Well the government has bought 3.5 million finger-prick antibody tests according to the Telegraph to deal with the CoronaCrisus! (countingcards coined it first not seen anywhere else!!LOL). So hopefully no need to keep your fingers crossed!

Not posted for a while, but I can confidently say you will get one by Tuesday saying we have delisted. I am not on the inside, nor do I have prior knowledge. I am basing it on the view that we have heard nothing for months, we are only hours away from a deadline, and its only building up hope that we will see something of a miracle at the 11th hour.

Now on the flip side of this there could a strategical reason behind all this. Me? I am not going to waste time trying to work out what that is. I just want to thank for keeping us informed for the last six months.

I only gave what was in the public domain. Antos has played by the book on Coeur, and the post A_milli kindly put out this morning confirms it. My focus has never been on Coeur anyway. It was back in April 2019, but after the meeting I attended it diminished.

Jace that is excellent. BTW is that why some of the phones are not getting answered back at HQ?

ABAL were good enough prior to the suspension announcement and thereafter to come clean on the target being supply@me. They have announced the target from a time back.

Here we have been told only 'healthcare' prior to suspension, but since then we have not been updated anymore, and while we have been told this I am sticking with this. Why has there been no other additions to that? Maybe its so sensitive that even Allan Syms doesn't know! (only joking)

A 50-year-old man accused of a multi-million pound investment fraud is to be banned from running any new schemes, a High Court judge ordered yesterday.

The prohibition was imposed on Paul Dougan as he was granted bail on charges linked to a renewable energy initiative with more than 130 alleged victims - many of whom are from Northern Ireland.

Mrs Justice Keegan said: "I don't think he should be involved in any investment type business, the public need to be protected."

Dougan, of XXXXXXXXXXXXX in Glasgow, faces a total of 147 charges.

Thats good news for the ABAL holder. From a personal perspective we have only 23 trading days left on this one before delisting. If that were to happen then it would mean the shares you had in the ISA are no longer entitled to the protection from CGT that the ISA gives. If that were to happen then yes for me it defeats the very reason retail investors invest for and that again would defeat investing on AIM. BOU would be the final investment for me on AIM.

The falling number of delistings reflects improvements to a variety of different aspects of AIM which has made being listed on the exchange more attractive; for example:

Right balance of regulation: Only six companies delisted last year citing AIM’s regulatory obligations being too much of a cost or time burden, down from 47 ten years ago (2008-09)
High levels of liquidity: Average daily volume of trades on AIM’s secondary market reached 44,360 in 2018, up from 15,180 in 2008. The average value of trades per day increased to £1.9bn from £468m
Improved profitability of companies on the AIM market has attracted more institutional investors: Just one company delisted last year citing a weak financial position, down from 21 ten years ago (2008-09)
It is significant that just one company delisted from AIM to move to another exchange last year (see below) compared to four in the previous year.

Having the right balance of regulation is essential as it ensures good practice amongst companies and maintains standards, whilst not stifling growth.

It cant be true because it hasn't happened, and I am pleased straight after your out of date post, you say "treat everything you read with caution..." So yes that can be applied that post too. It would have been even better if you said with a pinch of salt too.

reap2sow very well put, and if I can add, a watershed situation for many closely involved with BOUs outcome. They have promised to deliver and we have trusted them on this. They will need to show the same level of disclosure whether a man has put in a million or 1p. They need to be treated with the same level of respect.

So as the hours get closer to a decision one way or the other, careers going forward for those trusted will be determined on the outcome here. That gives me confidence and a win win situation.

JT14 Have you ever watched 12 Angry Men? The classic 50s version? I thoroughly recommend it. You are beginning to remind me of the character LJ Cobb played. Stubborn till the end, which clouded his judgement, and outed for his bias and prejudice in front of all the others. Everyone here has a view and its respected within its limits and argued, but you seem to be on your own now. Neilin I have not agred most of the time but they brought up a valid argument yesterday which I had to acknowledge and a possible.

AdrianUK just for my own education mate, and I am trying to picture this. If a company wanted to apply for the main market there is no time limit? and if not they can get onto it without the need of a NOMAD? This is purely for my own knowledge base mate. Thank you in advance.

You are right requesting an update will not prove anything. As for ML? he can spend more time watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur . They are doing well this year anyway. As for Antos? shame your connection said that. If they had met him I am sure they would have a different view.

I would chrizzr but some have made offline threats and also threats of throwing us all in the s*** if things do not get told to them. Its a very selfish approach.

I prefer the more professional approach. Anyone under NDA remain professional as they have till now, and not be threatened by any lowest of the low who selfishly wants to ruin it for others. All I can say chriszzr is we all push for the same thing. To get this back asap.

I hate it when I see people think you should not put all your finances in one place. You risk dangers. WRONG, not everyone is equal. There are some who have the resources to fight this out. There are some who can afford to see this go to the wall. There are some who have used these types of projects to make life changing moves.

What they forget is if you are comfortable at the point of the investment, outside forces will still play on you. TIME is the biggest player. TIME is not limitless and it is also 'spent' TIME costs money. So many other good investments have passed by and investments cannot be made which would have bought more time and maybe put us into the bracket of those who 'have.' Some are better off than others here and some are not. Some could sit here for years without pain and some have now eaten through their time allotment.

BOU must now deliver and I mean in hours not days.
