Its not me who wants to buy them. I am acting as the go between to a very confident holder. Its also to show that many can talk the talk but when put to the test they go into silence pretty quick.

Did you add to your 74000 shares in BOU before suspension? (I took that from one of your posts previously). I know it was concerning to you about the RTO. Are you more confident now with your holding?

We know nothing is guaranteed but I would take this suspension any day compared to that one! However that price will have to take some beating, and there is another post which should be taken note of:

Are you not missing the point patio? If a large investor is placing at x price then the price generally always reaches the placing price.

In this instance we are lucky

My point being that we know in any RTO we will need to place an x amount of shares and in our case I believe (someone correct me) we have headroom of about 3bn shares. Dependent on the target value we will issue shares to a certain price level.

So the average joe might not believe 0.5p or even 1p is possible, as they have been habitually used to 10% trades, but the market has to adjust price accordingly to match the new Market cap. I am not for minute suggesting those price levels, but saying its well within the scope of the market to adjust should the situations arise. After all VMP dead, suspended at 0.04p, administration looming. Placing done at 0.75p! and the rest of the rise post suspension is history documented.

This suspension as much as any suspension pains has to be done for the right reasons. I hope that red dot also comes soon because no one likes waiting or queuing up for too long. Just imagine we are taxiing the runway!

Time for the long termers to come to this thread and give a full explanation on why this has gone tits up! The countless times abuse was thrown at various posters telling them the inner circle knew everything and great plans were in the works and that we didn't have a clue etc etc ... well we are waiting to see if any of them have the guts to admit their secret thread/group eventually made no difference to the outcome!

Thanks for that Tommo41. As you can see, we are still here, just keeping quiet and hoping that things will still progress. I still have my holding, and stand to lose a lot here, but I haven't given up just yet, forever the optimist. If it goes under then so be it, I accepted that a long time ago, so I can live with it, but you never know, it may still come good, so I await like the others some news from the Co. Third time lucky maybe? or maybe not.....we shall see :)

BTW if any you are reading another site and see a poster called 'salierizen' don't worry. They have said they do not hold any shares in the company in a private message to me. They are now trying to bad mouth something they have no holding in. Do not fall for the bait and reply if you use that site. I am two minds whether to pass on those messages to related parties as the contents are not for here but can be helpful to those involved.

Suspension if I am right happened on 30th Jan 2014, and it was back on the 4th March 2014. The target was announced that morning and trading was restored and began immediately the same morning at 8am. Prior to that it was three years of total hell seeing the price drop from 3p to 0.04p.

The price was set at 0.75p as a new director was coming aboard and was willing to take on the majority of the placing at that price. Any debts were also cleaned off the books. It all happens so quick in one morning I had to read a few times to believe I am reading the same company. I am not sure I can remember why the price was set so high, but I do remember it closed 684% higher on the day, and at one point was up around 1000%+.

It goes to show you what is possible. It’s a good read for anyone who needs a bit of run up to what could potentially happen here, albeit under far better circumstances.

I don’t want to add what I think are possible targets etc here as it will just divert the entire board to chasing it tail and I could also be wrong. We saw what chasing Couer Gold did to the BB and now we can almost accept that, that was not the target.

Thank you for the kind comments. That was a really tough time for me at that point. On suspension there was no guarantee it was ever coming back and yet imagine that stock was like in intensive care and all of a sudden jumped and began running. That was a basket case in comparison to what we have here! I owned by sheer accident 1% of the company. Every day prior to suspension it was painful, with stress anxiety etc. During suspension you accepted the fate that the money was never coming back, and the pain began to diminish. All of sudden and I still pinch myself today it all came good in a split second, and that stock was in a far worse state than what we have here.

No two situations are ever the same, but I learned a lot from the first that I will not be repeating a second time. I cannot explain in words what it felt like going from watching every single penny to suddenly being given more than you expected back. You try and put the pain to the back of your mind and remind yourself how stupid you were for putting in more than you could afford, when everyone says do not risk more than you can afford, to suddenly having more than you need but scared to spend a £5 because you have been so careful for so long!

