Apologies, not been reading up here for a few days. Where are we at currently?
9 March RNS suggested 1 week to finish clean-up, 10 days shut-in, then EWT with dual well production.
Presume we are on the final bit, with the additional daily sightings (subject to lockdown), so potentially news any day with some stable flow rates?

With the cancellation/postponement of most sporting events, the decision to replay all of Euro '96 in May, albeit on ITV4, looks like an interesting idea in the short term.
Surely advertising revenue should stay reasonably steady with the reported increases in viewing figures at this time, even when there is a drop off in production of new/existing shows?
Not a holder currently, but will be keeping an eye here over next week or so with a view to adding some when funds from a cancelled holiday come through.

With the bonuses, its more of making a statement/gesture at this time imo.
Either give them up, or donate to assist with the current situation.
When many folk are unable to work right now, or having to take pay cuts and will be struggling, bonuses for the top dogs just seems obscene and immoral.
The divi is a difficult one. If they can afford it, and it will not disrupt the business, then it should be down to the company/shareholder and not outside pressure

Top brass voluntarily foregoing bonuses at this time, better PR, especially when so many rely on divi to top up any incomes

Would much prefer the 'top brass' (not the real workers), forego their big pay rises and multi-million bonuses at this time, than cut dividend, would be a much better show of

Yes, the XD date for the final dividend is 16/4, so buying any time before that date will qualify.
The dividend will be paid on 27/05.
The only question mark is, that with many firms cancelling their dividend at this time, if the same will happen here.
I will leave others to comment on that, but see no reason why not at this point in time. Dividend should come ahead of any fat-cat bonuses imo

Am currently on lockdown in France.
For a minimum of 15 days from the 17th March, you need to print out and complete a signed attestation every time you want to go out in public spaces.
This timeline may be extended as many businesses have already been told they are not to re-open before 15th April.
Only permitted reasons for being out in public are: necessary work, essential shopping, urgent medical appointments, visiting/caring for elderly/vulnerable, or for solo exercise.
EUR 135 fine if caught breaking the lockdown without a valid (signed and dated) form.
Expect lockdown will happen sooner rather than later in UK, perhaps less draconian measures though based on current responses.
Better to be safe in these uncertain times.

You would hope that any potential looters would have learned their lesson from the more recent riots and the stiffer than usual sentences handed out then, but seeing what has been going on with lack of social distancing, hoarding, etc, you can never underestimate the stupidity, arrogance and selfishness of some sections of society (both young and old).
Not overly concerned about SP's anywhere in the coming weeks. Not expecting to see a true/fair reflection of a company's value for a while yet. although clearly some bargains to be had for those willing to invest for a recovery.
Specifically here, progress continues and future more certain longer term, despite any short term uncertainty (imo).

Just because they have given permission to issue new shares, does not mean this will happen.
Is not the position of outstanding shares (vs issued shares) pretty standard practice, and not necessarily evidence that any approved shares WILL be issued?
It allows flexibility, no?
The question here, perhaps is the timing, prior to the AGM, rather than the approval.

Don't think this would be an issue, per se, but any price sensitive information would need to be disclosed to the market simultaneously, so practically, this would only really work after market hours with an 7am RNS issued the next day with any material information disclosed.
Not sure how beneficial it may be outside of this, especially if no material info was to be covered.

Do you think the airlines will suffer more than the suppliers (e.g. Airbus, Boeing, RR), or that they will all suffer at tis time?
Will there be an emphasis to keep landing slots, or is this something of less importance for the operators at this time?
Will airlines unite to share costs/routes, if possible, to keep afloat, or is competition more important than collaboration for survival?

Thoughts on the dividend due on 31/3, and whether IMB may look to pull it?
Pretty harsh on investors to be missing out, especially when some companies/sectors on paper appear less impacted/vulnerable than others.

Fortunate that the dividend was paid on Friday.
Wonder if they would have pulled it like others are doing, if it was possible to do so.

The reasons for the rise here might just be that all markets are up. U.S. overnight, Asia today (except Japan) and Europe and UK currently.
I suspect the rise here is nothing to do with the clean up, Tellurian or YA.
Hopefully, a sign that markets in general are on the recovery.

I was expecting lots of posts about Angus going ahead with the AGM whilst actively discouraging people from attending in person. Thought there would be a few more Q's posted on their forum too in light of the council meeting cancellations.
