The circumstances of of trying to conduct a trial in the midst of an Omicron outbreak made the Covidity project very difficult.

As a Covid Booster in just 40 subjects it may have produced some interesting but weak results. As a proof of concept it may have been excellent plus it has provided AvidiMab with a real world test which is greatly to our benefit.

I don't think there is 1p worth of our SP due to Covidity as we rose to 27p on the wave of a Covid Play and all of that speculative money has since been withdrawn.

I do think that Covidity will be luke warm and traders will try to take advantage, however the strength of company news on Moditope is the main focus as it should be.

The more the SP keeps on rising the more potential investors will pick up on the Scancell story.
We are in completely new territory as this is no longer 'will it work' we are now thinking 'how well is it going to work' and given the fact that we have only just had a peek at what ModiFY can do just 'how big a story is this going to be'.

I would go as far as, if all 3 patients in Cohort 2 see a regression in their tumours the News will be World-wide, and if we see a complete removal of a tumour even in one patient you would be crazy to not hold on to your shares for the SP growth that would be on its way.

SCIB1 +Ci Trial by the end of 2022.....

That very positive vibe at the AGM means you will be in profit at some point very very soon.

We have a ModiFY Trial update in December. A promise that the Covidity Trial will be written up early in January.
An RNS saying we should have an update on the SCiB1 + Ci Trial by the end of 2023.

Given all that by mid January you would hope we should be getting close to 30p.

Plus, with what should be achieved in 2023, Next Years AGM we will be lucky to find a seat.

Scancell's current MCap £164m with a real world possibility that just one Antibody could bring in £608m over the next 3/5 years.

Chips have never been this cheap ......

The only thing holding back the SP is sentiment, once the RNS lands with the full effectiveness of Moditope in our Cohort 3 patients that sentiment will turn extremely positive.....

GenMab Deal for 1 of 5 of our Antibodies, SCiB1 + Ci positive progress and now looking to gain approval to move up to iSCiB+, confirmation that ModiFY Cohort2 patient has seen a 30/40% regression in their tumour over a month ago, ModiFY has now moved on to Cohort 3 with 9 clinical teams now organised and recruiting and 15 patients already signed up to the trial.

I think the wider market is beginning to see Scancell as cheap considering the potential value of just these products I've listed.

You can also add AvidiMab, Covidity and BionTech's interest to the mix.

I am so glad I went to the AGM, worth every minute of the travel time and getting drenched ..... also glad I asked the question about BionTech and the ModiFY 'T'Cells as it clarified that issue in an unexpectedly good way.

Sounds like there were quite a few from our board in attendance but its difficult to go around asking 'and who are you and do you post on LSE' ...... : )

Came away with massive confidence in my investment.

9 sites open ( recruiting ).

The clincaltrials.gov website for the ModiFY trial has been updated showing all the sites that are now Open...... Expansion of the trial is confirmed.

The next few months as we become aware of just how Cohort 1 / 2 patients are fairing, that information will have an impact on the SP.
The real excitement and confidence had to be muted yesterday but the underling tone was that 1 patient had shown regression of their tumour and Cohort 3 could be a full house, the Scancell team already know how the other 2 patients are progressing and there was not a hint of any disappointment in the ModiFY trial.

My take on being at the AGM yesterday is that we have a cash runway until early 2024, just how much we will need and can accumulate from deals set against the company's ambitions is the factor we will not know until mid 2023 (data).

With really good news from the ModiFY trial the share price might allow for a large cash raise without huge dilution.
If that raised money is aimed at putting even more valuable products into trials the value of our shares will increase as the company's range and potential grows.

The AGM was excellent, my advice is don't sell any shares, in fact stock up......

The main essence is that there is good reason to expect Moditope to do what it said on the Mouse Models. In some cancers it may need tweets but Modi2 when fully developed should cover more tumour types and is expected in trials 2024.

I am still of the opinion that there is a reason why we have not seen a Proactive Investors interview. The GenMab deal warranted some media attention and the expansion of the Modify Trial was also the kind of company news that warrants the CEO being in front of a camera.

The AGM plus the ongoing 3 trials will demand much of the CEO's attention but in the company's journey from R&D to full Biotech the recent news items are definitely worth a CEO interview.

So I'm still asking myself why no interview ?

Considering that the 1st patient in Cohort 2 received the first dose on August 16th so nearly 3 months, patient number 2 could be showing early signs of reduction in their tumour.
I was hoping we would hear from Scancell prior to the AGM a little snippet about the status of all Cohort 1's and possibly / maybe Cohort 2's progression.

At the AGM would also be fine by me....... : )

When Redmile decided to invest in Scancell it wasn't on a wing and a prayer.

With their experience they would have known in detail exactly how Scancell's science would or wouldn't work. They would also understand the size of the potential markets for each of our platforms. The £40m that they lavished on to Scancell was a very astute amount because they wanted all platforms in trails at the same time. Money for trials but most importantly money for the right calibre of scientist to join the company.

Now thinking about their exit strategy. Presuming that ModiTope and Immunobody are both a huge success in their current trials I would be very surprised if Redmile tried to manoeuvre us shareholders to accepted a lowball offer for the company. They facilitate many companies and not all of them prove to be a profitable investment so when they know they have the crown jewels I'm sure they will want a full and fair price to exit.

The thing we don't know and it will only happen if say Moditope is extremely successful is will Redmile want to stay the distance and grow Scancell into a global biotech. Now there's food for thought....

The count has stopped at a very respectable 80.

Its good to know that we have a decent following on LSE and I am absolutely certain that the number will be a great deal more if the news from all three trials continue to be positive.

The RNS I'm waiting for is the one stating that ModiFY can officially open up to all 14 clinical sites listed on the clinicaltrials.gov website.

That will make following Scancell in 2023 even more exciting.

So much information yet to arrive, the AGM may give us all some clues if not full answers.

2 ) GenMab Deal 1st Milestone payment, Ph1 Trial / When ?
3 ) BionTech - ModiFY T Cells - Do they still want them ?
4 ) What's happened to the Karolinska Uni use of Scancell Tech ?
5 ) Given success in the ModiFy Ph1 trial what is the current thinking with regard to funding a Ph2 Trial which will cost £50m ++ ?
6 ) Zakari Therapeutics Ltd. Is the rationale that gave birth to that Non-Trading company still relevant today ?

As you have asked I would be very interested in other shareholders opinions about what we should ask at the AGM.

Virtually 48 hours has elapsed and 77 recs have been received.
A huge thank you to everyone that has taken part.

That total is more than I had anticipated and shows me that there is a greater base of investors keeping their eye on Scancell. We can also add a few percent for those that missed that particular post. Our LSE community is much larger than I thought.

The long, long term investors who I like to call 'the extreme patience ones' all believed early on, in the validity of the science. Helped greatly by the people that understood the complexity of what was being RNS'ed. I for one did not have a clue what it was that Scancell had discovered or how it worked or how the heck they could intervene. The depth of understanding by Prof Durrant and her fantastic team was way ahead of the game when SCIB1 went into a Phase1 trial. It has taken brains and determination to reach this point where Moditope is showing early signs of working and crucially is not showing or causing trial stopping side effects.

To be so close to the science / Moditope being proven is amazing and once the company has good reason to release News that Moditope is working well, we should see a huge spark of interest in the company and an increase in the SP.

The AGM could be very enlightening, lets hope so.
