Given the answers seen today from the IQ's, does the short term news time line appear to be:
Off-take agreement next, followed by various planning/regulator approvals expected re: SF prior to expected work commencement in August?
Anything else imminent?

Nothing for great excitement/concern from those updates, more steady as she goes.
I made use of the filter button for the first time in 3 years at the weekend.
Not reading the 'clever' responses, the endless barrage of loaded Q's from arrogant Alan, and the clearly coordinated and disruptive tactics on this board has been bliss.
It has been a deliberately public campaign against Angus and their staff via this BB, and imo it has been their 'plan B' with the likely failure of the action to get going.
If you don't think it is personal vs the Angus board, maybe check out the post history on the CHAL board for the past 6 weeks for similar.
That Q was a pretty decent summary of what has been going on here for the past month.
Have never been against alternative views, as they are important to consider, but the 5 I have filtered went way too far on here.

There was a big sell off when it hit the 30's before and then we had the long wait and the placing debacle.
People will always look to take profits on the way up, despite many always claiming to be here for the big prize.
I've often seen those quoting the big SP targets being the ones who were trading on the quiet whilst telling everyone to hold and buy more
Set your own target imo and don't get greedy
UKOG's planning was a 'slam dunk, 100% nailed on' on Friday according to the rampers on there after the EA permit was issued, so that should be a cautionary tale, despite different scenario to what is going on here.
But what would I know. I suggested yesterday that 0.20 could be the floor here.
Some potentially exciting events ahead here on various fronts.
Always hopeful of success, but will not get carried away just yet and will look for steady progress and reconsider SP expectations at each news event .

You can sell.
The shares would have to re recalled prior to your trade settling.
It could mean a delay in settlement and you receiving the proceeds, if they are 'short' of shares to settle the trade on settlement date and the shares were not delivered back on time, but you would not be stopped from executing any transaction.

I think this was first reported perhaps 1 or 2 weeks ago and there was no market reaction then.
Seems an interesting proposition, but I saw the usual idiot comment about 'who wants one built at the end of their road'.
Ministers talk a lot about this type of massive infrastructure splurge, but it is often just talk, they seem only interested in projects during their current term in office rather than taking a long-term view.
Our big infrastructure projects also have a history of spiralling costs, long delays and excessive red tape. Plus numerous time consuming court cases to challenge anything.
Government really needs to get a grip on all fronts and commit in a big way to projects like this, really show that they mean business and want to drive the economy with innovative projects that can be delivered on time and on budget (and safely) whilst promoting local businesses, small and large, and benefitting the country as a whole and not just regional hot spots

How will MM's be recouping losses when they make money on every trade they do?
The only people making losses were those selling, investors, PI's, etc

Markets act irrationally at times, similar businesses will have strengths and weaknesses making them more/less attractive depending on your risk appetite. News is often anticipated by the market and partly built into an SP, so may not have the impact expected, whilst elsewhere it may be a surprise.
Always frustrating to see a 'competitor' seemingly getting a different market reaction to the same news events for sure though.

More positive news today and no movement.
Tough market conditions admittedly, but would have expected to see a push higher
Markets seem nervous still with a threat of more localised lockdowns, or worse

When no specific company/sector related news, I always tend to see how the U.S. market fared, and how Asia responds before considering what the day may bring.
I would suggest there is sufficient market uncertainty and potentially more bleak news with a possible covid 2nd wave in places that a SP rise is less likely. Can see Asia, Europe and UK markets flat, at best tbh

My predictions for the week ahead:

Shorts will be closing (again)
The French will be buying (again)
A TR1 will be imminent (as always), as is any other useful RNS (we will be disappointed, other than planning).
If the SP rises, there will be baseless ramping with little, or no evidence to back it up from the majority
If the SP falls, there will be baseless de-ramping with little, or no evidence to back it up from the majority
Buys will be reported as Sells, someone will complain about it
Sells will be reported as Buys, someone will complain about it
MM's will be playing games, as always
Any rational posting from open-minded investors will be shouted down by the 2 extremes, but will mostly be called trolls and swampies
Facts will take 2nd place to BB myths and pointless 'us vs them' bickering (as always)
Vociferous, cheerleading 'LTH's' will continue to trade whilst pretending to be holding and buying (but proclaim it is ok to trade when found out 'it is sensible investing')
If poo rises, it will get a big mention
If poo falls, no one will comment
Continued high Volumes and definitely improved sentiment will impact on SP more than anyone posting on here
SS will still not be invested (options don't count)
A banned poster will appear under a new name, and immediately give themselves away (again)
There will be more posts talking about rampers, derampers, trolls, swampies, banal cliches and pointless comparisons with other companies than any useful debate
Most genuine holders expect a brighter future, but realise it will be a longer road than imagined
Tymers will continue contradict himself on a daily basis, but will still be the best advert for investors here as no one seems able to provide a cogent investment case anyone can really get behind.
The 'eyes' will bicker amongst each other as to who the real 'eyes' are, and any/all tanker sightings will be disputed by many
The banned twitter mob will continue to be obsessed with this board, despite claiming it is all BS, overrun by swampies and trolls, but will continue to quote non-stop from posts here in their (mostly) illiterate and hate-filled 'twits' to their many dozens of like-minded, bile spouting followers
I will revel in the joy of finally using the filter option after 3 years of looking to benefit from all sides of the argument (but realising that too many literally have nothing worthwhile to offer on here)

