No TC, the asset sold for around $200mln but Eua only recieved $9mln because of the Russian Government Haircut Policy - whereby the Western seller only receives around 5% of the sale proceeds because of the current tax & discounts imposed on western companies selling assets in Russia.

Naturally Zs going to fight for the best deal possible for his country, that's to be expected but ultimately, he will have to accept the terms presented. Originally, Zs terms were stonewall in thar Russia must fall back to Russia and give back all Ukrainian lands, then it was Russia can keep all conquered Ukrainian lands but peace must be drawn on current lines ( Z giving up 20% of Ukraine), and his most recent concession is to give up land Ukraine hold in Donestk and allow it to be a demilitarised Zone, so he's almost their now and accepted over 90% of the concessions, just the final minor concession to accept now, which, after accepting the loss of 20% of your country is minor in comparison .

The $251mln valuation is not Eua's valuation - Its the Russian Government's valuation and we all know it was subjected to the mandatory 95% Russian Haircut due to the geopolitical situation in Ukraine and the 99.7% asset sale will also be valued by the Russian Government but this will Not be subjected to the current mandatory 95% Russian Haircut as it will only be concluded after the war has ended and sanctions have been lifted, which Must be part of any peace deal as stated by Russia.

That's when we get our payback and that's when Spikey gets his final nail in his coffin.

Even with a huge discount to get a sale through, we have to be talking Billions if less than 0.5% is worth $251mln, and the other assets have state support & infrastructure so are more attractive.

This begs the question that if 0.3% of Eurasia's assets have been valued by the Russian Government @ $251mln - Then what would the other 99.7% be valued at by the Russian Government ? The figure must thus be in Billions not Millions based on the Russian Government's $251 mln valuation for less than 0.5% of Eurasia's assets and this figure would NOT be subject to the mandatory 95% Russian Haircut as these assets will not be sold until after peace has been agreed and sanctions lifted , which is a prerequisite for Russia on any peace deal.

So we should not listen to Spikeys Nonsense - we should take note that the Russian government valued 0.3% of Eurasia's assets at $251mln and excitedly ponder on what value the Russian Government will value the other 99% at 💰 💰 💰

The upshot is that after the war & sanctions are lifted, the returns here will be life -changing,even on a steeply discounted sale once the 95% Haircut is lifted as it will be inline with Russian sanctions being lifted on peace as everything returns to normality.

This will prove to have been a Great Buying opportunity once peace is agreed and the Savvy Imvestors who filled their boots during the dark times will be handsomely rewarded 💰

No TC, Not just trusting the Bods words, we know they have no cash to keep these 2 projects going and if they do not maintain minimum conditions the assets could be lost so they need cash and have prudently cashed in the minuscule 0.3% of assets to maintain and facilitate the sale of the 99.7% assets further down the line when peace is agreed and sanctions lifted. It makes sense and we will get our reward this way !

TC, they are not selling the other 99.7% assets until peace and sanctions are lifted so there will be no haircut next time.

Try to understand that they couldn't keep the 2 assets going with no cash, so they cashed 0.3% in to maintain their commitments on the all important 99.7% assets.

Its a sensible decision by the bod in the given circumstances and it facilitates the 99.7% asset sale once peace is reached & sanctions lifted.

Remember, CS & DS are shareholders like us and hold a whopping 600,000,000 mln shares between the 2 of them so rest assured they have shareholders best interests in mind on all decisions.

Yes, they got the Russian Haircut this time but they won't get it next time for the other 99. 7% so its for the good of the bigger picture.

Another positive step towards peace tonight and as we all know agreeing a peace deal is a process and there will be a few more meets yet before the deal is finally agreed at the meeting of the 3 leaders.

So all good and progress is clearly being made so Eua are certainly in the best position they've been in for 4 years with the high metals prices and upcoming peace deal.

Yes, every step is a step nearer peace now and we should hopefully get another step nearer later today when Z meets Trump.

What's also exciting is that the value of Eua's core metals has pretty much doubled and this means the demand for these metals has increased whilst the supply has decreased so we currently have some valuable assets that the world wants and is willing to pay high prices for.

I would be very surprised if Eua haven't had any calls from companies wanting to capitilze on the demand and high prices but of course, nothing can or will happen on this front until after peace has been agreed but then we could experience a flurry of activity, perhaps even a bidding war as there really arent many platinum/ palladium mines in the world.

So with upcoming peace & high metals prices , there's more than a good chance there's going to be a run on Eua shares resulting in significantly higher prices.

After 4 years in the doldrums, it looks like 26 is going to be a very exciting and prosperous year for Eurasia Mining.

Surely these record high metals prices will not be going unoticed by mining companies so it wouldn't be surprising if Eua gets a few calls or is already in discussions in regards to selling assets once peace is agreed.

Holders could be in for a double boost, first a peace boost followed by an asset sale boost 💰

Eua simply has to be one of the Hot Stocks for 2026 and could give outstanding multi-bagging returns so hold on tight to those Eurasia shares 💰

This was one probably the last major hurdle to peace and the fact Russia are preparing their response,instead of their usual instant rejection -could mean we may be close to a deal now.

Of course, we should expect Russia to add their own little twist to things as Russians do but the fact Zelensky has gone from Ukraine giving no ground up to Ukraine giving no ground up that they control to actually agreeing to give up ground that they control shows we are genuinely on the road to peace. Zs pretty much give the Russians all what they wanted, No NATO & withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donestk were the big two demands from Orcs.

I think a Trump/Putin/Zelensky Summit to sign a peace deal could be on in January.
