I had a look at the so called factory pictures. Hilarious. Most of them are taking a picture of exactly the same one structure from a variety of angles. Hmmmm🤷‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤣

Tricky yes correct. The 2,050,500 added to the total shares in issue and the cash received circa £850k in the bank. It’s not like a placing though where the whole slug of money received in one go. They have a time period in which they can opt to exercise their options.

Deafening silence regarding a timeline for restarting operations. That is what the market is interested in, not Gilar. Every passing week makes a fundraising more likely.

Tricky yes and it’s actually cash INTO the coffers because the staff purchase the shares by exercising their option# and the proceeds go into the company bank account.

Good morning Tricky, I think we’ve had a persistent seller for a while now which I think has been backed up by a bit of short selling. These guys know how far to push it though and we are getting very close to a critical support level at around the 30/31p mark. That represents the 20DMA. We wouldn’t want to drop through that but I suspect we will see very strong support at that level (if it gets that low)

All very short term shenanigans imo. Stocks that have shot up v quickly in a short space of time are vulnerable to some short selling but it’s a dangerous game for them to play because this company is potentially full of more good news!

I think the biggie is formal confirmation announcement of JV/Offtake and Project Funding with LB Group. Don’t forget this is not yet in the bag so the market will discount it until it is. Once it is confirmed the overall project is hugely derisked.

It might just take a month or so of. sales of CIRT Tests to pay for the new Customer Services Bod!

Dug - this certainly is very encouraging. A very clear focus on commercialising their products now. This is not just an R&D company anymore. It is spawning into a hungry beast! Launch pad!

I’ve got a feeling we’re going to find out quite soon what kind of partnerships they’ve put together but they certainly appear to be the right ones - producing tests at scale.

I’m very happy that they are clearly moving at pace commercially. They fully appreciate that is the focus now.

I’m confident there will be a good reasonably regular newsflow. Two reasons. The first is that there is actually going to be a lot of activity in the next several months. But the second, and equally importantly, is that Greg Martyr is a good switched on communicator who realises the importance of engaging with shareholders. The same could not be said for the previous incumbent.

Certainly exciting times ahead.

If you think about it logically many are under the amount you would pay for commission on such a ‘trade’. Just think of it as MM book keeping which has no consequence other than disclosing the current bid or ask price. 😊👍🏻

Because the tiny ‘trades’ yok refer to are not actually ‘trades’ at all. They are merely balancing book entries by a MM at the given current bid/ask. It isn’t any body buying or selling.