As if you need proof of ‘trust no one on here’, how about this.
On Monday when the SP was rising rapidly, Dodgemeister started a gushing thread titled ‘Lets here it for Tymers’, praising him for his foresight, taking all the abuse and rolling it. Here is the interesting bit. He signed off with:
“Whoever you are Tymers, much respect and I doff my cap to you sir.”

The very next day, in response to an old, returning poster on this board, the very same Dodgemeister posted “MY good friend Tymers has been fighting the good fight....”

So, the day before, DM did not even know who Tymers was, whilst bigging him up, fanboy style, but the next day he was his good friend?
Coincidence? Slip of the tongue?

Go back to September 2019, and in a response to a Qwerty post, DM responded “I can personally vouch for Tymers”
How odd.

And, although deleted, I can vividly recall a day earlier this year, when Tymers was getting some particular stick on here, when DM came to the rescue and made another very long, gushing post telling everyone what a great guy he was, how generous a family man he is, great business man, etc, etc and how they have known each other personally for years.
It stands out in the memory as it was just so cringe, totally out of the blue, and almost as if back-up had been requested and a 'white knight' was responding.
So, Tymers, whoever you are, what a great guy ;-)
Look forward to the denials of this long friendship between 2 posters who apparently both do and do not know each other simultaneously. Oh, and the inevitably howls of troll and swampie.

There are 3 Investor Q's on the Angus website that they will also need to answer by month end on Tuesday. These will also give an indicator as to finance arrangements and timelines for activity and spend over the coming months.
I still feel focus will be on SF (my preference and they have said this themselves) with the others being progresses in the background.
For me, delivering o SF will )hopefully) be the source for funds for operations elsewhere, either through cash generation, ot with the CPR, alternative fund raising options, aside from placings.

Are you saying that the actual reported trades executed in the market at 0.374 are being shown on LSE and other sites (HL, etc) as Sells, but they are actually buys?
These buy/sell indicators on actual executed trades are indicators only, nothing else.
No one is reporting them as buys or sells, they are being reported to the market as executed trades. Nothing more, nothing less. A trade.
No direction (buy/sell) is given to the market by the executing entity.
The various providers, like LSE, HL, etc interpret the data at the point of execution to 'suggest' if the trade is a buy or a sell, but it is unknown, a best effort from the available information. A guide only.
No one is disguising actual executed buys as sells, or vice versa

Are you are talking about the red/blue buy/sell indicator showing against the actual, executed trades?
If so, this has been explained many times. There are no 'games' from MM's or anyone else when it comes to actual reported trades

What are you trying to understand from the RNS?

Without reading it too much, it looks like a Fixed Income issue for Asset Managers, II's and other Professional Investors to invest up to the new issue amount of 50m, taking the total issue to 350m. Interest payable annually at 2% until expiry in 2033, when capital will be repaid,
My take is that they are basically raising an additional 50m in the market.
The mention of Professional Investors suggests that PI's could participate in the offer (subject to minimum investment amount).
Put very simply, a bit like you taking out a 2 year savings bond at your bank.

That's my take on this. Not sure if it answers your question, but will try and add if there is anything more you are looking to find out.
The ratings are based on how secure/risky UU are as a company according to the official rating companies, so will be risk-based which firms will use to stick within their internal investment restrictions when deciding whether they can invest. The quoted ratings make it reasaonably low-risk (i.e. company is in good financial health)
This document doesn't seem to state what the money will be used for. It will be in the original offer document.

Which TR1 though, SorB?

It's been over 7 weeks since the Cannacord TR1 and we have seen endless posts saying they are selling out asap, as well as others saying 10% soon, and even a suggestion that 20% and a takeover was imminent.
Massive volumes here for 2 weeks too now, yet nothing (to date)
Have said all along that Cannacord likely to be holding rather than adding/selling, so if there is going to be a TR1 most likely from another source accumulating (imo)
7 weeks and counting for something everyone has predicted was imminent, whichever way it was supposed to be.
The past 2 weeks have definitely seen a change though, so who knows - there will doubtless be one this pm now I have said this :-)
