I have posted on TILS but no one has replied so I will ask the same here.
Accustem received its certificate of incorporation in Cardiff on the 5th June 2020. This I would assume makes it a 'British' company? They do not have registration outside of the UK, and that the certificate of incorporation would suffice?

Can anyone confirm whether Accustem will be registered as a UK based company and not say elsewhere? The certification of incorporation has been done here at companies house 5th July 2020, which to me would be confirmation, but there may be someone with more registering knowledge and just want to make absolute sure I am reading it right. thanks.

What would be the point of pushing BOU when they are suspended? and even if they were trading, good people here are invested HERE and after life changing amounts and do not need me to mess that up. I am also invested here though not any where near what I would love to have. I respect where you are coming from BIGBangs as an established player has its advantages but the directors of TILS have a duty to do what is best for the shareholders and the business going forward. Whatever that is, then really hope TILS does everyone proud.

Again BIGBang I am right in thinking Accustem are looking for a listing and there is strong possibility its via the RTO route. BOU have been or were an AIM rule 15 cash shell up till April this year. In total 15 months they have been a cash shell , and now delisted of AIM and looking for another exchange. By now it should have been back and for good reasons it is not. They were unable to expand o disclose the target company. That tells me its so sensitive that its needs to be kept under wraps for a number of reasons.

There are a number of reasons why a company does not want the AIM listing and it certainly is/was not for the reason of raising £6m!

There was no suggestion at any time that BOU would be buying TILS. That wouldn't make sense. Without going into too much detail, one can check from my posts that I am also a holder in another cash shell which has been suspended pending an RTO with an established company based out in Singapore established in 30 countries and whose closest competitor is worth Market cap of £2.5bn. Now what on earth would they waste their time with some piddly suspended company which is a suspended shell on the main market?/ Well it did and was announced this week. So do not dismiss, and certainly I agree it may not be BOU but the coincidences recently are just too many to dismiss so easily as you have. Take a bit of time to read mate and if you still feel that its not then all respect.

Price rose large buys announced hour late, price gets ahead of itself , RNS released via NOMAD instructions = weak sells and leave, big buyers buy .
Today price hits bottom support, price takes off, delayed buys announced hour later and still coming in.

Really staggered at the excellent progress this company had made in the last few years. I am not a holder, but I am in a potential competitor which is coming to the market via RTO soon. All needs to be cleared first but does show with FEVR the amazing potential out there.

I was in the local Asda only last night and noticed only two bottles of tonic left! The shelf was cleaned out. That is an excellent sign. Gives me confidence seeing the strength FEVR has.

Initial contacts to others across where the markets already in operations show fantastic potential here. Not impossible to be hitting market cap of a few hundred million from the word go. I have a small holding but will be adding as and when funds allow.

Fevertree were £154m from the word go when they entered the market in 2013. Now worth as you say rightly around £2.5bn. I was in the local Asda yesterday and there were only two bottles on the shelf. In other words cleaned out!. Doing great sales.

The people who call you out, show you how much they lack actually doing any groundwork themselves and will sadly miss a great opportunity under their own noses. Its sad but they insist on losing money and opportunities.

Abo****ely nothing to do with us mate. I got that cleared up last year when I saw they had been given $1.2bn in funds from Bezos and Gates.

They say 'in addition to each share held' This to me sounds like something extra on top of the proposed allocation.

You missed the point. Broker requested by the looks of it to the company to announce this RNS because they were struggling with clients. That's only my opinion. Now the traders who buy minute to minute are leaving because they read one sentence and jump. 'investors' who have patience are adding in droves, because they know its easy money now from here till announcement. The RNS could not be more 'no brainer' than it was. You got to think bigger than the £100 trader.

Remember that MTPH took off yesterday so a lot hot money went in there from other stocks. This may have been one of them being sold. MTPH not looking good at opening so expect some of that selling to be buyers returning here.

The share is not recovering, because it has nothing to recover from. Its in a confirmed uptrend with the odd day to cool off and help the weak give their shares away on the cheap. Then normal service is resumed.

Accustem are based at 107 cheapside, BOU are at 80 cheapside.
Dr Allan Syms has a PhD in cancer research, and is the current chairman at BOU. (which is currently suspended pending an RTO announcement).

In the last RNS dated 08.04.2020, they stated "has been working for some time to complete the acquisition of an identified target (the "Target") in the biotechnology sector (the "Proposed Transaction"). The Proposed Transaction , if completed, would comprise the acquisition of a company with a technology and patent portfolio focussed on the early detection of a specific cancer. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a new diagnostic test for cancer that addresses unmet clinical need for early detection."

The certification of incorporation for Accustem was done 5th July 2020 in Cardiff. Dr Allan Syms I believe is heading MYPINPAD which is also based out in Cardiff.

Now there are a lot coincidences I know and may amount to nothing but you have to say there are some close similarities here.

Jpp best to wait mate on whats happening. Appreciat that your research gives a lot of food for thought, but just seeing what the guys at BERM were expecting. Talk was off a similar take on NFX, but now they get a drink company based in Singapore with head office in NZ. Mind you its in 30 countries and 3rd largest in its field globally.

So we might still be reversing into a kids adventure project, or a paintballing opportunity in Doncaster!! If we are the lucky ones.

I am only having a guess here but if TILS gives 2% to BOU and holds back 98% for themselves, then that 98% represents the deal between TILS and BOU, not TILS shareholders up to that point. However then the holding 98% of TILS will be distributed '100%' to their current holders.

To simplify, there 100 counters. BOU get 2 and they get 98. Now to simplify further if there were only 98 holders in TILS (simply for explanation), then each will get one counter. If there are many more (which we know there are) then those 98 will be subdivided to meet a 1:1 ratio for their holders.

BOU shareholders on the other hand will now own 2% of the enlarged company. I hope I have done this right?

Sorry a little lost dajjas. Why is aberdeenman opinion, a fellow poster more pressing than news announced today. Are opinions more important?

A little checking had shown Fevertree as closest rivals FEVR. They are north of £20 per share last check. Seen a few videos with East Imperial and Tony Burt CEO and quite impressed in his outlook and growth prospects.

Any placing will be attractive hopefully to rerate this one.

The East Imperial are currently the third largest global brand in the tonic arena, so that is quite a catch. They do supply Harrods and a few other leading retailers already.

I have stayed up to do a bit of background reading mate and you have won me over from 0% to near maybe 80%? Tomorrow will pick up where I have left off. A contact that I was trying to dialogue with me convinced me it was not the target you pointed out. I asked whether they thought it was TILS and it was a quick NO. However nothing was mentioned on accustem. NOw I find they are making mistakes elsewhere and without going into too much cannot even do basic maths right! So I had a look on companies house and seen Accustem was incorporated on the 5th June and new director active from the same date.

The coincidences are just too many, and if you are right its a big apology from me for not accepting your initial arguments. Off to bed and back on this tomorrow.
