Again Scancell under play their hand. Solid scientific advances with no fireworks.

We still await the full Covidity Trial readout but what is true is that the trial has tested AvidiMab and allowed the transfer to PharmaJets needle free delivery. There may also be enough in the data to yet attract partner.

Time will tell.

So unless there is a flurry of reports this afternoon we can say that tomorrow's Interim Results will begin to cast some light on Scancells current and future progress.

No matter what is reported it will be the language and tone used that will be just as informative.

Hopefully there will good reason for many posts tomorrow, until then to us all,

If it is just a standard Interim Report that does not include a forward looking statement it's because they cannot say and if that is the case, Wednesday morning can't come soon enough. I will be looking at the words chosen and the tone of any comments.

Also with the verbal promises made at the AGM regarding the time of trial reporting it would make me even more certain that there are discussions taking place.

If Wednesday is a more comprehensive report including updates on all three trials then we can all stop fretting...... : )

The Interims will be just that with some post 31st Oct news, hopefully.
The fact that it's this week and not next week moves that report out of the way.

Looking back in time it's usual to be the last few working days of the month.
My point being that we either see one or two trial RNS's on Monday / Tuesday or they there is a reason why it's being brought forward.

It's the timing of things that's a bit odd.

Just fir fun a litte addition to your point, Scancell went radio silent on Twitter on the 12th December and RG interview on the 13th December but not released until this last week.
It does fit with the conspiracy theory that these items are related.

As I've mentioned a few times the most odd thing is why the Interims have been brought forward to the 25th.
You would have thought under normal circumstances that the order would be, trial reports first followed by the Interims.

There is always a forward looking section stating the companies hopes and goals for the future.
If there are no trial updates Monday or Tuesday this would seem the wrong way round, I'm very intrigued by this.

With the importance of collating three trials and preparing the Interims plus running the business why deal with what is essentially an admin task at this critical time.

No trial news on Monday or Tuesday will really stoke up the flames of speculation for Wednesday and beyond.

Never straightforward with Scancell always a twist or two........ : )

I think all our expectation come from the RNS on 31st Oct 2022
First patient dosed in expansion phase...

"The Company expects further safety and immunogenicity data to be available in H2 2022 and early efficacy data in 2023. Further information relating to the clinical trial can be found on the Company's website at www.scancell.co.uk and at https://clinicaltrials.gov."

So there was an intention to report by the end of 2022.

I am sure there is a price that both Vulpes and Redmile would consider acceptable.
What that would be I have no Idea but to be offered a huge return now without the risk of 3 more years of trials would compel them to sell.
They do hold sway with their share percentage + the CLNs.

I truly believe that Lindy will want to be in labs and the clinic seeing the ModiFY trial all the way to 2026. Obviously that could be done under a new ownership but I would not expect an early buy out for less than x10 of our current Mcap.

In the investment world as a whole that would be a very good return for shareholders especially this early.

To see any of this come to fruition we first need an RNS saying that Moditope is working, until that RNS lands all of our projections are just daydreaming.

I suppose if there is a potential suitor and we had the data needed to prove without any doubt that ModiTope is creating those Cytotoxic Cd4 cells, they would have to offer a value that LD would be happy with.

I have every confidence that said value will be a true reflection of the market worth over 5 or 10 years or as you say they can jog on....

The next few weeks should answer a lot of questions and set the company up for an amazing 2023 of discovery.

I'm still trying to work out why the Interims are on the 25th and if we don't hear any news on current trials by next Wednesday have they brought the Interim results forward to get them out of the way ?

If that's how it plays out then it must mean an even bigger RNS is in the offing.

Tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday could get very intense if each day passes without any company announcements......

At the AGM LD said that the part of the ModiFY trial that Big Pharma really want to see is the resected Tumour slides that prove the modality of ModiTope.
However in the BMJ interview LD said they were going to Biopsy the first patient in Cohort2's tumour.

Why ?

Is it to provide that very proof of Modality to a very interested suitor.....?
