I suspect that my question did not go through as I do not recall seeing any confirmation on submission. It has happened before. I may re-submit for an answer next month, but more concerned with news updates tbh.

The question is, how long will it take, and what will the resulting flow rate be.
In the meantime, nothing to do but wait.
Whatever the result, they will have learned a lot from the start to finish of this horizontal, which should bode well for the next one. And the next...

I also submitted a question yesterday following my earlier post in response to the point raised by (I think, wealdpwr) relating to our non-exec chairman and the 'issues' coming to light at his other NED position.
I questioned the probity of management given the recent history here with regard to JT-P, the negativity around Vonk and this latest question mark and asked if they were confident in their processes to identify, monitor and hold to account management given the history and the negative impact this has seen amongst investors and the scrutiny placed on management over the past 15 months or so.
No sign on the website as yet, but I did not note a confirmation of submission, so perhaps this has been lost in the ether.
As another poster pointed out, they may just say that another NED position is nothing to do with them, but it is a reflection on the whole management team given the recent history and questionable decisions made by the company regarding personnel.

Personally, I bought in last week for the divi, but the SP has already dropped by 2/3 of what will be paid, so maybe not the right call by me on an entry point.
If you are looking to hold for the long term, then no harm in buying in to get a short term return, but you can see how this opens on Monday and still have until Wednesday to make a decision.
Broker forecasts are positive here, but the company itself has announced a profit warning due to vaping crackdown and regulatory uncertainty with this product.
I will keep an eye on future divi announcements, but currently more likely to hold than add/reduce my position and will review if there is a divi cut going forward, and depending on newsflow.

I understand IMB will go XD on 20/02, so I believe you would need to invest by Wednesday (19/02) at the latest to be on the shareholder register to get the dividend.
So, if you invest on Monday, then yes. Pay date for the divi is listed as 31/03

Not too long until the annual report and accounts due to be published (early March?), and AGM (end of March).
In addition to monthly IQ's, busy period for investor scrutiny ahead for Angus.

Most UK markets dropped today, but still on a downward trend here though.
Broker forecasts still good and worth a hold not just for the divi (imo).

Strange, all this talk about EV's and solar powered vehicles, when everyone knows by 2030 we will have hover boards and flying cars/taxis available. All powered by the hope and dreams of AIM investors too, no doubt!
Us normal folk will probably have many more years yet to stick with the ancient tech that is petrol/diesel vehicles, or short journeys maybe by foot/bicycles.

Although someone did post that there is usually a sharp drop once XD compared to the yield, was not expecting to see it sub-900 today.
The next update will be interesting to see any impact on bookings from the coronavirus.
Feel it may be limited if seen to be under control, but will hold off buying back in for a bit more certainty here.

I know Bloomberg will show this, but most likely on a subscription basis, other providers probably too.
HL have some good interactive charts. They don't show vwap, but they do have some other options that may be a good indicator

Just to add, all assuming they have crossed a reportable threshold with the trade.

There is a timing requirement for notification, both from the holder (buyer/seller) to the issuer (ANGS) and then for the issuer to the market.
It's all in DTR 5 of FCA Handbook, something like close of next trading day for the issuer to RNS the change once informed by the buyer/seller, and within 4 days of trading, I think for the buyer/seller to notify the issuer.
It could be a few days yet, if the large trade was an existing significant shareholder.

I usually use HL for divi information.
Divi: EUR 0.54. XD 12/2. Pay date 25/2.

Had a sell target of 900 in my mind for a near 5% return plus the divi, so was a little conflicted as to what to do, but just realised 956 for my holding.
More than happy with 10% in a couple of days. Will monitor to see how this goes for the rest of today for any afternoon drop.

I have mentioned it a few times recently, I am hoping for an updated drilling plan for 2020/21, similar to the one published Jan last year.
Feel that with all that has gone in over the past 12 months, an update for the market/investors would be prudent, especially given the slip in timeframe since this last published plan.
It would be good to see what the focus is expected to be over the next 6 month, 12 month and 18 month timeframes, as well as an update on the water fix and when they expect to release a CPR.
