Totally agree with all the positive things you guys are saying. Things will settle quickly on Monday and no doubt Stroll will have given us some good news over the weekend to help the SP on its way. Hopefully Brexit will finally be done one way or the other too. One thing we can be sure of is if you're a LHR you'll do well. Stroll obviously thinks so as he now holds 496 million shares. This can now be seen under director holdings and if that isn't a vote of confidence I don't know what is!!!

Totally agree with you Loadez. I think Stroll will have stockpiled his good news stories and will start drip feeding them from next week so we'll see a steady climb in SP.

I don't post very often but I'm still here and plan to hold my shares for the next few years until AFTER we have gone electric. We are just at the start of the recovery and I honestly cannot understand why people sell at this point when things have hardly got started! Consolidation will provide stability to the share price and get rid of all the day traders and unwelcome media reports like the 'FOOL' constantly rambling on about how the SP has dropped from £19. Any time now, we're expecting the name of the MB non-exec which might be TOTO WOLF. I wouldn't be surprised if we get that announcement on Friday to bolster the consolidated SP Monday am. Next, are the EOY results when we should see a big boost in sales over the 4th quarter. Then we've got the 2021 F1 season starting in March with our AM team in racing green colours AND the safety and medical Cars!. Then we've got the 007 move opening on 12th April by which time all vulnerable people will be vaccinated. People will flock to the cinemas and watch 5 of our And on the big screen. There are specials including valhalla. All the cars are being face lifted AND they will get the latest MB infotainment technology next year. We we will get hybrids in the next 2 or 3 years an full electric by 2026. We are also getting a 7 seater DBX and different powertrains! The list of positives is endless...and I haven't even mentioned Stroll and Moers...awesome!!

Well I get confused all the time as my wife often tells me lol. But I'm certain I'm right on this. Last trading at pre-cons price is Fri 11th and shares start trading at new cons price at 8 am on Mon 14th.

Consolidation is Monday 14th. People are getting confused with the date new shares are issued.

Hi everyone. I think you all need to know what it REALLY says in the prospectus about the DBX order book. C26 tells us the order book builds rapidly when it first opens and then it slows down. He doesnt explain that it only slowed down whilst all the dealers were closed earlier this year due to covid 19. Here's the actual wording "The DBX order book built rapidly from when it opened on 20th Nov 19 to the beginning of 2020. After a slowdown in orders , with the majority of the group's global dealer network closed for prolonged periods between January and July 2020 due to Covid-19 pandemic. Stable growth ion the group's order book resumed in the 3 months ended 30th September." What we know from Q3 results is that the order book is filled to the end of Q1 of 2021.

I simply skimmed through the prospectus and thought I'd point out that the pre-emption right were disaplied at the June AGM and are therefore being renewed at the Dec AGM. Just trying to be helpful. Correcting spellings comes from being a civil servant for 40 years -- old habits die hard lol.

No change on the pr-emotive voting rights. These will be temporarily misapplied at the AGM and will automatically reinstate at the next AGM . This is covered at Resolution 9 & 10 page 63 of the prospectus refers. The same authorisation was passed at the last AGM in June which lapses at the December AGM.

I totally agree Rob. All this volatility is so unnecessary. At least things should settle down after consolidation and we won't have to keep riding this roller coaster of emotions.
