Not sure what we need to know if its just to boost the SP, because any short term rise wouldn't last.

If its just "if's and maybe's" about what might or might not happen then what is the point. The only possible mystery is that we have not heard anything about 'Early Data' from the Covidity Trial. That is probably due to the trial changes, escalating it a 'Booster Trial' in South Africa meaning there was no natural halfway point. The idea was to complete Phase 1 in SA and then apply to the UK to do the Booster Trial, under that arrangement we would have had a readout prior to the MHRA application.

Its tough being so close to these potential company making news releases and seeing the market makers bringing the SP lower to create 'trades and turnover' but we have to keep our faith and our patience because it is not that long to wait even if its December.

If the price drops back to 10 / 11p its an opportunity to gather even more acorns.

The gold and copper sat inside the Havieron mineralisation has to come out of the ground, travel to Telfer and then be processed to become the cash generating the solidity that will make Greatland Gold into the £4b + company SD wants to create.

Those who are currently shorting GGP are here for our shares as cheaply as they can get them because they want to own the ride up.

The pressure on the share price can only be eased with positive drill results, director buys, bank finance sorted, MRE 2 by Newcrest up to 8 million Ounces, a speeded up Decline and progress towards the DFS.

I'm asking about the 6 week Greatland Gold update as Zoros has it down for next Thursday. I wondering if that is a definite or a maybe ?

If it is a definite then at least we have that to look forward to.

The other news I'm now expecting is a flush of Director Buys. SD said there is pent up demand within his team and once the 5% issue is resolved they should be out of the closed period.

The other, other news is on the Bank Finance, it should not take to much time to now re-jig the numbers using a fantastic 30% Havieron asset.

I think JB1 was actually on to something as without the publicity on this board he was seeing a general increase on specific days. Potentially, end of trial participants in SA.

The pattern if there was one has now been completely swamped by Scancell shareholders reading this board and adding a Like or 2.

Could even be a case of someone adding many Likes. We will never know but JB1's original observation did have the potential to be of interest to us shareholders.

If the majority of the increase of the 'Likes' are coming from South Africans you could well be on to something. You have got me intrigued.

Thank you for explaining the clinical restraint's on information leakage from our clinical trial. To be absolutely honest the news I await is that all of our clinical centres are open for recruitment. That one piece of information would mean everything is on plan to challenge solid cancers in multiple conditions.

To bring about a therapy that can save so many lives, indeed to give back the chance to lead an active life for so many people would be a privilege to have been apart of.

I have just re-read the RNS and it does not state that the full dose of the ModiTope + Vimentin was given to the 1st Patient in Cohort 2.

I would presume, maybe incorrectly, that Cohort 2 will start with a low dose now the Vimentin has been added. In a months time if all is safe then the Full Doses will be administered. This is my interpretation because it is not stated by Scancell.

All listed companies have a duty of care to protect their shareholders. I have read, been told and believe that in the course of a companies function if something 'Materially Significant' that could affect the SP occurs, the company has a duty to ensure shareholders are informed and not put at a disadvantage by non-shareholders becoming aware of that 'Materially Significant' event.

If something as amazing as a 'Tumour Melting Away' or even 'Tumours Melting Away' during a trial is not reported, those close to that trial would be able to take advantage of that information.
How you square this with waiting 'let's say 4 months' for a data readout to update those who have invested directly in the company I do not know.

Also, Scancell know that this is a possibly because of the mouse model results so they must have discussed this as a possibility and would ensure they know if it is actually happening.

As investors we cannot be put in such a dis-advantageous position.

If you can explain to me how that could happen and not be reported I would be very surprised and shocked.

We collectively can say 'No Thank You'.

Plus that kind of derisory offer could easily backfire because there are other even larger mining companies that will know the true worth of 'Our 30%' or '25%'. Newcrest would also need our Board of Directors in their pocket to force through such a low price.

The GGP Directors have already proved that they are not in anyone's pocket.

