We now know the time frame is 'week'.

The Interim Results could have been pushed back to the 31st to allow for the trial reports so the 25th is an intriguing choice.

Whoever said we were heading towards an SP of 5p was talking a load of Pony & Trap.

Good positive RNS in the morning and we should canter past 30p....

Considering how much news is possible before the end of the month you would think it will be spread out and yes at least one report next week.

If however we reach next Saturday with still no news I will be very surprised. The only cause that would be plausible would be indepth talks for one of our platforms.

Also the Scancell Twitter account has been inactive since 12th December, again very similar to the silent days before the GenMab deal was announced.

I realise it could just be down to data collation but nothing to tweet or retweet for a month is a bit of a give away, ....................... maybe : )

Just pursuing that train of thought. LD did say in that BMJ article that they were planning on biopsying Cohort2's first patients tumour. That would allow them to see if the CD4 'T' Cells were penetrating the tumour thus proving physically that ModiTopes modality was working and provides the proof requested by Big Pharma.

My point being that we may be having those conversations right now.

Not when you are negotiating a deal or discusding a potential takeover, or when due diligence is taking place. Even trial results can be held back under those circumstances.

Last time we had a radio silence and news was expected the reason of the delay was partly the GenMab deal.

At the AGM it was apparent that news would be arriving by the end of the year.
No news today does compress the timeline to the next two weeks so there is something at work that is holding us up.

Another deal would be kindly received....

It does feel strange to see a figure of nearly £600M for a complex computer programme. I can understand the sales benefit of telling clients that you can analyse potential tumour mutations prior to their expensive unique treatment but it all seems like newage sci-fi to me.

I just don't understand a company like BionTech buying into the hype.

Many that had signed up before the AGM would have already been committed to a Checkpoint treatment with the addition of Modi1. I can't see how you would then prevent them from their chosen treatment path.

As I say many will see Modi1 as the additional part of their treatment.

Going off the info shared at the AGM plus the Trial Graphic on page 12 of the Presentation.

I thought Cohort3 was in combination with Checkpoints and at the AGM it was clear they had already recruited up to 15 patients for that part of the trial. Even commenting that the Ovarian places had almost been filled.

I would presume by now there are many patients having had their first doses in that Cohort3 population and all of them part of the + Ci Trial.

It seems to me that BionTech have a few irons in the fire already with various signed up collaborations. Their main mission is to provide tailored cancer treatments where the price is of no importance, its the result that is paramount.

The fact that they have patiently waited to get their hands on our ModiTope generated 'T' Cells shows that they have no other route to acquire them.

I also think BionTech are not blinkered to just developing mRNA vaccines and treatments, they are interested in Cancer Vaccines and Treatments.

If our ph1 ModiFY trial results are stunning, BionTech may have LD's ear but the price would have to be competitive.

LD has already said quite plainly at the AGM that BionTech are still interested in acquiring the ModiFY 'T' Cells but even more interested in Modi1.

So they can start the bidding war from their not so little pile of cash.
