If you are talking about the small trades, most likely they are just individual fills of a larger order being worked in the market that will then be re-booked as a single trade at an average price when complete for commission, fees, etc.

Highly doubt there are PI's are placing small trades for £20 or £30 profit

"We're quite close to using a newly built system to handle the RNS releases which should hopefully be in place by the end of the month. We've had it in testing and it's not missing RNS releases as the current system sometimes does".

Frustrating not to see them, but someone always helpfully posts details even if some think it is too much. Hopefully, will see an improvement soon to news releases (and also the site skipping back to a previous evening for no apparent reason)

I was writing a reply to ocelots latest comment about news delays, but site crashed on posting and can only see posts up to last night now. Seems a frequent occurrence on LSE of late,
Anyway...

Perhaps, oceleot, but we are expecting a sequence of news events/updates on various matters, some of which should have been notified by now.
Personally, not overly concerned by short delay of a week or so, but it only adds fuel to the fire for the those who delight in trolling the board, company and their staff.
3 Q's on the IQ forum too which they could have been answered by now if they wanted to, but I suspect they will leave until the end of month deadline. These will all provide an insight into timelines and spend which are perennial topics of concern here.
Again, not overly concerned from an investment perspective, as pretty much written off my holding here, but SF my chance to recoup losses and not particularly keen on any slippage here past Q4.
Limiting posting here to news days, but my two pennies on the delay with regard to important milestones, especially with the company trying to restore investor confidence.
To reiterate my past comments, I remain here for SF only and potential uplift I see from an interesting project. Any uplift from other projects in the interim a bonus for me, but still expect good communication and signs of progress.

Interesting that they keep making this cash reduction, rather than go for the conversion (easy option?).
Perhaps the cash position is more 'stable' currently, and in the short term, than many seem keen to portray.

Depends on who you are with and the terms of your agreement.
I have never received anything in respect of 'voting', with corporate actions I only have the default 'cash' option, and dividends always paid in cash, no re-investment option. If I do receive any event notification, it generally arrives after the deadline date.

The 7am RNS that we are told is due every day doesn't arrive, so it immediately becomes an intra-day RNS, then a 'Friday' RNS. No different to any board though, tbh
No doubt when it drops some will claim to have 'called it'.

The 2 biggest rampers of this share currently, Tymers and Trollhunter2, have both admitted that they spend their time on here deliberately mocking other posters who they deem to be 'trolls', purely for their own entertainment.
Presumably, you would like to aim your comment to them too, or is it ok for rampers, who provide absolutely zero research to back up their unsubstantiated claims, and who supposedly top-up on a weekly basis, to 'mock' other posters?
It's quite sad that the 2 main cheerleaders for this share have between them never given even any basic research to back up their 100% positive views on literally every aspect of the company for months and months now, other than the desperate and well-worn BB cliches, and who regularly promote great things multiple times a day, based on little more than blind faith, it seems.
Tymers contradicts himself on a daily basis, never answers a direct question, yet claims to be an investment guru making thousands a week (clearly not here, though).
Bring back PCS, or even DHC, who at least would back up their claims with fact. and offer something to make you think, other than 'what is this guy on'?
If the PR from ukog itself is bad, the PR from posters here is even worse.

Not many rational opinions on here, mainly extremes with only a handful seemingly prepared to consider alternative opinions and recognise that you can have a mostly positive outlook, but still maintain concerns over particular aspects.
Yes, this is a risk. Any AIM stock is a risk. It has been a risky play for several years, especially with the falling SP, but the risk is lower now (imo) than it has been previously.
The main concern for me is the continued lack of news from SS, and the length of time anything seems to take.
We desperately need an operational update. The last one was from Jan 2019, and we are WAY behind schedule based on the projected timeframes there.
Had hoped the AGM wan an opportunity to update shareholders with some additional news, but the silence continues.
Very poor management, imo.
The volumes are there, the sentiment appears to be returning, this just needs a little nudge to get going again with a positive update, or two.

There is one flaw in your post.

The poster who gets the most stick on here by far, has provided virtually zero research in the time I have been on this board, and only posts banal sound bytes, unrealistic and unsubstantiated SP targets, and cheerleading one-liners, mostly, it seems, to intentionally wind-up the 'trolls' in order to get a response.
Essentially, they are causing more harm than good to any actual sensible discussion on this board with their constant calling out of literally every poster who is not predicting unparalleled and imminent success on all fronts here.
It certainly is not a one way street on here when it comes to 'troll' comments.

Have been saying the same for a while now.
Progress anything else in the background, but SF should be the priority and the focus for cash spend to get it up and running, hopefully in Q4.

I don't see IOW as being straightforward at all, unfortunately.
Think it will be a long, drawn out process and maybe even need an appeal to get anywhere.
Something to keep ticking along but the focus to remain with HH would be my preference, improve flow rates, keep brining in cash and look to fund further works this way.

Agree.
Many ill-informed investors on these boards who do not understand the mechanics of investment and post these well-worn cliched arguments according to what suits the latest SP movement to 'excuse' it not performing as they think it should.
There are always exceptions to the actual facts, which they use to explain why the 'facts' are not correct and PI's are being dealt an unfair hand.
It's a bit like how shorts are always closing across virtually every popular AIM stock, despite little to no supporting evidence of any shorts being open (or even any tradeable instrument), and the only 'evidence' to back up the shorting claims that posters can ever provide is an expose article from around 5 years ago, or an individual with a spread-bet, which will have no market impact.
Of course, there are ways around rules if people are inclined to break them, but they require a concerted effort and collusion, and as such, they are rare occurrences, and not rife, despite frequent claims to the contrary.

Anyway, we are getting away from the subject of UJO... steady as she goes.
