Your first sentence is interesting. Since we know (even though not been RNS’ed) the company has changed it registered address, it could mean we still have the services of PH, or we don’t?

Now again if in the ‘scenario’ we do not, then that means we will have a new broker, and if I am correct the new broker will be on the phone trying to give a good review on BOU and its potential to their clients. I may be wrong, but if correct, then I would think that is a ‘ready made’ buyers brigade. You know the one where the price begins to move without news? And the herd try and work out why it has gone up 20,30, 40, 50% without reason? It will look even more stranger if the price moved given suspension is looming, and no one knew the reason. Well that is my ‘scenario’

Fact is we have moved address, it’s been lodged at companies house but not announced in the market. We no longer have the PH address, which means what?

Change of address was announced back in Jan 2019 in the old PSL days so why not this time?

As a fellow contrarian Applegarth (well fully fledged since March 2019!) there are few observations which you can correct or add my friend.

With the Oct 5th Suspension looming, the sellers will theoretically increase due to avoiding money being locked up, but they need to find buyers.

The MM may drop the price to seek out those buyers, but there will come a time when no more buyers will be present because they also will not want to risk money being locked up for too long in a suspension. Even T traders will dry up due to time constraints.

The buying will just dry up, but likewise the selling will also dry up because the MM will not want to hold stock and will not be able find any more buyers.

The market in BOU will effectively become suspended WITHOUT suspension. That is the best moment for a contrarian, but with suspension looming, you would have to be one battle hardened contrarian to make a move.

Ok so if we get to that stage when no more buyers and no more sellers, and RTO then announced, and suspension is off the table, I would stand well away from a firework. There is no guessing how high it can go.

Could Antos be flogging his shares?

The longer you keep that image in your head then the more it will play on you. Whether he sells or not he is no more than an ordinary shareholder like you and me and is free to do as he wants. If he has then I would have lost all trust in him based on the meeting I attended in April.

He bought when the company was on the floor, and he then bought again in the open offer plus more than his own allocation and then also took the warrants. FACT, and I am not defending him just looking at fact. He followed through on his mission to that point.

FACT on the flipside, what he has not done has announced being director for whatever reasons, which many thought would happen, and what we do not have is the RTO target or any news on progression to exactly what it is we are supposed to be going after.

To add to the mix we have total radio silence as we head to that Oct 5th deadline (I am not sure if there is any rules that can extend this under certain circumstances?) where we face suspension.

Given this situation some will not be able to stomach this and may have sold. I honestly cannot blame them because everyone has a different level of tolerance and a different set of outside pressures and circumstances.

I do not trust Antos 100% because that would be stupid to trust anyone without knowing them long enough or without sound reasoning, but the number is in the 90’s. I reserve the rest based on the outcome here and final deliverance. I would expect him also not to trust any of us 100% because he doesn’t know our past or personal behavioural patterns. Until that RTO is announced, in my opinion you can reserve your personal judgement.

The interest should be to get that RTO announced before Oct 5th to ease a lot of long term supporters minds.

You missed the point. Check his holdings and warrants and his purchase of PSL with all its add ons, and then you will see its not less than £1m. The exact figure will be unknown to any of us. Its what he is getting in return for his cash and is the commitment worth it in comparison.

Remember when you watch Dragons Den and you see a person asking a multi millionaire with £300m of assets for a £20000 stake, It would be the same as someone asking you for £2 when you have £30000 worth of assets. You might say "come on mate its only £2!" but to them its "Do I want the hassle of this person, will they take up more of my time then the £2 is worth." To them its not about the money, its what they get in return for the investment and what they can avoid.

That's why so many lose money as they do not work out what they are getting in return for their capital and invest willy nilly, blinded by possible profits instead of focusing on time involved. "If hes a billionaire, whats alot of money to us is peanuts to him." you wrote. Its not about the money, and I hope you can see my point.

Cymru I read it as we longer share the offices of Peterhouse, which begs the question, are we done with them and about to announce a new broker?

The address BOU have now taken is about 200 yards away from the Bank of England, Mansion House etc, so the rents will not be cheap. Does this mean we are confident of taking on a business that will meet those kinds of rents and overheads?

As for other companies using that address? I would be confident that none of them are anything to do with us and only use the address as their base. This could save a lot of time because of the 159 companies using that post code none of them fit the bill for what Allan Syms alluded to in the last results.

