Since the last update and still no approvals,After 15months of meaningless updates and no approvals you can't help but get the impression this waiting could go on for many more months or even years.

I accept its not JAs fault but the constant placings every few months to keep the lights on are hurting our investment so there is a need for approvals ASAP but that's not a word in the Cameroon Governent. Biya does what he wants when he wants and he's clearly in no rush.

Its all very disappointing.

Eua can expect some new shareholders based on President Putin's statement that the end of the conflict is coming & soon.

Once hostilities end and peace is agreed its into double figures for the SP -then further increases will depend on the asset sale but even without any asset sale Eua is a multi-bagger on peace alone.

Once more details & progress on how President Putin will end this conflict emerge !

Ali, All that information you posted is almost a year out of date so your certainly not privy to anything we don't know.

Nothing starts here until approvals, its pointless speculating about drill dates rigs until we get approvals its been almost. 1.5 years now awaiting for approvals that generally take 3 to 6 months.

He has been a man of few words in the 5 years of this war and its the first time he's said its coming to an end so it would be foolish to ignore his words. Instead, we should be thankful that he's ending this long, bitter conflict so perhaps a rendition of "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" 👏 would be in order !

Mooching, yout are absolutely right when you say 'facts are facts' and the fact is Ukraine has lost 20% of its country ( size of Ukraine ) since the begining of the SMO.

For bringing the Special Military Operation to an end. Hopefully Europe will have peace again soon and we'll all be friends & trading partners once again just like we were with Germany & Japan after WW2.

OffyrRocka.....Presideht Putin said Russia could take Ukraine in 2 weeks "If they so wished" ( you intentionally missed this bit out ) and this statement remains correct as it all depended on whether Russia used the full on approach ( Nukes) or the softly softly approach ( using a small conventional force) which is the approach the President decided upon.

Anyway, that's irrelevant, what's important and good news is that the President has decided the special military operation is nearly over so let us all look forward to a end to hostilities and a resumption of normality between Europeans & Russians.

It will be interesting to hear some more detail on the President's comments in the coming weeks.

OffyrRocka...There are No winners in this war so the detriment is to both sides. Ukraine slowly loses its country and Russia damages its economy !

Russia is indeed using the softly softly approach to this war, they could wipe out Kiev & Ukraine in a few seconds if they wanted to but they have opted for the soft, slow & very long approach.

Yes Wilco, I genuinely thought these peace talks would actually be peace talks and lead to an end to hostilities but the reality was there were no peace talks, no negotiations, just a series of complete waste of time meetings, which Russia has now brought to an end as they are completely pointless.

So, as long as Russia continues with this softly softly approach then Ukraine can avoid unconditional surrender for many years with the endless hundreds/thousands of Billions € funding & support of the Europeans.

Therefore there is no end to this war, Trump's tried everything and we are no nearer peace so the US will have to throw the towel in now as Russia has said further talks are pointless, which to be fair is true.

Sadly, I do not see anything positive to say about the chances of this war ending.

It has the hallmarks ( Endless European funding of thousands of Billions€ & a softly softly approach by Russia) for an endless war or one that could go on for another 50 or 100 years at a slow meat grinding steady rate.

Zelensky doesnt want to sign any peace deal, he has strung the US & Russia along pretending he wants to make a deal but knowing full well he never will.

Can't wait to hear the Goblin's response to the end of peace talks , he's been begging for peace talks to resume almost everyday but nobodies listening to him anymore as he has no intention of making a deal, he just wants to draw the process out for eternity without committing to any deal.

Until Ukraine leaves the Donbas....At Last the Russians are onto Zelensky's time wasting and see its utterly pointless having peace talks with Zelensky. Well Done Russia. I think Trump's had enough of the Goblin's Time Wasting Too.

Now it can be settled on the battlefield, no more talking just fighting until one side surrenders be it 5 years/50 years or 100 years !

Putin only wants a 2 day Ceasefire so his Victory parade is not attacked and nothing more.

A 2 day Ceasefire means nothing in a war that's been going 5years and shows no signs whatsoever of stopping. This war could go on for another 50 plus years so long as the Europeans keep funding it.
