And that Licence RNS could drop anytime now. GM said he’s expecting news ‘before’ 20th.

Aren’t Ceres entering the Electrolyser market too? I guess they’re some way behind ITM though?

How quickly can they catch up?

Does anyone else think this sounds a bit desperate? To say you are ‘entering’ a market and really it’s very very big. But you haven’t won any business there yet?

When I saw the title ‘Entry into the US market’ I was expecting to read that they really HAD entered’ the market!

Better keep all your fingers crossed. If this guy pulls out…

I read the title which included the line….

“Gedabek set to fully resume operations following environmental inspection”

And thought that sounds very positive the RNS will tell us the details of the resumption of operations….

Oh no…

This is all it said : “We look forward to updating the market in due course regarding the resumption of agitation leaching and flotation processing at Gedabek and progress against our stated growth strategy."

So in my view this is really misleading. The title says operations are set to fully resume but then we are told they will simply tell us in ‘due course’??

When the hell is ‘due course’?

Absolutely no indication when that will be. And they have run out of cash and are drawing down on overdraft facilities.

Not good.

Yes indeed. So let’s look at the discount for the upside scenario….

At £11.8m MC and SP 4.25p Capital Metals Eastern Mineral Sands Project is valued at a 94% (NINETY FOUR) per cent discount to the Upside Project NPV of £194m ($235m)

That’s just crazy. But that’s not all. Mineral prices have increased since the previous NPV calculation so the discount on SP to NPV is even greater now.

The disconnect between the monetary value of the Project and the current valuation of the company is quite remarkable but opens an incredible short-medium and long term opportunity for investors.

Within 24 months this will be a cash cow with an ever growing resource. A mine life highly likely to end up being many decades. And, as Paul pointed out yesterday of you have a good holding now and can hold on to most of it the dividend income could be huge. My own view though FWIW is that they will grow the company through the acquisition of new projects. GM Alluded to this in his interview. So it will be growth and income stock with some of their profits reinvested into growing their portfolio.

Finally, just consider that all this against a backdrop of currently being in a resources bear market. Can you imagine how this would be valued once we enter the next resources sector bull cycle? Mouthwatering stuff for LT Investors.

Adastra - indeed and the words ‘high volume’ sound particularly enticing.

The trading update surely landing this coming week.

I’m confident of a v bullish synopsis.

Certainly NO deramping from me. I am heavily invested here. But as Paul says just trying to be realistic- emphasise SHORT term about SP prospects. I have followed this stock for years going back to the PAL days so I have a decent understanding of it. Respect LTH’s views too.

10/12p on licence reinstatement is hardly deramping is it? it’s up to a three bagger from here. And up to a TWELVE bagger for me.

FWIW I think setting lofty SP predictions (and I’m talking about 20/30p etc) in the SHORT term is simply yourself, and others, up for disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, if it happens I’m very happy but I think those kind of numbers are not reality - short term - as PaulFG points out, and you would do well to pay attention to his words, we need a few factors to come together - not just the licence reinstatement- to get 30p or around that level.

Be happy with 10/12p on licence reinstatement on its own.

Actually, thinking about it more that was an absolutely classic modern ‘sell on news’ reaction to the RNS? We were flying at 5.35 then a flurry of sells and dropped back a penny!

Absolutely crazy.

I think both the market and the MM’s just do not understand todays RNS. Very odd reaction, first a spike up then a sell off? WTF? It’s VERY positive news but the market doesn’t get it.

it’s pretty bonkers isn’t it?! i think a good part of the issue is this stock is generally very illiquid. the mm’s don’t hold a lot of stock. when there is any shift in demand you get these very exaggerated price movements as the mm’s rush to protect their margins. why do you think there is such a wide spread constantly? lack of liquidity. the mm’s are very reluctant to take up a lot of stock.

i also think the rns they just issued actually confusedthe market and the mm’s at first. they thought it was regarding the licence! that’s what i think, anyway. it’s why the price immediately spiked then dropped back when they realised it wasn’t!

Anyone selling is bonkers but I guess we still need the supply to keep the price moving. I imagine people who have sold are now wanting to get back in!

JJLH - we all make mistakes in investing no point in beating yourself up.

It has taken a long time to gain traction especially in the aerospace sector but it’s happening now and the pace is accelerating.

Don’t give up now after all these years when imo this is on the cusp of pushing on. In terms of utilising their capacity they’re at about 50/60% right now IIRC? So maybe expansion will be proposed in the next 12 months or so if growth continues apace. I think they are pretty sensible management.

Yep seems a few agree with my view. Some bottom fishing buying interest this morning. Price hasn’t moved yet but I’m confident that will change.

Just to add to PaulFG’s excellent summary of Greg Martyrs interview with Zak Mir - great interview btw very illuminating- the upside case NPV $235m is worth 70p per share.

So that’s base case 43p upside case 70p - and this study was completed in April 2022. Since then Ti02 product prices have increased.
