Seoud sold 300k shares @ circa 80p on 8th June to pay for the 400k shares he got in the placing on 26th June for 50p.

I watched that programme...great to see Tiff again. I thought it was a really good review of the DBS. OK the ferrari beat it in a drag race but so what! Tiff talked about the superior looks, comfort, etc and he also talked about the company making a comeback with the DBX and upcoming models. I personally think the DBS is far better looking than the ferrari and I'm not being bias just because I hold shares.

Thanks for the replies guys. It seems like the impact on the SP like many things , is unknown. I totally agree that this is the dream partnership and strongly believe AML will do really well long term. I fully intend holding for a number of years but was wondering whether it may be prudent to sell my shares before the placing and then buy them back following the drop. I suppose everyone has their own opinion. One more question - Dunnie says he hopes MB take over AM completely...wouldn't that result in us losing our shares?

Hi Paul, Dunnie, 33, synx etc. I am a long time reader/addict of this BB. I have held AML shares since April and suffered the June dilution when the shares dropped back to 50p and I am worried the same will happen again when the new shares are distributed to MB and the other 2 new investors. As you know, this will occur following the AGM and prior to 31.12.20. At that point the number of shares increases from 1.824Bn to 2.298Bn. If you divide the value of the company by the increased number of shares it works out at approx 50p. I know the company is grossly undervalued at the moment but don't you think the MMs will automatically dilute the value of the shares down? I hope someone with more knowledge than me can answer this as I'm new to share investments. I hope I'm submitting this post correctly....never been on a BB before or even Facebook come to that lol.
