Stevebt, I’ll be trading until I see a big forward moment

Going nowhere again , back in low £11s if budget not favourable, I know everyone keeps saying this will rise in time , but , the period of wait seems to increase monthly.

Bank of England announcement at midday , expected to hold , I wonder how this will affect the SP ? Next weeks Budget could send this flying high , or the opposite, depending on Reeves doing the sector any favours.

Things looking slightly more positive, back over £2 after ex div , any one have any thoughts ?

Are we building an upwards momentum in the run up to the budget ? I expect a big rise or fall on budget day depending on what that useless woman announces. Fingers crossed this keeps rising

Anything above £190 and I’m in profit ( with the incoming dividend payment) so feeling confident

Pleasant rise this morning, I haven’t done any research this morning, anyone know why we’ve had a 5% rise , hopefully it will continue upwards

Sold the lot this morning, excellent results considering the difficulties facing the sector, however, as I type , this has dropped below £12 again , I just can’t see anything pushing this back up around the £15-17 region , you’d think with the positive results this would be at least over £13, if not £14 .

Might invest in Taylor Wimpey for the larger dividend, their SP normally moves with PSN looking back over time , then again , maybe I sit tight and see how things pan out , budget looming , could push this lower …who knows ,Good luck everyone.

Denby , do you trade very small amounts ? Can I ask how many shares you have , you don’t seem disappointed when we drop considerably. Nothing excites me after seeing £17.20 last October, I’d be satisfied to see £15 again but I’m struggling to be that optimistic..

Seriously, I can’t keep up with you , one minute you tell us “it’s the bottom “ then it goes lower , then you tell us you are buying more , then it’s a FFS this shouldn’t be so low,now you are back telling us to “bye” I presume you mean buy ?

How much is everyone expecting the SP to drop on ex div day though , it could drop like a stone

Hi all , has anyone had any issues selling their shares in IPX, I’m thinking about investing heavily but might need my funds at short notice , read somewhere that someone couldn’t sell ? Apologies if you think it’s a stupid question.

Steve , I’ll need £17.76 but I doubt I’ll wait that long , let’s see how the country and world goes . Only a 0.1% growth in the uk economy hasn’t exactly filled everyone with optimism.

Good to hear from you stevebt , bit of a tough pill to swallow watching the BP price recover , always the “what if “ I actually pumped another 90k into psn last week and the sp did exactly as I thought , rose and then dropped during the afternoon of rates day , however, I really didn’t expect around a £1 drop , again , another trading opportunity not taken . I’m sure some will think I’m absolutely crazy putting more money in here , but I can only see it increasing over time , I’m just disappointed with how it’s performed over the last week , including the drop today after a rise . If this gets back to £15.50-£17.50 region again I might be tempted to sell up , I have a goal of reaching £500,000 and being 51 years old I have plans to enjoy life a bit more .

This really is struggling, pre interest rate announcement things were looking positive, as usual , false hope , I appreciate lots of you are relaxed about it , saying it will recover over time , of course there is the issue of not putting our money to work , having it tied up in this but , I’m sure we are all thinking we don’t want to potentially miss any substantial rise , tricky one really although I was always told to remove any emotional attachment to a share to make your money work , after a recent accident and no income for 4-6 weeks ( not reliant on it ) I do question my investment here , always good to hear other’s opinions, good or bad . Hope everyone is well and feeling optimistic.

Stevebt, oohhh yes , certainly feels much better seeing it green rather than the constant red we had to encounter for a long period. I certainly won’t be getting greedy this time , I might switch to Taylor Wimpey for the twenty grand a year dividend as their sp seems to almost mirror ours with movement , it’s nothing I’m rushing into and I’m certainly feeling positive with Psn after the decent news from the board recently

Still here Crossley , thanks for asking , trying to sit back and not look at the SP every 5 minutes, the pain continues especially as I was going to sell up and invest in BP, look at their recovery in the last week or so , never mind . In it for the long haul now , 130k down ….

Denby , why are you taking so much joy in others misery , are you purely a wind up merchant or just an unpleasant person , people have lost huge amounts of their money with vistry and Psn yet you think it’s great to post silly comments with smiley faces , think about it , if it makes you happy then there really is something wrong with you .
