Whilst I don't believe Cannacord are selling, I also do not believe they would be buying to an extent to reach a 10% TR1 level.
Others have suggested differing timescales, but based on numbers provided a while back on here, I can still see late Q3 as a reasonable target for CLN clearance with poo rising and potentially higher volumes helping with this, and a CPR around similar time, or early Q4, although I must confess, I have not been tracking trades so much this past few weeks, so just an opinion based on earlier numbers.
Not expecting too much with the SP until around this time.
An operational update would be of great help. We had one in Jan 2019, and I cannot understand why we have not seen similar this year, especially with delays seen over the past 12 months, the fallout of the poo and the general situation of the past 4 months, or so.
Communication has always been lacking here though, and the usual excuse some offer up of 'SS is just cracking on with things' just doesn't wash anymore, especially following his bonus payment (which for me, should have been paid in shares).
