weathergeek spot on mate. I am in another stock where I know someone put in for a massive amount at almost 20% below the market price and was looked after. Its better business than the large number of AIM pump and dumpers wnho get taken out through worrying the price is dropping. The stock has sinced suspended a couple of months back pending RTO ss they got in for a decent amount prior to it.

Love reading these negatives posts and smiling, because either they are wanting in and desperate for the price to drop so bring up stuff from the past which has no bearing on the future, for reasons unknown to the normal majority.

The very fact that £5m was asked for BUT less than an hour later they got £6m, tells you they were under pressure to use discretion and take it. Parting with a million in less than a morning coffee break must have been a priority.

For the universally challenged among us I suppose that will just go over their head. It does not alter the FACT the company has raised, it is not the same as it was two years ago, things take time to get better. and the speed at which this placing was done has caught a lot of 'AIM paid spivs' off guard.

What has not been mentioned is that fact that the company was raising £5m through the issue of 222.22m shares. Instead it raised £6m by issuing 266.66m shares. Thats £1m more and 44.22m more shares. It then stated the whole placing was oversubscribed and was all done before most had their coffee this morning.

Its clear there was pent up demand and I am sure anyone selling now is getting their hands bitten off. This is one placing that is not a worry but there is more behind it then meets the eye.

Seriously? Retail investors would be the first to jump. Look at this morning - a few holders getting upset at the drop. Clear as daylight they had not read the RNS, nor understood what they have bought. Patience is not in the make up. So happy that the shares have gone into more sticky hands and before anyone says they need proof, then I will point the fact that at 8.46am we got the RNS which showed it was oversubscribed, which means it takes so many minutes to produce that RNS which means it was done in even less time than stated.

star jump you have mixed up a punter for an investor mate. Investors hold for a little more than a day. I am sadly holding only what I initially bought which is showing a loss and because monies tied up in three suspended stocks cannot actually release funds for more right now. This is a great opportunity if some can look past the BS of the two minute holders. All the clues are in the two RNS this morning and the second one in the capitals? brilliant. They had to move quick, and if you can read you will see why.

Remember get your skates on. The bookbuilding process closes 4.30pm today. Lots of small traders will be giving away shares today judging by what I am reading here. This is an excellent raise and timed well. Clues are in RNS! Now you can workout why buys exceeded sells and price remained flat.

Now convinced that charting this would indicate a fall back is on the cards. Watching the selling will indicate there is a fall coming. However two things go against that, well three actually!

Number one the frequency of trading has been healthy, secondly the size of some trades indicate the MM are pricing this down to facilitate the size of those buys and with the number of negative posters here and twitter tells me they are working those trades by being pessimistic. Thirdly news could come at any time and that would tie in with what is happening right now on the trades.

Exactly the large buy are eating through what free float there is. MM are hoovering up any loose small trades around here. This has the added advantage of making this the new support from where further rises will come. So gutted right now that cannot add anymore.

Thanks Charliedog and read your positive posts too. Seen SKIN move near close to 6 bag,SYME the same, MWG and so another one now stares me in the face with 7dig despite its previous jump, and so missed out because I committed to three others which have yet to return.

He was thoroughly impressed with the link to Triller. Though he has not used it yet himself he knows a lot of people who do and are very impressed with it.

The links to Universal Music Group was positive to him in itself but to know that some of the names of artists are big hitters for his generation really got him interested. I told him that holding up a post office to get money to invest is illegal! he is going to have to find another method to get the swag LOL

I managed to scrape whatever I can together from all the loose stuff I have (given I have three right now all suspended pending great news for all three, so money desperately tied up!!), I cannot get the funds I need otherwise I would be in here for a lot more. Sat with my son last night and went through some of the recent RNSs and he kept saying wow! to each name reeled off and me being unaware of the platforms, apps, or the artists whereas he is more clued up given his age etc, I decided based on my own research and his take to get in for as many as I can get.

There is a side of me that wants this to tank for obvious reasons, and then there is a side of me that wants it to remain here, until funds come in. Sadly I feel those two scenarios are about to become history and the consolation is an excellent long term investment, that will not be at these prices next week.

If this was in terms of measuring an earthquake, the frequency of trading just went mental in a short space of time. It was an unusual run of trades which has not been matched before given there has been an easy flow of trades in this stock. However that period was off the grid and I am wondering what caused it?

While the jovial posting was going on here, something about the trading between 9.52am and 10.15am was positively missed. The last time I saw that was on another stock I am struggling at the moment with the name. That day the price 10 bagged so not making the same mistake again. The cards are marked!

Yes it was closer to 289m. So I am wrong and thanks for correcting and your figure is over 10% out as well mate. I would say he has netted around £30m. If he were to use the entire amount for a 30% then the price would be roughly 21p. However no doubt slight incentive on top, I would say minimum 30p.

He sold or will sell 61% of the shares. It will net him £61m roughly given if the VWAP price of 10p. Therefore to take 30% holding again will mean he will have to buy back 142500000 which at say 30p would cost him £42.5m. It nets a profit of £18.5m and gets the company back. He could go as far as maybe 40p per share? I think this is a possibility only.

RMR1969 don't beat yourself up, I earmarked around a 2m buy at 0.65p and waited and waited and waited and still waiting on another absolute time wasting investment which has been suspended for close now a year. Promises made and broken, In that time the money is still locked up and I have seen this move up. I am not going to even embarrass the position by telling what I have but it will be enough right now to buy a few mars bars on the profit!! It has been painful to see a great investment slip by, and one I would have held to the end game.

However as soon as the other one finally makes an appearance I will assess that one and then either sell the lot on return of RTO (if that is actually happening! and pile in here no matter what the price). Its an investment not a trade for me.

Patience has a new meaning for me now. All the best mate and well done GB for everything so far even if I am sidelined.
