This exceptionally long wait for approvals is really damaging our investment so that when approvals finally come the vast majority of shareholders, even those, like myself, who've averaged down and only been a shareholder for 1.5 years, will be very fortunate to just break even.

Long term holders have sadly been completely wiped out to the point where approvals will have no relevance whatsoever , even a 500/ 1000% rise won't mean anything to long term holders who haven't averaged down-such has been the complete shareholder destruction.

Whilst approvals aren't imminent,another placing certainly is .

I'm losing faith here now and contemplating cutting the loss as this could easily fall another 50+% in a short period of time.

Its in free fall now and falling every day.

Yes SS, I have voiced my concerns with JA a few times and fair play to him, he's always replied but ultimately he has exactly the same idea of when approvals may come as we do, i.e, none.

I understand its out of his hands and at the whim of a 93 yr old man who does what he wants, when he wants & is renowned for taking his time on matters so Jezza basically just said to be patient ,ignore the noise on the boards & await real news. Naturally, the waiting patiently advice is not exactly helpful when your investment is decreasing all the time and the longer the wait, the more placings = even lower shareprices but it is what it is and all things considered the best way to get some return here is probably by waiting for approvals - even if that means more short term pain with more placing/s & lower sp's, so disappointing as it all is, I will remain a shareholdèr as I think(hope) its still the best course of action inspite of this ridiculously long frustrating wait for a few simple signitures on an already approved document.

Yes SS, unfortunately it is a rather gloomy outlook by myself but that's because the bizarre 1.4 year wait has been very gloomy with endless false dawns from JA. right back from his 3 month assessment for approvals back in Jan25, almost 1 and a half years ago.

I bought in a year & half ago on the strength of Jeremy saying 3 months for approvals then drill, the shares were 34 when I bought in & I have bought 8 × more than my original stake since as at each placing JA made it seem that we are getting closer but the reality is he has no clue whatsoever when approvals will be, it could be this year, next year or the year after or even longer than that, the man has absolutely no idea whatsoever.

The timeframe to sign off an already approved document has become ridiculous and our investment is decreasing in value rapidly of late as investors are sick of waiting for approvals that have not even any vague timeframe and are taking an indefinite period of time to sign off.

We can expect the Goblin to vigorously promote & go along with the next round of waste of time peace talks without actually ever wanting to make a deal as he wants to outwardly pretend he wants to end the war to secure continued support- whilst in reality The Goblin has no intention whatsoever of making a peace deal, he simply wants to draw the war out indefinitely.

If only it were that easy Allthatglitters, having patience is simply not enough, ask long term holders who've been wiped out by the dilution regardless of any upcoming good news - so for them its irrelevant whether approvals come or not as many would need to see increases of many 10s of thousands of percent just to recover their stake and thaf isn't going to happen.

So,if say, for example,you bought now at 21 and it falls to 10 over the next few months, which is highly likely in the absence of approvals and imminent placing/s -then approvals finally come and it rises 100%, you have only got your stake back and that won't be the case for 95% of shareholders who need to see this rise many thousands of percent just to recoup their original stake.

Only the very few who luckily buy a few days/weeks before approvals will see a return, the rest will be on damage limitation with a 100/200/% rise meaning absolutely nothing to their holding -such has been the devastating dilution here over the years accompanied by no progress whatsoever over the last decade.

But the US have stipulated they are not interested in the Goblin's endless games of going round in circles and getting nowhere.

The US will only mediate on constructive talks that progress so its another non starter as the Goblin's nowhere near ready to surrender so its back to the battlefield to decide how much more of Ukraine the Orcs take before they are satisfied.

I should say I agree the delay is admin and nothing untoward but the longer it takes the more of our investment we lose so it it an important shareholder concern.

For example, If we rise 100% on news,which is not unreasonable,we are only where we were around 6months ago on no approvals because the shares have fallen so much, thus, the upside then only gets you back to square one.

From the Jan 25 RNS. JA said completion is expected Q1 25, so 3 months and here we are 1.4 years on and still no further so unfortunately you can not but take every word JA says on approvals timeframes with a huge piece of salt. No disrespect, but the guy really hasn't got a clue whether approvals will come this year, next year or the year after.

All JA knows, is that he must do a placing every two months ( on average) to keep the lights on and without any progress whatsoever this results in the destruction of one's investment.

We really need approvals ASAP as the shares won't stop falling now until approvals are given and another placing is likely much more Imminent than approvals.

The market has clearly run out of patience with the eternal wait for a process that should historically take around 3 to 6 months.

Its fair to say that this unbelievably long wait for a few simplr signitures is now becoming ever more ridiculous!

What's amazing is that with all the arms and thousands of $Billions from all these Wealthy Countries, Ukraine cannot expel the small force of Russians ??? And not only can Ukraine not expel the invader from the 115,000sq km they have taken, they are actually giving up even more land on a daily basis !

Only new Investors or those who have consistently averaged down for years and pumped in a great many more pounds than their original investment will be rewarded. Investors who have simply been patient and held for some years have already been totally wiped out and will never see a return or even a tiny fraction of their original investment returned.

And even new investors may need to average down if approvals don't come soon.

I think there is one country in Europe that has a stronger & more powerful army than Ukraine and that's the one that has taken 20% of Ukraine with only a modest portion of its military force-whereas Ukraine has deployed everything it has and everything it has been given by 27 of the most powerful & wealthy westerm countries in the world and its still lost 20% of its country to this stronger & more powerful European country.

22 now 🙄, something needs to happen soon to stop the rot other than another placing which will send us sub 20.

All we can do is wait or cut the loss, I've waited 18months and have experienced some dilution in that time, granted, nowhere near to the same degree as longer term holders but its nevertheless rather unpleasant when accompanied with no progress on anything.

Let's hope -for the 100th time, that approvals come asap but historically its odds on the next rns being yet another small placing.

My focus is on peace now, you carry on with your petty squabbling about how well Ukraine is doing and how badly Russia is doing even though Ukraine has lost 20% ( Size of England) of its country whilst Russia 🇷🇺 has gained 115,000sq of Ukraine. If this is what you see as doing well then carry on my friend but I'm focused on peace now and no longer interested in yrs or Troagen's petty squabbling.

Of course, DTs words alone could be taken with a pinch of salt but taken alongside President Putin's recent comments about the war coming to an end is a different matter as Putin has never once in 5 years mentioned the war coming to an end , he rarely makes statements on the war so when he does it would be foolish to not take them seriously.

CMG...What I'd say to that is look back over the last few /many years and see how many placings JA has done and you will then have your answer as to what other options he has.

Problem is sp's dropping steadily in the absence of approvals, which equals ever more placings so if & when we finally do get approvals and the shares rise 100%, we'll only be where we were 6 months ago.

Its been nearly 2 months now since the last placing & as we all know Jezza likes to get a placing away every few months, granted, they are modest placings but they nevertheless reduce the value of our ever decreasing investment.

This wait for simple approvals that have apparently already been agreed is really testing investors patience to the max.
