Funny how all these questions that are suddenly important after 5 months of silence all relate to matters the 'no win, no fee gang' could be keen to get something in hard writing from the company on (say on their own website) that would perhaps help with their case, and the person asking them is supposedly the 'technical specialist', advising them (not denied, I see).
All a coincidence, no doubt. Not sure about the potentially libellous comments though.

Strange that wealdpwr, YL and Wolf have disappeared these past few weeks. I presume they will all return for a concerted bashing effort following the return of another 'I called it, I know everything' merchant.

The DTR reference seems pretty clear then, so regardless of the status of the holder, as UKOG is a UK-issuer the 3% and incremental 1% thresholds would apply. Someone last week advised Cannacord would only need to report at 5%, hence the confusion.
I still don't believe Cannacord to be a seller here though, despite the loud proclamations of a certain poster

That was my understanding too, but as was pointed out to me recently (I had forgotten), this is for UK holders. For anyone overseas (e.g. Cannacord), I believe it is 5 % initial notification threshold for a TR1, and then at every additional 5% threshold thereafter

Can't see the true (live) prices, but it looked like the fall yesterday was due to the 'Ask' coming down. I do not recall the 'Bid' changing.
Today, it seems the opposite. No change to the 'Bid', but the 'Ask' higher.

I think with the news flow expected over the coming months, there will be fewer Q's ahead of news, but maybe some Q's in response to news for clarity, etc.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to that chart. I think 5 of the top 10 have either long disappeared, or changed their view here.
DHC was still top, I think, and he can't have posted here more than a dozen times in the last 15 months.
On that subject, it was so funny to see DHC making the exact same copy and paste post across 12 different boards within about 2 minutes last weekend when Boris was making his lockdown speech.

Never thought I would see ANGS as the more likely to recover my losses, but there you go, things can, and do change.
Still see the other as recovering, just see it as a much longer timeframe. Not for discussion on here, though.
Have been steadily moving away from AIM investment over the past 6 months, or so. Unconcerned at current levels held in this predictably unpredictable market, but preferring opportunities in the FTSE 350 sphere at this time for any new investments.

Just listened to the presentation.
Still feel that for any newbies, this could be a good opportunity. As an LTH, I am certainly more confident of recouping my losses with Salfleetby. Not an odds on cert, by any means, but chance of success increasing with every update.
I am roughly 80% down in 2 of my AIM investments, but I see a better chance of recovering my losses here in the short term (looking at Q4).
I feel that with regular news flow, as anticipated over the coming months, we should at least maintain a higher trading range than of late in the coming months.

You have no way of knowing the placing shares will be flipped.

It could be across one or more of any managed funds, most likely small cap, or specialised sector-based fund. Some II's accounts will mirror a particular fund, so may also have a holding. Position probably not just in the 1 underlying account (imo)

Tellurian were at 6.6% as of RNS on 08/04.
I expect they will be lower now after the recent placing, but no TR1 to say they are under 6%. I don't think they have been particularly on the ball with their notifications though
