Price will not move without reason. The reason the price is here is because someone bought a shed load and it was announced. That was Antos G buying. The reason in my opinion we are here to take cheap stock away from the those who cannot hold for 5 minutes. We are consolidating a really fantastic position and if we get as close to what we have as a close then we have a win. If it drops back next week but stays above 0.04p then it just got better.

I said in one of my earlier posts, what we see as negative (a drop back on price) may sometimes be for the positive later. That is what we are seeing. Stock is being easily taken out of the hands of the weak holders and who knows may well be going into the hands of the more secure.

Markets move for reasons. BTW great reply earlier mate and I recommended your post.

Great consolidation going on here. Yesterday we left 0.02p area for good. We now are playing out the "who wants to stay and who wants to leave." Some might think its ramped,(newbies and the less researched, and especially the Hyenas!). ITS CORRECTING ITSELF!

Once the consolidating is done, it only takes another stick of RNS dynamite to blow it up further into areas unseen and one where most can only dream. It really happening, its no dream.

A_milli just to follow up on what you said. There was a 47m trade announced at around 10.06am, time stamped for 8.11am.

The price at open was 0.033-0.035p.
4 mins later the price at 8.04am was 0.04-0.45p. That’s around 33% up from the open.
If this 47m trade was placed in the morning, then by 8.04am we have around 78m sells.
Its therefore quite possible it was a buy and the rise was done to facilitate enough weak sellers to meet that 47m trade. It then gets time stamped for 8.11am by which time the price is 0.039-0.04p, as we are still getting sellers cashing in on the surprise rise, whether through normal market or through limits being triggered.

If it was a sell however then the price has seriously done well to hold its ground and they have announced it within 2 hours from 8.11am going forward.

Personally think it was a buy.

BTB what most are forgetting is this is a CORRECTION, not a rise. Yes of course it is rising, but its actually correcting its value. The real rise has not even begun!

We twice tested higher than we are now and that was when it was in a different position. Now we are on the verge of something big, and people are selling to pay for a nice weekend break, a nice meal, or just to pay for a few bills outstanding. Those are examples, but real life changing amounts are made by hanging in there and not getting influenced by the masses.

Correction will be done soon and then we can begin adding value.

Tweet to be honest any pullback is a positive. Yes you read right - a positive. This is trending upwards and began near close the day before. I shared that with one other poster the day before to give them confidence we are trending in the right direction as they were not sure. All we needed was further direction and the RNS (which also caught me out, Great timing from Antos and co), and we had that delivered at a good time as well.

I would not dismiss the fact that maybe a stealth buyer has also been at large and will declare? We shall see.

I know what you are doing, but I will step off and let you continue. The clue is at least one person today has highlighted what is happening, and I really do not want to spoil it. Your posts are actually working in our favour LOL.

First of all Milli there cannot be news Monday as its a Bank Holiday.

Good point you made about those selling their stock to gain from the OO. If they have they will have the same amount or little more if they sold a small cut from original holding. Either way they are in profit. Now they try and sell tomorrow and lock in profits but it will interesting to watch.

If the price drops as some lock in profits, there could some who get put off selling because they missed the window and decide "not worth selling now may as well hold." On the flip side if the price slides you will buyers with inside knowledge, buyers who missed the OO and buyers who believe they see a bargain. Price will find a new level through supply and demand.

Now if the price rises the original 'wantaway' sellers will get a second chance to sell into the rise. Traders may enter if they believe price has technically begun the bouce.

If some sellers cash in luckily at 0.025p thus banking 100% on their OO holdingfrom 0.0125p they might see themselves as experts geniuses and so on. Hang on! what if news arrives Tuesday? And price rises as much as 50% from 0.025p? And now they are in a quandry because to buy back at say 0.0375p would mean 100% profits banked are now back in play! what is one to do?

So you see its nice to bank a profit but its a dangerous gane if you think price will tank and you will get another opportunity. Thereis so much happening behind the scenes that its a tough decision to also sit out.

Not really bothered about the doom merchant. They will be hard revising for the new TV show "Universally Challenged."

One thing is clear PH have been given 300m warrants which they have 3 minutes, I means 3 years to exercise at a price of 0.01p. A total of £30000 which I might add they need to cough up for. If thats the case they might knock them out but they will want a good profit on them and since they have had an influence on price recently I don't believe that trend is over. Their interest is now aligned to ours.

Can sense good news is due and a price hike is coming. Doom merchant can say whatever but if deramping kicks in I will take yhat as a BUY signal.

Urban I agree with you price could tank but remember those who missed out on the open offer or missed out on excess shares will be putting these away in numbers in anticipation of news and direction.

If 4.7bn has been taken up then no doubt some of those would have wanted excess shares. Given there is only 600m excess available, then even if all the 4.7bn takers wanted excess they would only get 12-13% of that total. Give or take other rules etc, then that figure would drop even more.

That means a lot of people are going to get a lot less than the excess they asked for. The headache right now is PH will be telling the brokers what figures they have been allocated and then its up to those brokers to then ship out what they believe is fair to certain criteria of investors.

I can see why they have closed down the buying!! LOL

So Watty even though say 0.04p was maybe too high for the open offer they pitched it low but now have a headache on their hands where much more was requested in the excess than was possible going to be made available. A lot of running around will be going on right now behind the scenes to get the ratio and excess allocations done.

Hence why buying has been shut down right now!!

Watty have you already been informed via your broker or email that you will not get excess shares above the amount you requested?

You will not know yet. Depends on what others went for. If the ball park figure is that 25% was the average amount more other needed then the excess will fall short by 300m. That will mean a possible scale back. I have worked on the share issues many moons ago BT Jaguar etc, and that is what happens.

Jace 88.6% has been taken up. However you will never know what the real figure was for exess requirements. So for argument sake lets say 1bn was excess, technically they will need to share the remainder 600m. The figure for the excess could have been higher.
