The article has a published date of the 6th Jan 2023 so as a guess the quote from LD must come from earlier this week. I'd say it will be difficult for Scancell to pick a line in the sand to do an all encompassing report as there is so much happening in the ModiFY Trial.

An RNS this week giving the details so far and perhaps the result of the mentioned biopsy in the Interim Report at the end of the month, that would work for me.

What is clear as day is that once they begin to release the reports across all 3 trials the news will flow pretty quickly. There is a lot to get through over the next three weeks.

Wildforce you keep it up as you are saying all things I'm thinking and it's great to read.

It's very difficult to contain all the anticipation that's been building up since the AGM and that's a lot of excitement to control as each day passes.

My friends and family are being worn thin with my constant Scancell monologue.......... ha ha

If all three Cohort2 patients have seen significant reductions in their tumours the media attention could be off the scale.

We keep hearing of breakthroughs that when you dig past the headlines are all still in the labs and no where near to going into human trials.

A human trial that is only at the stage of repoting Immunogenicity and Safety data and is seeing a 55% reduction in a patients solid tumour has never been seen before.

It should be massive news if its working in all 3 patients .

It would be fantastic to wake up tomorrow morning to a 7.00am RNS. However it is very possible that all the admin staff both at the clinical centres and at Scancell HQ may just be back from holiday.

Thursday morning may be more practical so a little bit of patience may be required.

The coming year may be life changing not only for the cancer patients in our trials but also for the many who believe that Scancell now have the tools to become a major force for good in the battle against cancer.

I cannot disagree with any of your thoughts on what the Covidity Data could bring to Scancell. The trial was disrupted so the data will be a mixed bag and doesn't cover a very wide range of subjects. As a tool to test AvidiMab and the concept of Immunobody becoming the vehicle to produce vaccines in other viruses, I think it will be a success. As the much awaited 1st Universal Covid Vaccine I don't see at this time as it will need further trials.

A large Phase2 trial study run by a large pharma company would produce the data necessary to move Covidity forward, we know Scancell will not take it any further without that assistance.

My hope is that the results are indicative enough to generate positive interest by those that have the scale to see it through the clinical stages and to a commercial drug.

I don't think the Covidity Trial is a priority for Scancell. What is apparent is that the trial in South Africa has validated the AvidiMab product.

At the AGM there wasn't anything near the anticipation or excitement when discussing Covidity as there was with any mention of the Moditope trial.

Possibly a deal will be done to take Covidity forward into Phase2 trials but I do not think it will generate much in the way of an upfront payment. Milestones and Royalties if there is interest from a decent sized pharma company.

I also don't think there is 1p of our shareprice that is there because of the Covidity's potential.

It would be good if the promises made for reports in 2022 could be kept but in the longer term it doesn't matter if they are a few days into 2023.

It should also mean that there is more meaningful data from Cohort 2 which I think we are all eager to hear.

It was due to Neil Woodfords investment fund collapse. City Capital Financial took on the part of Woodfords Fund that included Scancell. I like you could not believe my luck when they dumped those shares and was very happy to get 250k at 3.85p.

I honestly could not figure why they would not hang on to them but I'm so glad I had the good sense to take advantage.

Let's hope Scancell have already given several very poorly people the best gift ever and as they can sit down to their Christmas Dinner they know that they can now look forward to many more.

The intention at the AGM was to release the ModiFY Immunogenicity data before the end of the year. The energy and contained excitement of the presentations did point towards very positive news was on the way and it felt like it wasnt just from one patient.

The required data is reported from the clinical centres first and only then can Scancell produce the full report leading to an RNS. Perhaps there was still a scan or two that needed to happen before the clinics released their reports.

I will say that usually when promised news is delayed the SP starts to slide on a daily basis. We haven't seen that at all this past week, if anything we've continued to see strong demand in modest size buys almost like whispers doing the rounds.

I still feel that the report's when they land will be very positive but I, like most of us, was hoping to have had them by now.

You are both completely correct but with the ModiFY news getting this close to the very end of the year I'm not expecting the Covidity Data until the back end of January.

Five main areas of news that is due to land.

1) SCIB1 + Ci - Data so far. Does SCIB1 (Immunobody) increase the success of the checkpoint drugs. How well is the trial going.
2 ) iSCIB1+ - How close are we to iSCIB+ replacing SCIB1 in the SCOPE Trial.
3) ModiFY Cohort 1 - Can those patients now receive the full ModiTope doses.
4) ModiFY Cohort 2 - Safety on all three patients plus are we seeing Tumour Regression in all three.
5) ModiFY Cohort 3 - How is recruitment going across all four tumour types plus how many patients now signed up and have any received their first doses.

Have I missed anything ?

If the Inter Day RNS doesn't land at 2.00pm then my well researched prediction lies scattered to the winds.

There are two pieces of news that we know are landing before the end of the year.
I don't see there being any advantage of trying to post two at the same time.

I also can't see why the company would want to have the pressure of having to post an RNS between Christmas and New Year.

So in my perfect universe, RNS tomorrow followed by the second before Friday's half day on the Markets.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day......... : )

With regards to our hopes and wishes for Scancell, I'm confident that ModiTope is working really well in the Immune system of our ModiFY Trial patients.

We have been very fortunate to have heard how the trial has impacted on one particular patient. Shareholders do not usually know any information prior to a company announcement. In this case we know for an absolute fact that moditope has worked to an outstanding level but at this point we only know it is in just one person. I honestly believe that in the next two days we will hear that the other Cohort 2 patients are seeing the same life changing results.

What's more we will also hear by the end of the year that the SCiB1 + Ci Trial is proving very positive as well.

Maybe not first thing tomorrow morning but by 2.00pm Tuesday we should know exactly where we are at regards to the ModiFY trial ..

As you know we are awaiting two major pieces of news.

1 ) SCIB1 + Ci Trial Update
2 ) ModiFY Trail Update

I expect both to land next week and I'm sticking with my assumption that this weekend will be used to collate all said information ready to draft the necessary RNS details.

So a pure guess is one to land Tuesday 7.00am and one on Thursday intra day.

A famous Guru master once said 'it is good to speculate especially if you wear specs'.

If that's good enough for him its good enough for me.
