Its hard to keep up with the pace of these talks but its a positive sign that will hopefully lead to peace.

There's still around 20 working days possible for FID 25 so although some investors are rightly getting nervous, given the 2 failed FID attempts last year and that there's only around 20 working days to go but I think if FID 25s off, like FID 24, they will announce it early December with a new FID 26 target.

Half a Billion Mkt Cp will be hard to hold if FIDs delayed a 3rd time but there's always 26 or 27.

I should state I am not taking sides here and I certainly do not agree with Russia's invasion of Ukraine but I'm clever & objective enough to see and understand reality, unlike Branson and other deluded Europeans who somehow fantasise that this war could end better for Ukraine.

Sure, its not a fair deal but things rarely are fair on the loser in war.

The US has supplied 45% of the Arms to Ukraine since the war started in 2022.

Troagen, The US is the number one Supplier of Major Arms to Ukraine since 2020, supplying 45% .

Number 2 is Germany with 12%, then Poland with 11%.

And this supply will be lost alongside US intelligence if Zelensky refuses the peace plan !

Boldly , The man is being a Fantasised, If, as you say, he knows Ukraine has already lost 20plus % of its country and that its never going to get any of it back- and he knows Ukraine's in heavy retreat in many places along the front and losing more of its country & soldiers every day it continues fighting and he also knows that Ukraine is about to lose US arms, intelligence & security guarantees if it refuses the peace plan.....Knowing all this, Branson still says that Ukraine should reject the peace plan, then he must be stark raving bonkers telling Ukraine to refuse terms and give up even more land, lose more soldiers and accept far more punitive terms in the months & years to come !

I'd like to know how Branson thinks Ukraine is going to fight on without US Arms & Intelligence ? Knowing as he does that that Europeans have next to nothing in their arms inventories ! !

This is why the man is a complete Fantasist on the matter and any peace deals Ukraine makes in the coming months/years - if they refuse this one,will be on much worse terms ! Which, of course, Branson will know if he's knowledgeable on the current realities on the ground !

Exactly, No one knows when the Rns will land but land it will so we just have to be patient and await the rocket launching rns !

As seen, even the majors often have to wait around 12 months to get government approval so Thali is no different nor overdue based on some previous approvals.

What we do know is that the government supports the project and will approve it so we just have to be patient a little longer and let the government approval process take its course.

Of course, it could land next week or the week after, so i'm just ticking the weeks off-knowing that each one ticked off is another nearer to the approval and the mult-bagging of Tower 💰

So we could see the end of hostilities by the end of next week. This will be very good news for all concerned, the sooner the killing stops the better.

Absolutely Wilco, The US is, unlike the Europeans, being realistic in facing the realities and making the best peace deal possible in the given circumstances. Its easy to critisise the peace plan and have fanciful dreams of Ukraine chasing the Orcs out of the 4 provinces but that's not reality !

We should be thankful that the Europeans have no say whatsoever in the peace deal otherwise Europe would be at war for many years resulting in Ukraine finally capitulating and having lost the majority or perhaps even all of Ukraine.

Hopefully we get peace next week.

Its important to know that the insignificant EU are not part of the negotiations in any shape or form as its the US supplying the arms & giving security guarantees to Ukraine , not the EU,so I wouldn't be too concerned about what the insignificant EU say.

Gentlemen, no point arguing about the rights & wrongs or whats fair & what isnt.

We don't make the decisions, the leaders of the respective countries do so let's just accept that peace will be best for all concerned and let the higher authorities make the decisions as they feel best.

We are just small private investors in a UK listed mining company operating in Russia who's assets are basically frozen until the war ends & sanctions are lifted and that could be happening in the near future so there's no need for us to argue about the rights or wrongs or fair or unfair.

We just want peace & a return on our investment.

Punter,,,,You need to get Real, Zelensky has already agreed to work with the peace plan and Europe( with its pathetic miniscule forces) has no say in the matter, which is wholly appropriate given the ridiculously small size of its armed forces. Let us take, for example, Britain, one of the most powerful Europeans forces, and please don't laugh at the size , it has a 'front line' fighting strength of 36000 = 3 Divisions, 80 'working & useable ' tanks & 150 fighter jets .

Barely enough to hold a few villages in Ukraine.

Russia attacked the town of Povorsk recently with 150,000 men, thats almost 4 times the size of the 'front line ' fighting strength of the entire British Army and thats just one of hundreds of towns & villages being attacked along the 1500km front.

So forget the completely meaningless Europeans & if Zelensky doesn't play ball, Trump can simply say fine, yr on your own, no US security guarantees & no nore US armaments which would force Zelensky in total & complete unconditional surrender in double quick time so unfortunately Zelensky must pretty much do what Trump says be that right or wrong.

Thats very positive as its the first time all parties are in agreement and its good that the Warmongering Europeans have been given the most appropriate part in the process for their miniscule military capabilities, which is nothing as Britain & others would have Ukraine fight the losing battle till the last man before surrendering Kiev.

Obviously, we feel for Ukraine as all deals they make on this are bad, just some worse than others ,but at least they can then return to normality &

& stop having all their soldiers being killed.

So peace, albeit not in a perfect scenario for Ukraine is best for all concerned.

Troajan, You will find that after almost 4 years Russia has taken around 20% of Ukraine not 1%.

If Trump has approved the 28 point peace plan then its all but impossible for Ukraine to refuse it as Trump can just say, fine, your on your own then, no more armaments & no security guarantee from the US so Zelensky's hands are tied, whether or not the plan is fair on the loser is irrelevant, If Trump & Russia both agree it so will Zelensky as he has no choice.
