Savage - looking at the graph the 1st support level is at 189p - then if it falls through this at 181p - I have just bought back in at 189.3p - may well fall further so will add if it does on any further weakness - some good inflation figures just dropped in the US so may add some support for UK equities this afternoon - lets see - gl dyor etc

I think the SSPG share price got ahead of itself and it has been hammered back down in what is now an extremely toppy market - sp getting into oversold territory atm imho - I sold my holding here at 187.5p - have this on my watchlist and will be buying back in if it falls much further - gla dyor etc.

Yes I saw both those articles Winny - good signs - especially the boxing day note from Persimmon “While we are not expecting any material improvement in market conditions this year, early indications from our Boxing Day marketing campaign are encouraging.” - with lender rates tumbling atm this augurs well for TW going forward - lets see - gl dyor etc.

Decided to take a few here at 414p on the basis that the drop has now gone too far - oversold imo at 6.6x enterprise value/cash profit - a director bought in at 418p which tells me the business is in pretty good shape - will add more on further weakness - gla dyor etc.

Fair point re Tesco JJ - Free cash flow came in below estimates and the market has been unforgiving in what is now a toppy FTSE - now oversold imo at 6.6x enterprise value/cash profit - a director bought in at 418p - I bought a few at 414p on the basis that the drop has gone too far - will see how it plays out - MKS looks to have more potential though - looking at their new in clothing range, sales are going well which augurs well for the sp going forward - lets see - gl dyor etc.

Looking through the last remnants of the supermarkets reporting - Sainsbury is getting mashed today, down 5pct atm on underwhelming sales figures, add to this Tesco which bombed 6pct yesterday and is still tanking it is becoming very very clear now who the star performers were on the food front over Christmas - MKS/OCDO - top of the list - gla dyor etc.
