The way I see it is Stroll always underforcasts so that he overachieves, so if he says he will sell 6000 in 2021 of which over 50% will be DBX, then he'll probably sell at least 7000 of which about 4000 will be DBX. That's good enough for me cos it more than has ever been sold before!! And let's remember it's a 5 year plan to get to 10,000 in 2024/25 so we can't expect too much too soon :-))

I went for my morning walk and got back to see the SP had dropped. I share everyone else's views though, it's not staying at this level for long. Too much happening in the next few weeks leading up to F1 and with the future secured I am sure we will start to see many more large buys coming in from investment/pension funds. Last time to buy cheap as many have said before me.

Brilliant results. We couldn't have hoped for better with a pandemic. DBX is a huge success with new variants to come. Can't wait for 8.30. Congrats all lths

This is a 5 year plan...LTHs have nothing to fear. It's what the future holds that is important not the past performance that has been shaped by a pandemic which we now have a way out of. I still believe tomorrows results will be ok and the shares will rise on the strength of Chinas results and future plans.

If Stroll has bought shares off Adeem in the last few days that must surely mean that the results are going to cause an increase in SP. If the results are going to cause a dip, he would have waited until after the results to negotiate a cheaper deal.

Vorloch. Adeem is what I was thinking. But if Stroll has bought them would they show on Morningstar? I don't know enough about how it works.

I dont know if anyone's looked at the after hours trades tonight but on Morningstar it is showing over 80 really big trades between 16.31 and 16.35. I'm not sure if these are buys, sells or a mixture of both. Prices vary so may be both. I've only just started looking at Morningstar so not great on the data...someone else may be able to analyse it better?

Personally, I think its 2 way Englangder. Stroll or the consortium stand to make even more money as they incresse their share holding AND they protect our investments. They wont want to see the shares take a sharp dip either when they are trying to attract big investers. What this also does, is it reinforces is our steadfast belief that they are confident in the future of AML :-))

My understanding is if Yew Tree's bought the shares and they're not owned by one individual they may not need to declare. If Stroll's only just bought on Friday, he may have another couple of days yet before he has to declare. Someone with more knowledge than me could perhaps confirm one way or the other.

I think Either Stroll or the Yew Tree Consortium probably have bought the shares. I said the other day that 3% of AM shares is nearly 3.5 million shares ( £72m) . Even if they had sold over the last 3 months since November on the market it's £24m a month... over a million every trading day. I don't see how the SP would have gone up 40% over the same period with such a massive sale going on.

Englangder. I bet Stroll was rubbing his hands when Adeem finally dipped below 7% allowing him to get rid of Abouel Seoud. He can now replace him with another quality director of his choosing. As for why Adeem have chosen to reduce now? I don't think they have...I think they must have been steadily reducing for months. In November they were at 10% when they anticipated dipping below 10% so elected to remove a director. So since then they have sold another 3% of the company's shares which is 3.45 million shares worth about £72million at today's SP. If this had just happened we would certainly know about it so it must have been a gradual sale. The good thing is, it hasn't affected the SP, cos since November it's gone up about 40%. :-))

You guys are right. The future is massive regardless of next week's results. Good or bad, they would have been far better if not for the pandemic. DBX and mid engine cars are the future. As you've said Rob, the demand for valhalla is already proven by valkyrie which I believe demand outstripped the supply by 6. So they could have sold 900!! And imagine the profit margins on these cars. £3.3m for valkyrie before they go through Q branch. Dont know what valhalla is priced in at but it wont be cheap. I'm excited about next weeks results but more about what updates Stroll has for us. We are still at the start of a long journey
