Greenwood's recent move from 29.06% to 29.99% is not a full 1% rise and I am under the impression (correct me if I am wrong) that you do not have to declare if you have not bought a full 1% further. This is a rise of around 0.89% only which is below 1% and also under the threshold to make an outright bid.

The company are aware hence the update on the website and its possible they may or may not declare to the market at their discretion, and also the buy have been only in the last week, which means if you are right we are still awaiting a declaration and if I am correct from experience of 1% increments then no need to declare.

Again its another signal that there is a game going on. The price remained flat to supply those buys. Due to my other disaster still being suspended I cannot release new funds to this and have the worry of a further suspension here otherwise the most no brainer would be I too would be adding. The sensible thing for anyone is only take on what allows you to sleep well at night.

Very well spotted Munchlet. I was under the impression that it was 29% but that holding of 29.99% has changed the game. You do not buy just under the trigger level for a bid, unless you were protecting something. Its certainly game on and I don't normally say that.

No nenny I have sold up but the company is way below NAV, and still something I would seriously consider again but there are a few above that I would first based on long term prospects. I am waiting for another one who cannot seem to find the finish line without the help of a 4 year old, but once done see how it goes. All the best my friend.

I think you can guess what will happen next. Technically certainly going in the right direction after the lull. I would not discount a silly rise, but that all depends on how much of an impact any/the news release will make over the next few days, should there be any.

Like Marko says and I echo it frankly. I am not sure if they are irresponsible with money, and no one is saying they have done a runner with the lolly, but one thing is for sure you cannot trust these guys again for taking TIME out of your wallets. That theft has taken away many other opportunities and still is, and a percentage of my life span, and created all sorts of other unneeded headaches.

We really do not know what we are dealing with here and even if they were to give back substantially, its not a case all is forgiven and we are all chums again. Taking time was not part of the deal. Fancy being thrown out of a plane into a pit of crocodiles and then told to fend through the jungle without food and water but you get a nice £1m and a round of applause. Anyone who agrees its worth doesn't respect themselves or their time. You will need the money after this for therapy!

JPP8788 I will save you the time because it pains me to see you keep using up valuable time my friend on this. Its not related in any way to us. I know because I was told, but I was not told what the actual target is, and I understand the implications bound by knowing. I am totally utterly annoyed it has taken this long and my conclusions lead me to believe and accept that the delay is more to do with persons rather than the target itself.

Honestly there is no much that could be said but I want people to get their money back first. I would strongly recommend though to think twice and maybe even three or four times before parting with any further cash where a certain individual name appears to be connected.

For me personally a turnaround in my situation comes at the end of the month and I look forward to it. I have no requirement for BOU anymore as it has been discounted out of my calculations, and though the journey back will be tough it will be lessons learned. I find it disgraceful to receive calls to peddle anther dormant company to friends in return for a free ride. That's not how I work especially since the same people have not been rewarded for their current patience and nwo they are being asked to part again with cash! We are in it together or not at all. It also gives me a totally different outlook on certain individuals hence why I now distant myself from them. Until they can prove they are genuine they need o remain a fair distance.

Milli for the record, I discussed this one RLD with our certain wealthy investor, and they said it was 'interesting' although would be better to be in a decision making position rather than on the outside as a simple investor!! Thank your lucky stars then they are not a shareholder or on the board, as we would have to wait till the 2030!!

A_milli sorry taken a while to reply my friend. Thank you for the kind words. I have had a rethink and will try and limit posting and not completely stop.

Its saddens me to hear your situation as it almost reflects my own. I did the sensible thing to take all my own cash out of the other investment and held for free. However what was taken has now practically all been used up as I rely on investment income alone, and I have had to sadly scale back 50% of my holding here as well as the news that the other one is no longer Tax free and still another date has been missed. To lose ISA eligibility and also not have a bank role to invest in one of the most amazing times in our history is painful to observe, and to see 9 of the 22 on my monitor now go up over 100% is adding injury to insult. I have made my feelings known to a certain investor we all relied on. I certainly will not be investing with them again if they ring and peddle me in future, not because they are dishonest because they are not. I simply do not trust their time management. Its awful and my own choices are proving just as good but without as you say any golf balls to play with. To think the other one is suspended at 0.023p and my target to life changing for me and my lads after the pain we have gone through over a decade is a simple 0.08p, just a simple 6th hundredth of a penny, and it just does not come. That 0.08p will finally close of a chapter and we can begin a new one and yet day after day you remain calm, and to have the ISA protection removed is just another kick in the teeth because now on any profits it will be eaten into. So you can imagine for me anything above the figure quoted would be simply another dimension. It was all set up and nothing could have gone wrong, but yet men in suits who pretend to think they are business savvy again screw up for the very people they are suppose to be helping. Milli believe me when I say a 4 year old could have completed the task yet one with great wealth cannot get it over the line! Yet we remain strong and we remain focused on beyond the target as and when it the other one finally decides to return.
