Applebee - yes except that CMET have gone on record as stating that they have a very good working relationship with the body undertaking the review - BOI - and it is also worth stating that the BOI have a different role/agenda to the GSMB in that they are there to promote trade and inward investment into SL.

One other technical observation on the 6 month chart around the 4p level was previously a support level so this is now resistance and explains why we bounced off it. If we can break through 4p conclusively it looks v good.

F1 - reading what you said about the technicals i went and had a look. You are 100% correct.

SP has smashed clean through all DMA’s including the 200. Interestingly three previous times this year the SP bounced straight off the 200 but this time …. Knife through butter.

So yes fundamentally and technically very bullish.

Where do you get that from jolly? Nowhere have I read universally bad. My research indicates a largely satisfactory harvest though not spectacular (within five year average) The only crop which seems to below average is oilseed rape

Wynnstay have a number of strings to their agricultural bow so I’m moderately hopeful.

I reckon a very bad harvest is already in the price so for me the SP is good value.

As I was trying to explain earlier, if you wait till after the licenses issued, you will effectively lock yourself out and lose a lot of the profit you could’ve conceivably made. Hold off now and it’s an opportunity lost. Sell now as some are doing and you’ve sold yourself short.

Back up to (almost) 4p in the blink of an eye

As well as receiving the reinstatement of the prev illegally suspended licences I think the following would be appropriate:

1. The ‘old’ licences are reinstated with a long term duration minimum 10 years

2. Any subsequent licence applications in progress should be approved immediately

3. Financial compensation should be paid to the company by the relevant SL authorities in lieu of the delay of at least ONE year to the project and the subsequent cost to the company and its stakeholders.

4. Any other incentives that can be offered to assist the timely completion of the project

F1 - even better (re BOI) as CMET enjoy a good relationship with them. 👍🏻

The GSMB has a new guy just taken charge so I imagine he has to get his feet under the table and a lot of stuff in his intray to take care of that the previous incumbent didn’t deal with hint hint

When did Cash not matter? You can have all the resources you like in the ground but unless you have the cash to prove it up it means nothing. There is nothing in their latest statement to say that they will have a JORC resource at the end of their v limited programme.

And £430k is nothing.

I’m not saying this couldn’t be a good investment I’m saying it needs cash. A lot more cash.

Trading Update for year next month.

Paul - and you were correct to some degree which I agreed with the other day. But it was not a pump and dump - that is what I associate with purely ‘hot money’. There was substance behind the rise not mere speculation.

Oh and ‘when’ not if the licenses are reinstated😉
