I disagree Neilin the food was in preparation long before COVID took hold and was well on the way when I met up with 'shylock' The excuse, if COVID is indeed that excuse has long sailed. This was in the bag long before COVID raised its ugly head. You forget AIM offered a discretionary period, as per government instructions, and these stooges single handed refused it AND made the holding of it in ISAs, a complete disaster. That one single decision is enough to make me see they do not have the interest of loyal holders in their sights. For me personally none of the objectives have been met.
Better to be a poor individual who does good to others and shares his food than one who hoards and think it will go with them to their grave. No thanks.

'shylock' is losing support rapidly. I am close to our previous big holder who decided early in the game that cryptic messages do not aid any investment decision. I wish, OH I wish now I had followed them to the takeaway instead of this position.

Agreed Jace. Shylock sold me on the idea they were a great cook. Not only did they not have the ingredients they decided to sit back and let others cook while they were running in and out of the kitchen doing exactly the same at 4-5 other kitchens! While they were running around shouting "its coming" the kitchen burnt down and now they are trying to finish the meal in another one. If they cannot keep a fire out of kitchen and take up the role of head chef, then they really cannot be trusted again. Shylock maybe well off, but they do not have the life qualities most of the decent people here have.

I am going to change the events and the character but you will understand the scene hopefully.

Once upon a time I decided to get a takeaway I had set my heart on and which I knew was popular. So much so that the price of this food item was going up all the time and supplies were running low. Then on my journey to the takeaway I met, we shall call them 'shylock' Shylock was a popular character who was well off though appearances play can play tricks. They said "oh gullible one, I seest thee are after a takeaway? hast thou not heard of my wonderful offering?" I thought after deliberation lets see what was on offer. So Shylock proceeds to tell me about their cooking ans shows me pictures and positive reviews, and how they can rustle a meal in minutes.

The takeaway closes in 3 hours so I thought there is plenty of time to still get one in case, but this sounds too good to miss out on, but as time progressed Shylock used every excuse. "hows it going shylock?" Shylock "thy offering is but moments away" then 30 minutes later the excuse is the fire went out on the stove, then 30 minutes after that having trouble getting fire started still, now with an hour to go before the takeaway closes I am told they are adding something secret which must not be told to anyone else so hang in there. You agree that's fine but feel very on edge and hungry. Not only has this ingredient not been added but with 5 minutes to closing time for the takeaway you ask again whats happened about the food? The reply is "what food?" THE FOOD YOU WERE PREPARING! "OH that!" Told not to worry its only a matter of simmering it now.

Takeaway is now closed and shylock shuts the kitchen! why?? The more you ask from behind the door the answer is the same "its coming" Now finally morning arrives and the kitchen by some Act of Shylock, has burnt down. They can no longer use the kitchen and the takeaway is open again with raging business. The only problem is I committed my time and money to shylock. The reply now to where the f^^^ is the food is "I dont know"

Can you see why I have a problem with shylock? They have cost time and money and trust. No one can say that I was impatient. Things do take time and do get delayed, and sometimes need to remain confidential for all. This has been handled all wrong especially as the fire brigade turned up and were willing to put the fire out, but Shylock and his cooks decided to keep the fire going and let the kitchen burn down. Now they trying to ask the big mansion across the road, whether its fine to use their kitchen? The owners of the big mansion according to shylock is now wanting loads of references before they can cook again.

The story is the same the kitchen is different.

Guys the post below will be my last on LSE. I am no longer enjoying running around trying to find answers. So if LSE want to ban me of suspend me, go right ahead it makes no difference anymore. Life has many other enjoyments. Hope this comes good for all and we do the sensible thing and avoid at all cost the 'main problem' this share is having to endure in future.

I am going to say it was a sell. I know someone was testing the system from Friday and they could not sell at 0.3p. Basically it would mean someone must have jammed the system with something big. This went on into Monday as well. Then on Tuesday they dropped like a stone and today again. Now they reveal a 14m trade at 0.3p. That was the sell price that was not being met on all those days it was tested because this sell was in the way. Now its gone, as its been eaten the price should in theory adjust back upwards in the next day or two depending on how many buyers willing to take the plunge.

