We hit 12.5p two years ago in October 2021.

At that point we had not had any Mining licences issued.

We had no offtake agreement (we have 100% offtake now)

We had no project finance (we are 100% funded now by our JV partner)

We had Frayne in charge who was a hopeless communicator - Greg Martyr is a FAR better communicator and seems to be getting things done!

Mineral Sands prices have risen in that period improving the project economics (NPV)

So,compare 2.5p now to 12.5p back then where there have been great advancements in the intervening period?

Airborne - don’t forget we also have full 100% initial project phase funding @ $81m paid by our JV Partners LB Group (largest manufacturer of Ti02 products globally). This was announced AFTER the licence suspension so clearly our offtake partners were confident of a successful outcome too 😉

Whilst your caution is understandable I personally believe we have turned the corner. If you want proof look no further than the market reaction this morning. Tells you everything you need to know - follow the money is the old adage.

And it’s clear the SL authorities are making some big changes to address these issues. It’s in their own economic interests after all!

Total disconnect. Once the IML’s are reinstated which now looks a formality this is ridiculously undervalued.

Trading update is imminent now. I am expecting an Uber bullish report on trading. All sectors the company is operating in should be buoyant. The company is now, after many years of hard graft, R&D etc, in a super strong position to push on. The banning of HCP next year means Hardides technology is the way to go. An added bonus is the green revolution. HDD technology should be a winner there too.

Waiting for the rerate.

So, the guy responsible for the attempted illegal cancellation of CMET’s mining licence has been removed from office. Just waiting on the result of company’s appeal now which was submitted two weeks ago. Very positive and all moving in the right direction.

When that result is announced this will gap up - was 5p before the licence suspension PLUS we didn’t have the offtake and construction funding at that point!

Very light volume today. Doesn’t help our cause. Means MM’s can steer the direction as they choose. That said I don’t believe in any conspiracy we do have a continued drip drip seller.

Overall though you could say we are consolidating at a new much higher level.

Patience is going to be required. This is not going to happen overnight. Many will lose out through impatience. Some see what they think is a better term opportunity elsewhere.

I have to say it’s hard to get your head around the scale if this opportunity though. Am I the only one to think this is just too good to be true? The holy Mecca of buying opportunities.

Even if you use relatively modest sales on a conservative price, due to the shear size of the US market alone we are still undervalued at this price.

I am convinced that this will be bought out. Big Pharma have mountains of cash to spend on M&A. I’m sure they’re watching now and as soon as there is a sniff of this taking off the bids will come. It is the only logical conclusion to this situation. Ask yourself if you are a big Pharma/biotech company are you going to bother with a long term partnership for test manufacturing when your partner can only make 600k of them? It makes no sense. I’m sure it’s what OBD might prefer but it ain’t gonna happen.

And all we need to do now having taken our positions is to sit back and watch it all unfold.

A Tiny director sell and short term market sellers are just a minor distraction to the VERY big picture here.

PaulFG - good research work. One would hope that the new High Commissioner had a word in the ear of the relevant Sri Lankan officials regarding our outstanding licence issue? You know, suggest they might want to get it resolved in the interests of cordial relations?

Give him the benefit of the doubt re stupidity. It’s just another subtle but ill conceived attempt to sow a few seeds of doubt. 🥱Note the lack of objectivity. Purely vague and subjective.

Back to their bad old days? I hope not. Clearly the data stream from their provider was affected. We are missing a lot of trades from earlier and I’m not convinced they are all coming through now fwiw. So bid offer and mid prices may not be accurate either.

I can dummy sell 750k shares here @ 1.45p so MM’s def want our shares.

If you believe, as I do, that the IML’s will be reinstated in the short term then this is without doubt a multi bagger - short term. Prior to the licences being ‘suspended’ the shares were 5p.

Not just that but we did not have the offtake agreement from LB Group at that stage. This agreement includes them fully funding thd project construction to mining at a cost of $81m. For comparison the MC here is £4m.

Yep Tricky my maths based on £2.5bn revenue not MC lol. That would probably give a MC of £10 bn (conservative of course😂)

Tricky, taking your 25 million men taking the current PSA test in USA. If all 25 million switched to combined PSE/PSA test - and frankly why wouldn’t they as it’s better for everyone - and suppose a VERY conservative cost of each test £100 - that is £2.5bn in sales.

£2.5bn and that is conservative.

200k tests capacity is going to be nowhere near enough. Next big announcement is likely to be a tie up with a big biotech company to provide much larger lab test capacity (in the millions)

DugWalker - the economics in terms of cost savings to the NHS overwhelmingly favour the PSE test.

So it’s just a matter of time until it’s adopted by the NHS

Purely from a financial and profit standpoint it’s rather irrelevant though as the USA market is huge in comparison and PSE is now perfectly placed for mass adoption.

No brainer.
