As we get deeper and deeper into the 4th quarter 2022 what could we rightly expect.

Firstly, I'm intrigued by the Nomad announcement, it maybe good housekeeping but leaves you with the 'why now' question.
The trading year 2021/22 Final Results are due anytime from Monday 7:00am onwards.
ModiFy Cohort has reached two months so there is a 50/50 chance we will be informed how well the full higher dosed has been tolerated. I don't think we will hear about how effective it has been as it is probably to early in the trial.
There may be more to tell about the SeaGen Phase 2 trial that involves our very own AvidiMab.

The date of the AGM is usually out early in November and any significant trial progress would be a valued addition for the board to announce just before the meeting is held, it would mean very happy shareholders in attendance.
Before the year end we have been promised updates on the SCIB1 +Ci trial and on Covidity. The ModiFY trial data will have to wait until March / April 2023.

Finally, there has not been any negative trial comments on any of our 3 Trials, this has to to be accepted as progress across the all of our trials as being, good.

I would imagine that Redmile and Vulpes will have very significant influence over how and when Scancells assets are put up for sale. Those two investment companies hold ringside seats and there Modus Operandi will not allow the scientist to wallow in the science.

Their investment in Scancell is in no way benevolent it is a highly calculated ( with due diligence ) ruthless bet to make more money for the sake of future investments and profit taking. Their absolute priority is to protect there employed capital.

I am not sure who pointed this out in the past but success in one of our trials will strongly suggest success in all three trials because they are using a basic understanding of the human immune signalling pathways. If Scancell understand correctly and have correctly manufactured the compounds or drugs, then if it works in one it will work in all three.

What we don't know is just how good they work but there will be internally known results together with already gathered data that will show if they are progressing well or progressing badly.

Under these circumstances as shareholders sitting on the outside, no news is good news.

I think we are very very close to news and it will be the positive kind.
There has not been one negative trial comment even though we are running three trials in tandem.
It will be fantastic to receive a positive trial RNS, especially with the current world chaos we all need cheering up.

We don't know until we are told but right now there is a very good chance that a patient who was extremely poorly may well be on the road to recovery because of the years of work by Team Scancell. Rome wasn't built in a day and great science sometimes takes years especially if you doing it on a limited budget.

It has taken more years than we expected but it's the Redmile and Vulpes investments that have lead to us waiting on three trial readouts. Plus good news regarding Seagen and AvidiMab, what more could you want.

We are deep into 3 trials and they should all be mentioned to some degree in the upcoming Year End Report.

Last year the Notice of the Finals Report was on the 15th Oct with the actual report released on the 29th Oct. So if it is a similar timeline this year we are talking either this Friday or next Monday for the Notice.

I am also really hoping for some Trial updates before the AGM is announced early in November.

From what this board has unearthed all mention's of Scancells work are positive at the moment so we can take a deep breath and be fairly optimistic that the trials are progressing as we would hope.

Sounds like, possibly, could be, maybe, to me.

That would be some hand at cards, success in SCIB1, Moditope and Covidity, three Aces.......

We are getting into the thick end of potential trial news.
If ModiFY moves forward to open 20 sites and SCIB has 6 or 7 it will be a very exciting 2023.

Thinking about that 14p Buy, could if not be a worked order placed earlier in the week and the Market Maker bought up stock at 13.5p. We would presume that all 13.5p trades were buys but some could have been sells.

Would a 14p worked order go through as a Black Trade, maybe ?

Two great pieces of information shared on our board today.

SCIB1 +Ci trial opens a further clinical trial site. Which can only be read as Positive.
Our CEO officially shuts the office door at Nottingham Uni and is now free to devote all of her time to the duties of running Scancell.

These are very loud and very positive signs that Scancell is going and growing in the right direction.

ModiTope and Covidity and AvidiMab to come.

As you say let's presume the majority are sells. It then asked the question of why would the MM's take on so much stock at such a high price to the current market?

Now you've pointed it out I get it....... just shows how the printed word can be so easily miss read.

There is no guarantee that we will get a ModiFY RNS in the next 2/3 weeks but with the Year End and an AGM due I'm very expectant of some feedback from Scancell.

On the recent flurry of buys I'm sticking with someone building a trading position knowing that there is a very good chance of something positive being shared very soon.

Covidity, Moditope, SCIB1, AvidiMab or even GlyMabs.

There is always the possibility that someone close to the trials could get over excited and tell a friend, we know that they shouldn't and the trial should be tightly controlled.

I got shot down for suggesting that it might be a patient telling family and friends. I do now realise that patients will be kept in the dark as to how they are doing in the trial. Only the main clinical trial team will see the bulk of the results coming in and if there are no scans nobody will really know.

Looking at the trades at 15.10pm yesterday and the late trades today it does suggest someone is building a position, basically just before news is due.

If we receive some positive information and that the trials are going well and the SP rises around 10% I would not be surprised to see the same volume being sold.

Just my opinion on these current 'time linked' trades.

Even I realise that it was said 'tongue in cheek'.

We've had that insider trading conversation before.

News is now due within a traders window. We know that the finals are usually announced at some point this month plus the date of the AGM sometime late in November. As we also know an RNS could land any day, what we don't know is how transformational that RNS could be or may not be.

But News is a coming.....

That would be great to see all those other centres open. LD did say it could be as high as 20 clinical centres. That's a lot of patients and masses of data to be collected. How amazing if Moditope works anywhere near as well as the Lab results.

We can but hope to dream.

RNS, Notice of Finals, 15th October last year followed by AGM RNS on the 1st Nov. So they have a few weeks yet.

The first Cohort took exactly 2 months ( 13th June First Patient Dosed to 16th August Cohort 2 First Patient ). There is a good chance of that time gap repeating, so week commencing 17th October may just see an RNS on Modi-1.

I also think we will get one or two RNS's just before the Finals are announced, positive results will really set up a fantastic AGM.