I know you read the BB so I want to thank you and I am sure most others will do for taking so much time over this, and eating through expenses and then refusing the AIM extension which would have been afforded to you, and now costing a majority of holders the reward getting any potential profits tax free because the shares have been moved out of their ISAs. Its not everyday one gets the pleasure of paying the Govt 10% or 20% on their profits that is if there is one? Then again none of this makes any difference right now because the delay continues and expenses are mounting up and there is no profit. However a big thank you for taking the most simplest task and f%$$ing it up in style. Soon you will be telling me it was AIM's decisions or the paperwork got lost which has taken a shell 14 months and counting to make an appearance! Dont rush yourselves, take your time and create new excuses.

I am politely refusing any further gifts in future and will be avoiding you clowns in future plus telling others, and anyone associated with them so people can have money to feed their families, rather than sink it in to any further circus acts.

If you wish to continue to believe that is the target touted on this BB, then be my guest. I already did what JPP did and came up with ANOTHER target worth $1.2bn offline, and was told early last year that was too small and is not us! At no time have I been told what the actual target is as that would be insider information and would mess it up for all. If the target was known and mentioned here you can kiss goodbye to your investment, so tread carefully for everyone’s sake.

The target at the moment is to make you believe they are working in our best interests, but after 14 months since I attended the AGM in April 2020, I will never invest with these people again, simply because I do not trust their timelines. Whether they deliver anyway? That’s open to debate. All we can hope for is that is still the goal. Do I believe they are working hard?

You can only be patient so long before it begins to play on your personal circumstances and especially in possibly one of the most testing periods most of us will ever experience in our lives. I feel for guys who are just on the edge and waiting patiently, and yet there are more wealthier individuals who not only ride through this but have no empathy for those who gave up their time, money and patience. If they gave an ounce, they would be pushing much harder for this project than the many others they have on their plate and tout, but since the scent of more money over more money, is more appealing than helping, I can confidently say we will be waiting a while because every single statement has not been met so far.

Bermondsey respect your point. You set out on a path which then through no fault of your own takes on its own time constraints. This has been one year of waiting, try four! LOL. All documented by me i believe around Oct 15 last year? It did feel painful and you do question why on earth you even got in, in the first place. Its a natural feeling which empathy is needed to understand. Imagine my feeling when it 16 bagged out of the park? Some of the comments from that time I published and they are no different to some today, which why I really hope for some who feel pain they learn for their future so they feel stronger going into future investments.

First step of a potential up trend confirmed today. Follow through tomorrow needed to confirm but chances are its on the cards going into Friday, but best to confirm first. Should that happen, then next week will be rewarding for those who have had to put up with recent MM antics holding price down when clearly buys have gone through above the offer. You would have a hard time convincing me that should tomorrow confirm the up trend it will be anything but simple small moves upwards. The free float is now getting insanely less everyday. Should the herd hit this then don't do anything stupid and sell for beans. Any news? ignore everything said as it will be a whole different game.

Lets just get through tomorrow first and then assess short term.

Lets play out the trade. You wake up and decide to place an order for 5m. You are told, to have that (which for the record is above 1% of the free float in RLD), you will need to pay way over the odds to have it. You agree no issue just need the shares. So now the MM oblige the trade. They don't however chase the price up to gain back the stock, instead they are hit for another 4.5m thereafter of trades on the ask. Again they refuse to push up the bid or ask price. Is there a large seller? NO, because by now there would have issued a TR1. Is there a buyer? YES TR1s have been issued, maybe though not the same buyer.

The big question are the MM cruelly short? I think its fair to say.........

Jace that is the best line I have seen for a long time. Mine are free but not in the same context as I know what you mean mate. We are the risk takers and we are the ones who have had to play strategically all the way giving up time and effort to make the right moves at the right time to get a position of free, prior to the easiest RTO in history getting delayed. Not someone who simply rocks up, gets told what is happening takes a stake and then sits back in the knowledge perhaps more than your average investor like us. That is not free, that is waltzing through life on easy street never having to raise a finger but profit nonetheless at the end MORE than jo public. Thats called being insecure and not prepared to fight the fight like the rest of us. What we have bought no money can buy and that is the experience you take forward.

