As usual you come up with an excellent post. Everything exactly as I would see it. Its time consuming wasting space on a BB, scaring the life out of those who do not have the resources to find out more. Some people need to take their fears elsewhere, and have a little more forethought before they write. Thank you for the post.

The last part of your previous post is more optimistic and that is how we should think. They are working terribly hard, and they want us to remain calm and not to comment on every bulletin board rumor. In that is a clue for you ok?

I agree RNS do state holdings.

If I were to come om the BB and ask everyone "I was wondering if we can all put how many shares we hold here?" People then oblige and begin stating their holdings. Now if the price had been rising then great I can open a short against that since I know the total buys(not with BOU). That is just an example. Its also possible people exaggerate or lie about their holdings, but its also because their not aware of the kind of people reading a BB.

If you feel I am wrong then by all means state your holdings, and brotherhood good on you if your post gets removed. I am only interested in helping if I can.

The quicker they get it done the better because once 6th April 2020 (or thereabouts) the share will be cancelled, and would need a lot more red tape and paperwork to come back. So I do believe they have that in mind and will be focused on doing the right thing.

If hey announced on the actual day of 6th April 2020? well then I would assume rules being rules they will still be implemented and they will up against the clock.

Personally I am hoping that with the people I have dealt with and the integrity to communicate back in good time, based only that I am confident of a good result here.

It may be that we are close and that it would be wise not to breach anything to aid any further delays. Further delays does not allure that I know why there has been delays. The time we are at clearly shows we may not be on schedule. However saying that delays are common for a number of reasons and communication can be shut down to PIs, to focus on the job n hand.

To the guys who advertised their holdings, feel free to add your account details and sort code as well. You are either being too honest and trusting to expose that on a BB, or are totally foolish and stupid asking for a security attack!LOL

Rule 40: Suspension

Thanks for re-posting those my friend. They show so much how emotions swing on events. Some of us have been so supportive of the current situation but we are not getting back in return any ounce of what may be happening, which leads me to feel and I rightly do, that someone is not telling the truths. Deadline after deadline is getting hinted at and moved and testing patience. So many other opportunities have passed by because of support given here and they do not come back.

I hope and pray we do not have a Lord Melbury (Fawlty Towers series) scenario and instead of money the briefcase has only two bricks in it.

Sorry if you have been trying to get me through email but that account has been locked by Microsoft, and I will never give out a number to get it released since it defeats the entire meaning of security. Hopefully I can answer you here.

I believe the post before by UKHeaven has hit a chord with me mate. I was trying to avoid posting for a very long time. I had three personal test in place with this stock and two failed, one being the target we need to know and secondly the suspension that was not supposed to really happen, so one was left, and if no news by 12.30pm Tuesday 24th December 2019 I know I have been played and the final test has failed. Remember I have been played does not mean you all have been played. I have been played.

With that in mind, I have no choice but to hold onto this now, but I will write this off and start rebuilding away from AIM and enjoy getting into the gym and eating like a normal person, and stop concerning myself with BS stringing us along. If BOU ever sees the light of day then fine, but I will not be celebrating since the delay has had immense impact on my own personal plans and it will be a case of rebuilding NOT enjoying the returns.

I am only posting Tra because you called me by name, but I will remain off the BB as I respect there are a lot of decent people who have positions here and they need to see a conclusion. The BB has degenerated recently anyway and some of the posts are way off the mark..

To Trust anyone 99% means why not 100%? I reserve that last 1% until we get delivery but until then the jury is out as nothing has been delivered, except talk it will. Well come 24th 12.30pm I know where I stand.

Excellent and thanks for posting this. The part that is relevant and important is the part regarding PHOTONSTAR TECHNOLOGY ACCOUNTS FILED ON TIME . Now done and dusted we should hopefully see the green light? I am reading through them now.

In light of what you said Applegarth I strongly recommend the watching of The Laundromat 2019. Believe its available on Netflix? They wanted to ban the showing of it, but I think now the secrets are out there people will think twice about how they invest, insure, or even save. The corruption on a global scale is mind boggling ref: Mossack and Fonseca.

One thing I will give Martin Lampshire credit for when I saw him April 2019. He said a lot of companies are now getting strictly scrutinized on AIM and there are so many hurdles to pass before admission, that a lot of companies are now not ready to look for AIM admission but rather would prefer to list on the main market. The ordinary punter will now think WOW! regulated market. Think again. This is where your ex man from UKOG (you know who I am talking about) promotes as though its a good thing. I always wondered why he left all his companies in AIM in a hurry citing AIM as not working with him, and now they are going to the Main Market! LOL.

There are still good people out there and while there is, there is hope in this world.
