Yes, I emailed Jeremy and he confirmed its a 12 month contract and that the Cameroon Governent has already approved the project and just need to formally sign it off.

So if its not approved by the 10th Jan I expect the farm out to be extended.

Tincan, if the shares were being bought by Sticky Israeli Hands then the shares would be rising and not falling sharply.

If there are too many sellers and not enough buyers then the price is dropped- and if there are more sellers again the next day its dropped again, etc thats how it works 👍

There doesnt have to be a genuine investor on the other end of the trade, Market Makers are obliged to buy your shares, its their duty.

Its no surprise its fallen on FID after rising 500% in the last 12months on no news.

Its been an unbelievable ride but It will be 5plus years before any dividends as 85% of production will be to pay for loans and it isn't going to multi-bag with a $500mln market cap until production is much higher than the 10/15000bopd from phase one so profits have been taken and there are no big catalysts now after FID to push the shares higher.

Sure, Rig/Drill Ships/FPSO etc all to come but its all expected and won't trigger large multi-bagging rises like we've had over the last 12months.

Its been great and we've all made good money so well done to everyone who held and got their well deserved profit.

Yes, in 6/7 years with dividends & production increases the shares could be £1 plus but thats years off so investors are simply taking their profits.

The Farm Out contract expires on the 10th Jan, it was for 12months if not approved ( as confirmed by JA) .

However, The Cameroon Government has told Tower that the project will be approved and is just awaiting formal signitures so I expect the farm out contract to be extended.

They've spent $100 million for a paltry 200 Barrels a day, you could that many barrels in yr back garden in the US 🤣

Does anyone know how long the Farm Out agreement lasts without approval ?

I assume the agreement does not run indefinitely without any government authorization ?

Everyone knows that his peace plan has no chance of being accepted by Russia. No loser ever gets to dictate peace terms.

So Zs simply drawing the process out, stalling on the real & only important plan that was drafted by the two important players ( US & Russia).

Its embarrassing hearing Z say his plan will be ready soon when everyone knows Zs plan goes straight in the bin and has less than zero chance of being accepted by Russia.

Z hopes it will look like Russia is Refusing peace because they will not accept his plan but Trump & Putin know that Zs plan means absolutely nothing and that the only plan in town is the US one.

Zs playing it exactly the right way for Trump to Walk when he refuses the US plan as he says he does.

Of course, Z can change course when Trump insists that he either accepts the US plan or he fights Russia on his own.

Espen, If Zelensky doesnt accept the US Peace Plan and Trump walks, then Ukraine must surrender unconditionally to Russia a little further down the line - which would also bring an end to the conflict.

So Zelensky can take his pick,take the US Deal or Surrender to Russia a little later. Either way the war ends !

Yes Jonny, the loser never dictates terms , they only accept them. If the loser refuses terms then they have to accept even more punitive terms further down the line. Its not fair or just but its reality and its the best offer available!

All the Europeans have miniscule armies, very few arms & they have no ammunition left to defend themselves, having given most of the little they had to Ukraine.

The Europeans ( Poland & Hungry aside )cannot even defend their own borders against millions of migrants and are too weak to resolve the issue.

Trump's Spot On .... The Europeans are Very Weak Militarily to the point of being a joke, take the British Army , one of the largest European armies,

33,000 strong front line fighting force, 120 useable tanks, 135 useable fighter jets and a few hundred pieces of Artillery and no Ammunition left to defend themselves let alone defend Ukraine against Russia. The entire British army could barely defend a few towns in Ukraine, Russia has deployed 150,000 just to take one town ( Pokrovsk).

Germany, Italy,Spain, Holland, Belgium etc also all similar miniscule insignificant forces all due to 40 years of cutbacks so what are the Europeans going to do to Russia with US support other than spout their big stupid mouths off !

The US have given Zelensky a new deadline of a few days to accept or refuse the US Peace Plan.

I said yesterday the US would not be messed about by a Comedian stringing them along -going round & round in circles, ignoring the US peace plan whilst making up your own fantasy one even though you have lost the war was never going to work for Zelensky.

Let's see what the Comedian does next, if he rejects the US plan then I expect Ukraine will be on its own with its insignificant European Allies who have no ammunition left to defend themselves, let alone supply Ukraine.