0.2p would be an embarrassment but so are the long list of excuses for not being back by now. What should have been a smooth run , has turned into a farce. What has made it more harder is our trust seems to count for nothing, given the amount of opportunities that have gone since. One of those I let go would now have been life changing and that is where frustration grows because opportunities like those do not come around every 5 mins, unless like I said you are one of those pretends not to be on the inside. When you are near the bottom, that one life changing opportunity is all you need to get ahead but when you are robbed even of that, it really does hurt.

I know BOU people read this or report back to the main guys, so hopefully they will not use the excuse that we are doing everything we can again. It could not have been more easier last year pre July. I nominate my 4 year old to be director at the next AGM as she couldn't do much worse then some so far. These are grown men for goodness sake and look what we get? All their lives they are used to screwing up, and STILL manage to crawl out with money. If you have come this far, you have been really patient, but patience has been tested from different degrees. Just like isolation is frustrating to many, some felt the pain two months in on BOU and vented their frustrations, and some have been able to last the distance. Some have the resources to keep going, while some have chucked in vast sums or even an amount that TIME is now the biggest enemy of, life changing amounts and now regret the day they even heard of BOU.

Remember that when it’s all over and potentially returns don’t fall to the floor in tears crying “ah Thank God its all over, NEVER I tell you! NEVER again will I make this error again and put something in that gets suspended for an eternity.” Wrong! BOU succeeds and you run? That’s your business, you will run forever from every other similar situation and learn nothing. You sit and assess? That’s better, and if this is not for you going forward then fine but if another opportunity comes along similar? Know well you survived BOU you can survive elsewhere if you apply the same rules with a few tweaks to your mindset. More than anything, more than money, BUY YOURSELF TIME.

For me the following would apply if it returned at the various prices:
0.03p total disaster.
0.05p Investment even at over 100% return has been a failure given other opportunities elsewhere.
0.1p will have to work on what I have and make best use of it going forward.
0.15p maybe just maybe can turn things around in the following year, with slight breathing space.
0.2p Life changing? Depends on how any profits are deployed and how surplus is used.
0.25p+ it was worth the wait.

A couple of weeks ago I had someone on the phone talking to me on whether AAOG was a good buy or not. I noticed that between 10-11am on that day there was a strange run of trades on the buying. The frequency was what we were looking for. I had to cut off my friend and pointed it out. They took the trade and I sadly never did at 12pm. Roll on 2 hours the price was 126% up!

The reason I brought that up was the relevance here. There has been a fair run of sells above normal NMS today and the frequency is again taking my attention. You would expect the price to retreat and yet its holding up well just below breakout point. Could it be those sells are making there way to a particular person's or persons accounts? You would have to say that yesterday there to my knowledge not a single 1m sell trade yet today we have had at last count 7, and a few 500k to boot and yet the price is holding well. So my conclusion is with the 15m the other day and what we are seeing, doesn't mean someone is taking them but the case is getting stronger. Pending annoucement?

Be careful floppy as there is no proof there is a large buyer. The information certainly points that way but I would not rely on it, unless stated officially. What is happening is that some sellers are getting nerves and selling cheap at around the 0.4p region thinking that's the top. WRONG! and big mistake because if it pulls through that area and it is very strong technically to do so, given I subscribe to what munchlet has said, although not as much as 25% short of the free float but the MM are clearly trying to keep a lid on the price while clearing their short. It only requires one further large buy and the scales will tip north aggressively, and the MM will then have no choice but to play in a new northern region and pray that the company issue a speeding ticket closer to 1p which is very achievable.

If anyone doubts that's impossible then they have not done their homework. Go back through my posts and see the breakdown of the shares held and what is available in free float, and argue me why they think a doubling of the price at a minimum to what I stated is not possible?
