We don't know the exact details of when patients 2 and 3 in Cohort 2 were given their first doses but we can make some informed guesses.

Patient 2 probably 3 / 4 weeks later and patient 3 a further 2/3 weeks. So their equivalent Scans that showed Trish's 30/40% reduction would be :

patient 2 = W/C 14th Nov latest
patient 3 = this week latest

We can assume that Scancell will know if those patients are seeing some reduction in their tumours and may by the end of this week have enough information to put out an RNS covering the Immunogenicity part of the trial.

Speculation but very possible.

We always knew the science was solid and choose to believe it would work given the chance.
Only the Astute got committed and are now being proven right.

This must be adding pressure on the Company to officially acknowledge the results of these scans. What we don't know is if these breakthrough results are being duplicated in the other Cohort 2 patients.

What a stunning result for Trish, that is all she wanted to hear, that the first scan wasn't in error and the tumour continues to shrink. Looks like all the hard yards put in by the Scancell team are paying off.

There are now only 12 stockmarket days until Christmas. I would think that Scancell will want the various promised news items dealt with before the 22nd December. Not guaranteed but let's hope the details they need all come together.

We are at the very edge of discovery with the values of the ModiFY Trial Immunogenicity now just days away.

Let's get that piece of evidence sorted and there is no reason to suggest it's anything other than positive, then we can hold strong for the Efficacy Data promised 1st Quarter 2023.....

We are all on hyper alert awaiting the all important 'Moditope is Working' RNS.

Probably not to dissimilar to the Meerkats of the Kalahari desert, ever watchful and skittish.

Based on how free the information flowed last time you would expect an RNS by at least early next week or those privy to that info have an advantage.

Unless the result has been withheld by the clinical trial team to allow Scancell to cross there T's and dot there I's prior to an announcement.

It does mean that the results should be released ASAP either way.

I've built that holding on the basis that I can sell blocks at set prices and enjoy my retirement.
Mainly 50p, 90p and £1.25 and still keep around 300k for the journey towards a buy out or dividends if somehow we grow into a multi platformed BioTech Company.

First things first, I'm waiting for the official word that ModiTope is fully working it's tumour bashing magic.....

Just for balance I bought 250,000 shares at 3.85p when many day traders were running to the hills.

For those that bought shares in Scancell many years ago there has been plenty of opportunities to average down. We spent many months in a range of 5p to 8.5p.

I first bought at 24p and then more at 32p but have now built a good holding with an average of just above 10p.

Investing in AIM shares is not for the faint hearted as there are many sharks looking to take advantage.

Given the significant improvements in potency, utility and patent life with iSCIB1+, the Company is currently evaluating its strategic options for the current SCIB1 programme which could include changes to the product, protocol and delivery system and will update the market in during 2022 with regards to its strategy'

Phase 2 SCOPE trial of SCIB1 vaccine in metastatic melanoma patients expanded

'Additional cohort to test SCIB1 vaccine in combination with checkpoint doublet therapy.

Protocol amendment broadens patient population for inclusion in the trial and enables faster recruitment to remain on track to deliver initial efficacy data in 2022'

We have reach December which means certain news will land soon.

SCIB1 + Ci Scancell has repeatedly said there will be an update on that trial by year end.

ModiFY Trial will report on progress with hopefully all Cohort 1 patients being approved to have the full Vaccine doses.
Cohort 2 update on scans that should now officially confirm the status of all three patients.
Cohort 3 we may be officially told that the first patient has been dosed but it may also be that the company now just proceeds without detailing every new step forward.

Not definite but we could see the appointments of a new Chairman of the Board and a replacement for Prof Richard Goodfellow.

Plenty of stocking fillers in the next 3 weeks.....

It's really amazing that such a small positive adjustment in the 'risk percentage' really moves the potential of share price.

I would hope that an updated report lands pretty soon.

We are probably due a vastly improved and up to date Valuation Report from Trinity Delta.

Their April 2022 report estimated that the early risk assessed value of the company should be seen as 24.2p ( diluted ) but this was written well before the ModiFy Trial initiated and the GenMab Deal was in place.

Their advisory price target was based on the % chances of success for each of our platforms.

Moditope 10% chance of success value 11.9p
Immunobody 7.5%. ------ " ------- value 6.6p
GlyMab Platform 2.5% ------" ------ value 4.0p
AvidiMab Platform 2.0% ------ " ------ value 2.8p

Can ( RuckRover ) or anyone else advise what percentage's we should now be using..... ?

Thing is C7 we should now be concentrating on how well the ModiFY trial is doing.
We know ModiTope is working, what we are about to find out is, does it work in more that one person. That is the very edge of the tipping point for me.

We know it's safe, we know it's low on toxicity and we know for one person it can shrink a tumour. We know that 9 clinical sites are recruiting, that 15 patients had already had their first doses by last week AGM and the Ovarian trial spaces have almost been fully taken. How amazing is that.

Plus we also know that GenMab might be coughing up £608M over the next 3 / 5 years for the use of just one of our Mabs.

I think we are doing very well after our many years of patiently waiting and hoping .....
