the point where any news of a trial or the like should see me comfortably back in the black (although the mood towards SNG is so gloomy that Wigster might be right with his presumably sarcastic 10-12p!). It is likely at the point I would sell down/trade some shares and hold the rest. It's only IMO, but I wouldn't be surprised if SNG sold out to BP before the end of any P3 trial.

Anyway, the market has had its say today and it doesn't think much to the RNS.

Something can be important but not urgent. They have said it's being submitted as matter of national importance, NOT a matter of urgency, note: cabinet do not yet have it according to the RNS.
I'm no expert on Mongolian politics or their political system but we seem to have quite a few here who reckon they are(!) so perhaps they can enlighten me on how soon matters of national importance are decided upon in Mongolia?

I mean, some might say HS2 is a matter of national importance in the UK, but it can take months/years to debate such subjects in the house of commons.

The paperwork might have been drawn up, but it has NOT yet been passed to cabinet as far as I can see? And we do not know how long it might take for cabinet to approve, even though it is of national importance.

It's important to read the RNS very carefully. Overall, it's positive but there could still be a way to go yet.

As it stands, nothing has even been submitted.

Aspers - I wouldn't be surprised to see this creep up a bit more in the coming days with the RNS and positive expectations stoked once more. But if the LP doesn't arrive within the next few weeks, it would surely drift lower again.

It would have been nice if the RNS had given us a bit more of a clue about how long decisions that are "in the national interest" take to get through central government. Is it days, weeks, months?

As an aside, 12 green boxes (I only have one filtered!). It’s only 8.14am!… imagine if we ever do get THE RNS!

SP flat as a fart so far. That tells us all we need to know and what the market thinks of it all. TBH, I expected it to rise a little bit.

I do see it as a positive RNS. Who knows, SP might even go to 5p today. But hard facts are still that we do not have the LP. I said last night there’s plenty more pen pushing and Jiffy bags to be swapped yet. And that seems to be the case.
