Bishop; You completely misunderstand me, I am not questioning Mr Enfields credentials, I am questioning what on earth is he doing at Tower Resources & what on earth warrants him taking £183, 000 from wiped out shareholders?

The company is 99% dormant until approvals, its been dormant for most of the last 8 years, even Jezza has very little to do except wait year after year after year after year for the farm out to complete & approvals so why on earth is a small non-revenue company that is,and has been doing nothing other than wait for approvals paying Mr Enfields almost £200,000. Its Ridiculous paying JA ( through his Umbrella company) £600,000 for next to nothing, let alone have another leech taking shareholders money, whilst shareholders get wiped out on the placings to pay for these salaries. Its an utter Disgrace & Shameful.

I have emailed JA and told him its Disgraceful what he is doing and he hasn't replied because he's ashamed.

Posters know JA always replies to shareholders emails but now he's been found out taking millions from shareholders for doing very little other than placings for his Umbrella company Pegasus -whilst his loyal shareholders have been wiped out, he no longer replies.

I have also voted against any more raises, had enough of Jezza's scam. He's been doing this for years now, taking millions from his shareholders, who have virtually all been wiped out because of his regular salary raises, whilst he does little to nothing other than wait for a farm in & approvals for the last 8 years.

Its time Jezza delivered something for his shareholders other than shareholder destruction whilst lining his own pockets with £Millions for doing effectively nothing !

I have Voted Against this nobody leech Mark Enfield because I cannot for the life of me see why he is paid $183,000 , when the company is doing & had been doing pretty much nothing whatsoever except waiting for approvals, like we shareholders are, for years.

He is 100% superfluous and does in no way warrant shareholders paying for his salary .

Its Ridiculous, there is nowhere near enough work to do for JA, he also spends years twiddling his thumbs awaiting approvals- whilst picking up $600,000 pa for his troubles but to be employing another director for almost $200,000 pa is outrageous for a small non/producing company that is effectively dormant until approvals.

Whilst we've been getting wiped out over the last 6 or so years, Jezza, through his company Pegasus, has taken almost £4,000,000 million pound from shareholders ( 50% of the value of the company).And there has been NO progress on anything in those 6 years, pretty mucg nothing has happened, not even completed a farm out, let alone a drill, so what has that £4,000,000] been spent on ??? Admin/paperwork 🤣

Thats just used as a guise thinking holders wont understand thar he's basically paying himself through Pegasus, little more sophisticated than an umbrella company.

What services does his company provide to warrant over £600,000 in one year in a company that does pretty much nothing other than wait; like shareholders, for approvals.

And who is this guy that got almost £200, 000 in one year ? What's he done ? Why does a company thats been doing nothing for years need him ?

Jezzza ( pegasus).used to get £200k pa 3/4 years back , why has it increased by 200% in 2/3 years when the company is doing little but wait on approvas/farm out for the last 8 years ???

JA will be lucky to have a few weeks work on Towrr each year, all they are doing is waiting & placings for himself. & his mate

Buy most of JAs £millions in income has come from Tower shareholders, who have mostly, been wiped out by Jeremery's regular placings .

So its a shameful way to earn money, when the company hasn't made any tangible progress in many years and his gains have come solely at his poor shareholders expense !

There will be nothing left to negotiate in the Donbas once Russia has the remaining few percent.

Of course, the terms offered to Zelensky will then be much harsher- requiring him to give up even more land-so its a catch 22 for Z, he's caught between a rock & hard place. His only strategy is continually beg for a ceasefire & peace talks but the Orcs are having none of it, they just keep gobbling up more and more of Ukraine every day.

Absolutely Rolf, I'm all for JA being rewarded when he's delivered some shareholder value but he's actually one of the main causes of shareholder destruction with the extortionate salaries for such a small, non-revenue company- that is basically doing nothing but waiting , like us, for the last year & a half & he's done very little other than an uncompleted farm out in the last 10 years.

So massive rewarding yourself like JA has at shareholders expense, who are being wiped out because of JAs constant placings for salaries is really shameful behaviour by the Ceo.

Shame on Him & We should all let him know its really bad to be profiteering enormously from his wiped out shareholders whilst the company does nothing other than wait for years to get approvals.

How on earth can they justify taking £800,000 in salaries when the company is effectively dormant until approvals land, they are simply sitting waiting year after year, like the rest of us.

The only bit of work is doing the regular placings, which is mostly used to pay their salaries.

With all due respect,Putin is right not to meet just to say hello, its naive & silly of Zelensky to continually ask Putin to meet when neither side, are at this point,willing to compromise,so , it would indeed be pointless, exactly like the 11 meetings previously between Ukraine and Russia.

Now If Zelensky is willing to give up the last bit of the Donbas, then he will get a meet with Putin & Peace but to continually ask to meet, just to say hello & goodbye, is, as Putin says, pointless.

We will know when the placing shares are churned as the shares will stop retracing after each attempted rise & will then proceed to rise incrementaly -gaining momentum & higher prices.

This doesn't seem to be the case at the moment as every attempted rise is being sold into as sellers use the buying volume to unload.

Its only a matter of time though before the sellers run out of ammo as the placings we're not large so they will be running low on ammo pretty soon with current volumes and that's when Georgina goes on a run💰

Best to be loaded & ready before she goes on a run as buying in size will be difficult when momentum is gained & premiums on current prices will have to be paid !

Yes, thats what happens when it moves, clearly all the 5.90 shares had gone so they move it up & up until holders sell.

Wait till it moves properly, with a tight float & small mkt cp, it will be often difficult to buy in size.

Those buying now will see multiples of this price on peace as Eua will be trading in double figures then.

Yes, of course SMTP, but its best to stay in the real world on this and not fantasise about fanciful that are never going to happen. What's fair & What's not is rrelevant. We have to deal with the reality & not fantasy !

And Russia are, for the first time,willing to make concessions, which, of course, Ukraine must do too.

The US & Ukraine have been working on these concessions and they have been sent to Russia.

A meeting between the two waring countries ia anticipated soon.

Finally, after numerous false dawns, it really does seem like this war is coming to an end.

Each rise is being heavily sold into, probably the placing shares along with some P.I/Trader fear when the shares fall.

I expect this to play itself out within a week or two, then the shares can gain some traction and rise to spud as expected.
