It will be interesting to see if Putin's offer is agreeable to the US & Ukraine, although Ukraine will pretty much have to go with what the US say regardless.

Hopefully its a realistic offer they can accept and not just another time wasting exercise by Putin.

Trump is trying a different approach now as he hasn't had the success he wanted with the nice, nice approach .

He should have used this approach first instead of being on Russia's side, Putin is far more likely to seek terms if the full military might of the US & Nato is behind Ukraine.

I also ran AI through on the likely timeframe for a Eurasia Mining asset sale and it said 6 to 12 months was the expected timeline for an asset sale although sighting higher metals prices ( which we have) could bring a sale forward whilst lower metals prices would prolong asset sales.

i'm sure someone else could run AI through and get a longer or shorter timeframe,

I'm sure AI will also give us longer or shorter timeframes depending which engines and parameters are used but forget AI, the asset sale will come only when someone makes an acceptable offer regardless of what the AI engines say and that's all that matters.

No One knows the casualties numbers in Ukraine,least of all Spikey - the resident Eua board Troll !! Ukraine has '''Not'''published its casualties figures and even if it had they could not be believed, Russia has '''Not'''published its casualties either and the same applies if it did, so where on earth Spikey's got his fictitious casualties figures from beggars belief ....Also Russia has up to 25,000,000 million manpower to commit to Ukraine should the need arise yet its only committed around 1 million and a small fraction of its armaments, thats why its called a special military operation (SMO) for Russia and not a war. Ukraine has also only deployed a small fraction of its 39 million population to defend its eastern states, which are populated by around 8/9 million ethnic Russians pre SMO, so ethnic Russians dominated Eastern Ukraine even before the SMO.

Yes, Its creeping up from the recent lows, the 45% drop on the peace talks pause was well overdone so a bounce was inevitable.

Peace in Ukraine is still well & truly on the cards as both parties try to get the best deal possible for their country so its no surprise its rising.

Agree,not only would you'd have to pay a large premium on authorisation rns but you will have great difficulty in actually buying due to the small size & tight float and demand -once the green light's given.

I've had difficulty here buying when it rises a modest 5/10 % so if you want upside exposure here its best to be already in before news, although,prudently, I have kept some powder dry for any sp weakness whilst we await the Presidents signature.