Hey C7, I didn't think that Inanaco's Clock was that Big...... ha ha

It's all in Newcrest's court, they will show us tonight if they are content to JV the Havieron Mine with Greatland Gold or if it's their intention to try and gain 100% control.

If they have decided at board level that the cost of taking over GGP or offering to buy Havieron is to great a price to pay we will see that manifest itself tonight in how SB presents progress at Havieron in 2022.

A complete lack of enthusiasm and no decision on the 5% tells us that the opposite is true and a hostile takeover is being considered.

For anyone holding GGP shares tonight's announcements by Newcrest should not be missed.

I've told myself not to expect news on Cohort 2's Safety / Toxicology for a minimum of 2 months, but, when the patients are given the Full Dose of the Full Vaccine ( in approx 1 months time ) there is a very real possibility that Moditope could melt away their tumours, as it did in the mice.

If that happens it would be materially significant to all shareholders and would have to be declared.

Therefore there is a possibility that under those circumstances we would hear that news late September / very early in October. That is probably the earliest we will hear anything else from the ModiFY Trial.

It makes me wonder if Inanaco's clock is now ticking louder......

Hi Stakis, I will try to answer your question as best I can.

The trial can only start with 1, 2 or 3 patients who sign up knowing that this drug has never been tested in a human being. They are both poorly and very very brave. The trial is designed to go slowly at first so any adverse effects only affect the minimum of patients. Once these safety protocols are passed and proven to be, indeed safe, more patients are allowed to join the trial.

That is what happened today, the Trial moved cautiously forward bring in a further 3 patients in to become Cohort 2.

The ModiFY trial has just three clinical centres open to do the Safety / Toxicology part of the trial, in two months time if we have another RNS saying that Cohort 2 has passed the Safety protocol all the other recruitment sites ( 20 in total ) will then be able to join the trial and not before.

Lastly, from the quality and number of cancer centres wanting to be part of our Trial you can surmise that there are many patients willing and ready to be enrolled if they meet the correct criteria.

I totally agree that we should be much higher than 13p but that is where the journey we've been on is currently languishing. Many reasons but our Covid Play plus the Covid Pandemic delays to our cancer trials have knocked down any positive sentiment surrounding Scancell.

I like yourself and many more long term holders also know that there is a vast amount of money sloshing around in some pharmaceutical companies and the minute Moditope is proven to work ( as we hope ) there will be more than one interested party ready to buy the whole business.

We've seen some obscene amounts of money paid by pharma giants to ensure they are the ones holding all the aces. So yes I am surprised that more money is not sat holding Scancell shares just because if it works its worth many multiples of 13p.

Todays first step of our cancer Vaccine becoming a reality is very exciting news.

Todays RNS confirming early Safety is another brick in the wall that Scancell are building. Its also a very significant first hurdle negotiated for the ModiFY Trial.

This next cohort, as Bermudashorts has just pointed out, will shortly receive the Full Dose of the Full Vaccine, you know the one that told those mouse tumours to 'Jog On'.

This is why I invested in Scancell, to be holding shares when the announcement is made that Moditope does indeed remove cancer cells / solid tumours from human patients.

This a huge step towards that day.

Just adding to the advantages that Redmile's investment has given Scancell's management. The number of very bright and experienced staff now employed by Scancell allows there to be a more nimble response to any trial structural issues.

The revamp of the Scib1 + Ci trail to needle free injection and the addition of the two more clinical apt Checkpoint Inhibitors was negotiated and approved behind the scenes. The first we knew about it was when it was already to go in the clinic. The pre-Redmile staff levels and experience could not have dealt with such a complex change so quickly or smoothly.

Where are we up to, around 42 staff at last count and the majority PhD's.
That is a huge pool of talent, expensive but what a fantastic resource to have.

All we know is that 3 trials are running, 3 Scancell drugs are in patients, 3 trials where toxicity and safety issues have not been reported and 3 trials that on positive data have the ability to expand in range.

Two platform technologies that are being proven as well as validating AvidiMab.

Its been a long haul but if it all works how good will that be.
