I was seriously tempted to sell this morning on the high but , if , and I’m not convinced there will be , a rate cut on Thursday then this will go over £16 , certainly longer term this will reach £18-£20 easily in my opinion.

There’s a rise coming , this share is in recovery mode , it’s undervalued, look where it used to be , obviously there will be the odd blip but , it has upward momentum now , wasn’t long ago we were in the £12/13 bracket

Nice £5,,000 rise for me since getting back in yesterday, hopefully this will keep heading on up to £16 .

BP was too risky for me stevebt , labour want to hammer the oil companies

Never have any problems with Hargreaves Lansdown , excellent all round .

Lost my nerve so sold the whole lot , happy with my return and didn’t let greed take over my thinking , will buy back in if this drops back to mid or low 14s , good luck guys

I’m almost thinking that the Bank of England have missed their chance , they appear to not want to cut the rate , everyone hoping and then there’s another reason to put it off , even if everything went our way , as stevebt has said before , the workforce to build the extra houses doesn’t appear to be available anyway , can’t believe I’m being so pessimistic after seeing the SP break the £15 barrier , hopefully someone will come on here and shut me up with some good news and reason not to sell up …

£15 broken this morning, do I stay or do I go !

Of course if , and a big if , we get a rate cut , I’m sure this will continue upwards , however, can’t really see any other encouraging news

Steve , same as mine , it takes time for the funds to settle , shows the figure but it’s not available to withdraw or reinvest , it’s quite normal

Denby , I thought you had some knowledge of investments and how share prices are affected? If not , I hope you aren’t risking too much , best of luck …

Stevebt , my dividend has just landed in my Hargreaves landsdown account , giving me a better feeling and hopefully with a slight glimmer of any positive news , this can push on beyond £15 , then again , every time it gets near or hits 15 it always seems to drop back .

Very nice to see £14 again , hopefully it won’t drop back , £15 plus after the election….

Currently buying back in a few ago looks like poor timing again from me , happy to collect the dividend but , taking a big hit on SP after it was in the £14s for so long long was disappointing, am I kidding myself that we are on the road to recovery and that Labour are going to free up planning etc to get more homes built …. Anyone got anything positive, where’s strictly when you need him

Stevebt, exactly what I was telling myself , all that time holding shell , whilst painful at times , paid off with a six figure profit for me eventually, bought this and going to just leave it , I’m sure there will be considerable growth over time .

Chucked all my eggs in this basket again , hopefully with a rate drop this can move upwards , happy to collect the dividend too , my timing has been awful this year , maybe this time it will be correct …we wait and see…

No idea where it’s going stevebt , although with reports of house price rises this year , it’s looking unlikely to fall , I got out just at the wrong time ! Once my cash has settled in the Hargreaves account I will certainly transfer 20k into my Isa and buy back in , waiting to see how we close today as to whether I take the plunge again with the rest of my cash

Stevebt , rather foolishly, I sold up , seen too many rises result in a fall , think I’ve got it wrong again …I never learn , I’ll buy back in if there’s a dip .