Its a vote of confidence when BOU are no longer sharing the PH postcode.

So I was wondering if the same now.

Just switched on to have a look and see we are now 0.025-0.029p so the bottom has been tested and now we are channeling back upwards. Expect bid to improve soon.

I can assure you there is no attack. Again it is what you perceived. I only pointed out your opinion or mine counts for very little. You can express it, that's what the BBs are for, but you need to weary that not everyone is strong in belief and can easily be swayed on simple opinion. Fact is the price right now tells us what? It tells what YOU want to believe. What you want to believe may not be the same as what I believe. Fact is I took some today based on what I believe.

I am glad you covered yourself richie by saying its only your opinion. Why should the price be higher? It takes only blink and the price can adjust and catch people unawares and I speak from experience.

The longer there is no news just means we are a step closer to news. It can drop any moment and it can drop in segments leading up to the big one.

Quietly been adding while people have sold to move to the 'trade of the week.' My positive stance counts for nothing just like my opinion, but you can see that BOU is about to pull an ace card just when its needed. Close of play news would be welcomed.

Thanks for replying and respect to you. You have cleared up the trading situation even though it’s your right not to have done. By doing that and being so open about your status it has made everything clear and again, you could have chosen not to.

You rightly show your concerns and questions especially on why Antos has not come aboard. What I would say in respect of this is, based on what we know and what is out there, this is a very well-run water tight situation which cannot afford one hold up, and especially at this stage of the proceedings with October 5th looming, 31 trading days away. The opposite of that would be one great con and a hoax, and one brilliantly master minded. Based on my own outside research and talking to the right people, I will side with the former. However I am not stupid to except everything UNTIL its clear and in black and white. That way we know it’s covered legally. For me whether Antos is on board or not is not important. He has shown his support, and whether you have 2bn or only 1 share it’s still support. I don’t know what he is like at the head of a business as I have never had that privilege, although there is plenty out there to support he does do a good job. I can safely say I respect his current support as a shareholder. So him coming aboard is not as important for me as WHAT is coming into BOU?

I have been in so many previous situations where when someone has been told something and then they go off blurting over social media and to close people. What will happen next is erratic price movements, RNSs on share price movements, RNS to clarify something that was not true, and the list goes on. Why? Because people have a tendency to misrepresent, and fail to realise that any information 10 levels later could become Chinese whispers. So looking at the price right now and the band it keeps moving within and the strategically placed sells right after buys when they have all day to have sold, tells me that BOU is being controlled and for good reasons. I have and maybe others have experienced this kind of behaviour before. I am 99% sure on the outcome, that 1% I will reserve until it’s in black and white because as clued up as we think and believe we are, no two situations are alike.

Now I am not sure but you can clear up, did you only come across the piece on Green Lithium on the 22nd since this was available as you pointed out long before? I met the guy from Green Lithium and found him to be decent but as a business and I mean no disrespect not even worth the time to link to BOU for obvious reasons. If I take a guess Antos joined because he spoke with the Director at Green Lithium and liked the future potential. A bit like you and me buying BOU. It may or may not deliver but better to be in than out just in case.

Also not sure if you are still a holder, or trading, but to get £5.95 per deal on HL would lead me to believe you are a frequent trader, even though to your credit you have said you are in for the long haul. You are still here? and not sold and wanting back in?

Hope you are well my friend. Very risky for anyone to sell and try and buy back. Two things go against that. Positive news at anytime, and also price can move above the previous sold trade. Hats off if anyone can beat those odds. If someone sells out of necessity then no one should begrudge that, as life is what it is.

I have seen a string of stocks moving to over or close 100% recently and the temptation begins because that queue is moving quicker than the one we are in. However a few have overlooked something....

The price has remained for a number a sessions within a tight band, with tops set at 0.03p. You can see no more stock is being issued and so the only way to accumulate is to stagnate the price, make people tired bored and so they submit into selling. Add to that a few 100%'ers elsewhere and the temptation to sell gets more intense. The tight band is biggest clue that the price is 'under control'. The risk is nothing happens and it was all a hoax. I don't subscribe to this. I subscribe without being blinkered to the brave do get the biggest reward. Its personally happened before so the experience stays with you.

The outcomes are getting closer.
