As posters know, I'm all for hearing the cons & fair criticism but Tony is talking absolute rubbish.

Firstly, there is nothing to suggest Consolidation is going to happen, and if it does, it doesn't mean a 20% drop, it simply means less shares of more value so there should be no change in value to shareholders.

Secondly, Few, if any, brokers will let you short Tower because its too small to make a market, its illiquid so Tony doesn't know what he's talking about on these subjects and is making himself look silly & inexperienced.

Fellow shareholders, I'm not saying there isn't good potential here, that goes without saying but the system employed to get to first oil, should they be fortunate and get there, is ensuring Tower shareholders receive , not only no capital gain but lose the vast majority of their investment, making the process pointless for shareholders.

Traders may scalp an increment here & there but holders are seeing no capital gains.

I do expect the shares to rise more on Cameroon approvals but that could be months/years off now its back to President Biya.

Its like I was saying, the long wait was killing us so after falling so much through the constant placings, when we finally got news , its, exactly as I said, pretty much irrelevant to the shareprice and thus pointless for anyone hoping for capital gain from any news.

Even if we get a 50% rise on Cameroon approvals, the vast majority of holders will be still well under water, not that approvals there are anywhere near because posters here ( you know who you are) 'wrongly' thought the President had already signed them, I said he hadn't and posters accused me of lying & deramping but it turns out that the file is now going back to the President.

Granted. It is a cunning way to outwardly look like your paying yourself little to no salary when the reality is you are charging your shareholders unimaginable costs for doing pretty much nothing but wait, year after year after year after year.

So Admin fees are $600,000 ?. Absolute rubbish !

Nothing has happened other than waiting for the approvals the whole of last year. You'd be hard pushed to have £10k admin on the work Jeremy has done last year- let alone $600,000.

You can't have $600,000 admin costs when you do so little work, its impossible.

Much as I liked Moscow getting a taste of its own medicine, I, in no way, think this escalation will help end the war, on the contrary, the stronger Ukraine get & the harder they hit Moscow & other Russian cities can only lead to Russia increasing its attacks in both size & duration on Ukraine so It doesn't help bring an end to the conflict, it actually escalates it.

The Russian's never give in, you can take thousands & thousands of miles of their country, kill 10s of millions of Orcs but like the war machines they are, they just keep coming & coming & coming like they did in WW2 against the Nazis & against Nappleon in 1812.

So although Ukraine escalating to bombing Russian cities is nice to see, it actually increases the scale of the war.

On a brighter note, I'm still hearing there could be a new round of peace talks in July/ August-with new ideas on how to end the war & the Europeans at the table.

So there is room for optimism now the Iran/US conflict has ended.

It really is time they got this conflict resolved.

JA gets over $50,0000 every month for doing nothing other than wait years for a farm out and approvals to conclude, whilst his shareholders get wiped out waiting. Its a Win Win for Jezza.

JA has no power to anything whatsoever other than wait years like his shareholders for approvals, however, rest assured ,JA will do all in his power to get the next placing away at any price to secure his huge $50,000 monthly salary.

From an odds perspective the chance of approvals before AGM are less than 1% whilst the chances of a placing are over 90%.

The chances of approvals after the agm are also very low as there simply is no timeframe whatsoever so it could be this year, next year, the year after. No one knows, All we know is that Jeremy expected approvals to take around 3 months back in Jan25 and here we are 1.5 years on with no approvals and no idea when they may come.

The extraordinary long wait has killed the shares and wiped most out.Shares are down over 60% since the farm out was announced and 99.999999999999% for longer holders.

Jeremery's main concern now will be how to get the next placing away when the shares are in free fall. He needs to do one soon if he is to maintain his huge $50,000 a month salary and pay Enfield his $185 000pa for doing nothing.

Rick, when a small company has $Billions in resources it will always draw Trolls like Spikey, who are not invested and are bitter, angry & highly critical that a small company like Eua is sitting on such a huge quantity of valuable resources.

Only when the shares can hold & continue a rise are the placing shares churned.

Forget the silly tit for tat bickering here and focus on peace in Ukraine because that's what's coming!

This extraordinary long wait is killing the shares and Its very painful for holders, the longer the wait -the more painful it is for shareholders.

The problem with such a big fall is that when approvals finally come, the shares won't even get to where they were 6/12 months ago, making it all rather pointless for all but the few who are fortunate enough to buy on or just before approvals.
