With Scancell you can never be sure what's coming because they love left field so much...... : )

There has to be a very very good reason, it could be Covidity but we've been told that the data readout is next year, it could be details about SCIB1 + Ci as we've been promised an update by the end of the year, it could be a Moditope 'T' Cells deal with BionTech, maybe a bit early for that.

It could be that they are waiting to officially open the awaiting 11 ModiFY Clinical Centres, it could be a Second GlyMab Deal or just more collaborations or it could be our first major AvidMab Deal.

Plenty of choices rather than we can't be arzed.........

There has to be a reason 'why not' to do an interview, can't be because I'm to busy or I can't be bothered, its part of the role of being the CEO.

Also, I do not get the vibe from Prof Lindy Durrant that she would not jump at the chance to personally acknowledge the size of the GenMab Deal or and especially heralding the fantastic start of the Moditope trial.

So as I said, Why ??

The missing up front Proactive Interviews are a mystery.

The two big headlines, GenMab Deal and Modify Trial Expansion are both worthy of our CEO proudly proclaiming the coming of age for Scancells technology.

The main unanswered question is WHY ?

There are 12 working days until the AGM, is there still time for another rabbit to be pulled from the hat ??

The truth is that one patients tumour shrinking tells you absolutely nothing about the trial. It could be that their own immune system has kicked in, it could be that the patient just happens to be a unique very high responder to the drug.

So in a few weeks time the 2nd patient may be checked and then the 3rd, if 2 out of the 3 or fingers crossed all 3 patients are showing reduce tumours then you can order the champagne..... : )

oh and it has to continue and not hit a point where the tumour starts to win the battle. These are the hurdles yet to be crossed but make no bones about it this early result does imply that ModiTope is the real deal.

The Market Capitalisation is a much better way of understanding value.
At 17p the MCap is £140m, so where should the value be based on the potential from the GenMab deal and the fact that Moditope has been de-risked because its passed the early Safety and Tolerance requirements.

The fact that we have been told that there has been a reduction in the size of a patients tumour is fantastic to hear but it needs to be confirmed and matched by another 2 or 3 of the other patients from Cohort2 to really light up the SP.

I think that when Moditope is proven to work in more than one patient and if there is total clearance of a tumour the market will start to see the MCap as tiny compared to the potential commercial values going forwards.

Right now an MCap of £240m is not ridiculous on the news we have but midway through 2023 with GenMab reaching its first milestone payment and multiple patients with ever reducing tumours £400 to £600m is very possible under those two outcomes.

It would be very surprising if there isn't an interview because the GenMab deal warranted one, to my mind to also ignore the ModiFY success would be mean something else is round the corner.

There is definitely someone selling into todays positive news.

If it is Calculus they will have thier collective head in thier hands as the Scancell share price fully reacts to ModiTope showing early signs of tumour shrinkage.

SCIB1 +Ci trial to be updated before the end of this year may add even more upward pressure on the SP.

I think Lindy is waiting for the when she can post an RNS entitled 'Tumour Gone'.....

We know its safe, we know the drug is well tolerated and there is signs of tumor reduction.

It would seem that it is working and this is just the beginning.
We should now see a quick roll out of the other 11 clinical site, all open and recruiting.

Congratulations to all Scancell shareholders because the herd will arrive shortly and our board will be quite a bit fuller.

I've heard that there is no publicity that's bad publicity....... : )

So if Vox disciples arrive tomorrow having emptied their piggy banks I've no problem with them claiming they have been lurking for years.

The GenMab deal brings some long awaited reality to the faith we've shown in Scancell for years. We will always know that we were here and buying when an investment company dumped 16.3million shares at 3p and we bought up the lot at 4p.

That is faith in the company.

Now that is what I want to hear, wrapped up in an RNS officially opening the other 11 sites on the Clinical Trial list.

Four more sites active is really good news and gives hope for another RNS update fairly soon.

WTP that is why its an important point, only 3 sites are officially recruiting but now 4 sites are gearing up, how do we decipher that ?

I'm beginning to give up hope, will somebody please comment on the fact that its been stated that 7 clinical sites are active on the ModiFY Trial ........... please .........

I'm amazed that no one has commented of the fact that 7 clinical sites are active in the ModiFY trial.

What does that indicate ?

To me it says that they are preparing to start recruiting, they will not spend money on staffing and training without good cause.

Over the past 12 months, Scancell has made good progress with three vaccine candidates now in the clinic and preclinical activities moving the antibody platforms forward, building on our expertise in immunology to underpin and drive our dual approach to targeting modified neo-antigens for cancer therapy. Looking forward, we anticipate that key milestones will be achieved in the next financial year with safety and efficacy readouts from all three of our current vaccine clinical trials:

· Recruitment of patients in the ModiFY trial is progressing well *with seven active clinical sites*; early safety and efficacy data due to be reported in the next 12 months.

7 Active Sites, only three are recorded as Recruiting so this is very significant.

Its obvious that Lindy would normally jump at a chance to highlight our first major commercial deal. So something else has held up that formal interview.
What intrigues me is that we can't pin it down because there are multiple possibilities. The Notice of the Year End Finals must happen tomorrow or on Monday morning 7.00am it will be 'accounts coming out later today' and I can't see that happening.

So its got to be :
1 ) ModiFY - MHRA approval of Safety and Tolerance Cohort2
2 ) Covidity - Partner for Phase2 and beyond
3 ) GlyCan Mabs - Another Deal signed
4 ) AvidiMab - Deal Signed

Have I missed anything ?

To entertain that notion for a moment...

How would they value Scancell, 1 Mab has a potential of £600m and we have 4 more so potentially another £2.4b, that's £3b.

SCIB1 + Ci and Covidity selling off Immunobody, do they work and if so what's price tag.

ModiTope, even 50% of the mouse results would be stunning and a working drug in 5 or 6 indications, that would be in the billions on its own.

So no, Scancell has not been sold because you can't price it until the data is in from at least two of the trials and they are both fully vetted.

Waiting for MHRA to respond on the ModiFY trial I would go with or Covidity is so good they have a partner ready to sign up.
