We all know that the Ore Body is a monster, after 3 years of intense drilling the boundaries and scale are still not defined. Newcrest's MRE2 only accounts for a fairly small part of the whole body, so how big is the whole, 15, 20 or 25 million Ounces.

Using £2,0000 / Ounce as an average over the next 20 years and being able to extract 15,000,000 Ounces it would value Havieron the Mine at £30billion giving Greatland gold a stake of £9billion.

That is the simplest way of explaining what our individual shares are part of.

That has been my thoughts as well.

Related to that is why the 'Notice of the Finals' has not been posted, it seems very odd. The only thing that explains the missing interview, the announcement of directors stepping down and the late Notice RNS is that there is another announcement yet to be revealed.

As you have said the deal done with GenMab is extremely significant in the progression of Scancell moving on from R&D and beginning the journey of commercialising their platforms and under normal circumstances would mean the CEO would herald this fantastic news with a personal Interview.

There is more to come, maybe the MHRA approval on ModiFY to advance.

Has tonight's Quarterly Report been cancelled ?

In all the years since the Havieron discovery / JV with Newcrest I have never known the hours before a drilling report to be so subdued.

I'm looking forward to SB changing tack and getting back to being super positive about Havieron and the saving of Telfer. I think we have reach a point where Newcrest needs to herald all the good news they can, so why not admit that evidence from the drill cores projects a mine that's in excess of 15million Ounces Ag plus the bonus that is Copper.

That would be very nice to hear.........

Now we now know the second reason of why the Notice of Finals has been delayed.
Just on the balance of probability we will see that RNS first thing tomorrow morning with the Year End Accounts being released on Monday 31st.

With the announcement that the Chair is retiring along with Richard Goodfellow we can also make a good assumption that there are no more deals to land this month or next month. Any large scale deal for Covidity or Immunobody will probably happen post the AGM.

What is a strong possibility is that we will receive updates on the Modify and Covidity Trials before the AGM.

Tomorrow will be interesting to see if the SP continues to improve or if its pegged back as we've seen in the recent past. Sentiment now a days needs plenty of meat on the bone just because the financial markets are so jittery.

The 1.35million was definitely a buy at 8:32am probably what sent the SP up to 18p so early.

The 1.5million trade you can call either way. The prominent buying price was 16.5p at around 13:19pm so it would seem odd to allow a sell through of that size with only a 0.2p reduction from the buy price.

Make your own minds up but it smacks of a worked buy to me.

Other than the expected RNS for the year end accounts it seems obvious to me that the most important SP moving news will be when MHRA approve the Safety and Tolerance of the ModiFY trial CoHort2 leading to the opening of the awaiting eleven Clinical Trial Cancer Centres.

Currently an MCap of £137m with the potential of over £1b worth of GlyMab's still to come.
We are due the Finals by next Monday, we now know part of the reason why they are so late with the 'Notice of Finals' RNS.

What are the chances of further news before the AGM ( End Nov / Early Dec ).
I would say 'extremely high'.

For those that have stuck to Scancell through thick and thin, very well done, and for those who may want to jump in but are unsure, I'm going to say that the share price is still very cheap considering todays validation of one platform and the potential upside of three trials soon to report.

I'm not sure if there is a rule on exactly how many days Notice a company on AIM have to give for the Finals. Looking back there was once where the notice period was 7 days.

If Scancell want to go for Friday 28th October I would guess the Notice would be tomorrow if not later today.

The Finals for year ending 30th April 2022 must be released by the last day of October ( Monday 31st ), no if's or but's;

Those sells could well be Traders who bought on the chance that news was due and now find they have to pay up. Traders can buy on T10 or even T20.

There was a flurry of large buys / sells about 7-10 days ago which could fit that profile.

Many reasons but those like myself that have followed the journey of the science will want to hold fast until the data is presented.

Maybe I have misinterpreted what was being said.

We speculate when news is due, partly trying to predict it but also partly to chew over the facts as best we see them.

Right now we know for a fact that two things will be reported very soon :
1) 2021/2022 Final Accounts and Trading Report
2) That an AGM will be called, probably late November / early December.

What we hope will be reported on is :
1) Moditope Cohort 2, How well the drug has been tolerated.
2) Moditope MRHA approval to open the awaiting clinical trial centres.
3) Covidity, where are we in the trial, for example on recruitment
4) SCIB1 + Ci, we should hear where that trial is at by the end of 2022
5) SeaGen and their Phase2 cancer trial using AvidiMab

The way I see it, the longer we wait for the Finals Report the more likely it is that something is brewing.
What ? is the unknown factor as there are many possibilities.

The main thing is that as each day passes by, the possibility of News Tomorrow increases and as we wait each day with no News the stress levels rise.

The writing up of the science and the collation of Data is done when its ready.

Patience is the one virtue you need in spades to be a Biotech Investor.

There many reasons why people are still selling shares in companies across the board. If it is Calculus Capital they must have a good reason that doesn't necessarily have to do with Scancell.