I have never met Allan Syms, but from the videos I have seen of him (courtesy of Tra1) he comes across as someone you can warm to easily. He has that aura of someone who can generate results. I know it could be wrong just to judge from a video but I see no complaints on his appointment from our largest shareholder so that’s a good sign.

If in my example a company going nowhere 5 years ago could 25 bag simply because it went into industrial cleaning, then what would happen to a company who goes into healthcare, at a time when healthcare is getting some serious attention. The amount of funding being thrown at them makes your eyes water.

I for one will not be making the same mistake and selling down early, if I think what is happening here, is happening.

Dependent on the news we receive, and based on experience from a similar situation from 5 years ago. (This is the best equivalent I can portray and I would like to hear anyone else’s experiences) this is how it may possibly play out.

We have many who sold out just before suspension to safeguard cash. We have potential buyers who remained away knowing they cannot afford monies to be locked up for whatever time frame.

We have had very little in the way of what we are going to be targeting and the actual valuation being placed on it. This is similar to the experience I had 5 years ago. That one was suspended at a similar price and 10 bagged within the first minute and actually nearly 25 bagged after two weeks.

When BOU comes back (I don’t say ‘if’ as I am expecting them back), the market going forward will depend on the valuation. Some who have held on through suspension, will sell into any inflated price, and then may regret it and begin buying back or just pocket and walk away. Whatever they do there will be different forces pressuring the price. The volume hopefully will be at such a level that everyone will be easily doing what is best for them.

The sensible thing I did 5 years ago was to cash in immediately. That sensible thing then became a mistake when two weeks later it nearly 25 bagged from the base of 0.04!

If the price is still moving upwards, so example of 5 years ago we opened at 0.04p but had a placing price of 0.75p, then there will be loads of traders getting in and getting out just because there is a margin amount to be had, as the price slowly moves towards in target price. There are no rules in the book to say that the price stops short of the target either. Again from 5 years ago the target placing was 0.75p and the price hit 0.97p before beginning the journey back to placing level. The price is determined by the level of interest out there that can be stirred up.

I see different predictions on here as to where they believe the price can go and I for one say that everyone is based on expectations and none of them can be dismissed. There is caution not to get of one self but also trying to show you that selling yourself short could lead to further missed profits.

None of the above will make a difference UNLESS BOU actually gets out an RNS to say “Trading will commence from…….”

NOTE the word Temporarily.

This was not in the first RNS but actually in the second one. One is from the company and the second one is from the London Stock Exchange. It just got a little more interesting!

Let me throw this into the mix. What if come 4.30pm Monday and we have not received any notification of suspension? Given that the date tomorrow is the 7th? Is it possible then the dates WERE mixed up and that actually we are looking at the 9th October , thus a deadline of 8th October at 4.30pm? (we ll thought Friday was odds on for suspension and it never happened).

Can you imagine that the longer this goes on the more confident the market will get that suspension may not even happen other than for reasons pertaining to RTO details being digested? which may only be a few hours to may be a couple of weeks?

Can you imagine what can happen in the short time between 8am tomorrow till 4.30pm on Oct 8th to the price? Someone was confident to drop in a 41m buy on Friday.

Therefore I do not believe suspension is a done deal. Its possible the way we think it will happen will not happen.

Apple that RNS went out on the 8th April. Does that give them till 9th then? Do they think it was from the date of the RNS release? meaning 8th?

No doubt this is a time of high emotions for a lot of holders, and what we think we know we sometimes begin to doubt ourselves. Is this natural? Here we have a post of JT14 using wording which is quite extreme or was it provoke a response?

It certainly shows that breaking point for most is getting to be a reality. We are talking hours now before suspension and the position is no different than it was a month ago. One can only hope the sensible outcome is not too far away.
