Agreed Richard. Beyond what is happening this year (which is substantial), I see the the reworking of the sports/GTmodels early next year being the next leap forward. Sales of sports/ GT have pretty much halved since pre-pandemic levels as their designs have aged, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them returning to previous levels when the reworks are completed. Moers has said on more than one occasion that this will be more than a face-lift and we have already seen what AML are capable of under his leadership with the popular vantage F1 and now the DBX 707. We have much to look forward to :-)

I bought some more earlier today at £11.29. Things still look positive to me and with the results looming I am hoping the SP will start to turn around. There is certainly lots of positive things for them to talk about and the future outlook looks good. The DBX707 looks like it is going to be a huge success and with valkyrie finally in production I think we can expect revenue to increase with a jump this year. Next year will see similar increases with the revamp of our sports cars and the intro of new infotainment systems. Time will tell whether I have made the right decision to commit more money to this, but I certainly remain confident in the long term outcome.

I can't believe you're arguing about the court case instead of watching the launch. C26 is just distracting people from the most positive thing that has happened in AML for ages. The 707 looks amazing and I am sure will go on to be hugely successful. 707 HP and 0- 62 in 3.3 secs.

I haven't poster recently cos I changed my mob and had some difficulty logging back into LSE but I'm back now:-) There are more and more de-rampers/shorters climbing out of the woodwork at the moment on here and ADVFN. As has already been said, all the negativity from posters and media articles just stinks of desperation from shorters. As soon as we get some good factual news, they start churning out negative rumours about Moers and also blowing the £15m totally out of proportion. Moers...as far as I can see he hasn't put a foot wrong since joining AML. OK, so maybe he is a bit hard line with some of the staff and maybe some of them don't like all the changes, but we all know that the changes were necessary. If he hadn't come in with his approach and Project Horizon, would AML still be in business and would they still have a job?!
So he slightly underdeliverd on valkyrie to the tune of £15 m...he missed by failing to deliver a handful of cars, which means he probably missed target by a couple of weeks or so! I'm sure Stroll isn't going to sack him for that. Stroll has also made a statement to the FT saying that it is "categorically not true" that Moers future is s in doubt anda bsolutely ontengaged whatsoever in looking to replace Tobias. Furthermore, would Moers have bought shares in the company if he thought his job was at risk? Another thought is that Moers is still connected to Mercedes who I am sure would not approve of his dismissal, not to mention how useful Moers is to Stroll when negotiating with Mercedes. So, considering all of the above, I would be extremely surprised to see Moers leave. Moving onto the positives that we have to look forward to, I think Richard did a far better job on Friday, than I could of setting these out so I don't intend repeating what he's already said. I will go on to say ,that next year when the DB11 and DBS are significantly redesigned, I wouldn't be surprised to see demand for them returning to numbers last seen prior to the pandemic which will be massive when added to everything else that's in the pipeline. It's a very good sign Noah. They are actually down a whole percentage point from where they were at their peak when they were almost at 4%. So they are now 25% lower :-))

Yes I did check the chart and the SP WAS looking more positive earlier this morning. Obviously it dipped again as the day progressed which I am sure you are pleased about, because you are clearly trying to talk the SP down as low as possible so that you can buy back in.

The SP seems a bit more positive today. I don't know if you noticed but the market closed with a UT 'Buy' of 5m last night which obviously must have comprised mainly of a large BUY, because we got a spike to over £12.40 on the open at 8am . What makes it even more positive is that the number of institutions has increased by one today from 122 to 123. So it seems reasonable to assume an institution made a £5m buy! I don't think they would do that unless they thought the future looked promising for AML. They obviously don't believe any of the negativity from the gloomsters on here!!

We are obviously at war with the shorters at the moment but they are playing a dangerous game. Most of AML shares are owned by insiders and institutions with only 20% held by small holders like ourselves. If the shares start to rise, the shorts will have to close their positions but they will have real difficulty because the shares aren't going to be available for them to buy. This will cause a squeeze and the shares will staft to rise. As they rise, others will try to buy in, and the increase will just accelerate further, causing the shorts to lose a fortune. All we need is a bit of good news for the SP to turn. This could be anything such as the announcement of a new CFO.

Once again you are twisting this to make Stroll look bad C26. Hardly any company's have stuck with defined pension schemes, because they are not affordable. The pension is based on a set percentage of salary depending on years worked and employers invest the pension contributions over the years, which are then supposed to pay the pension. However, investments have fallen way short and left company's with massive pension shortfalls so they have slowly but surely been moving their workforces over to stakeholder pensions where the pension return depends on the stock market performance. Even civil servants were moved off defined pensions a few years ago. First it was new staff but then existing staff were forced to, unless unless they were within 10 years of retirement. It is just simply the sign of the times though it is a shame for the staff. Stroll is doing exactly the same as most other companys , it doesn't mean AML are in financial difficulties.

C26...who the hell do you think you are calling me a liar, a bully and saying that people have had to suffer abuse from me. What you have done there is prove yourself to be a liar. I have NEVER lied to, bullied or abused anyone. I have done nothing more than give my honest opinion in a polite and professional manner. I may not always have been right but I have also said that It is IMO. I am still holding all my shares and still believe in the company. As I have always said, this is going to take a few years with a few bumps in the road. I still believe that with all the new cars being released over the next 3 few years, the company and SP will do extremely well. As always, this is only my honest opinion. I am not trying to ramp the share. If I was I would be posting every 5 minutes like you.

Am I somehow misreading the shorts chart? Yes the total is 3.28 but it is down by 0.47 in total from where it was. They have all gone down in the last month apart from Gladstone which inreased by 0.07 on 16.11. Two of them dropped just yesteday.

My thoughts exactly Paul. He's obviously got more money than sense and can even if Paddy had crashed it, the repair bill would have been nothing to him. I suppose he just wants to show it off and who can blame him. Even Harris liked it!

Hopefully you all got chance to watch Top Gear yesterday. It seems that Victor made an impression not only on the presenters. A great bit of PR for AML showing just what they are capable of designing and building.

There are certainly more buying than selling at these prices. In the last 3 weeks there have been 6, that is SIX buys by directors. If that isn't a vote of confidence, I don't know what is. People have to think about yesterday"s developments and decide...did Gregor go for personal reasons or because he knows the company is failing. Think about all the news that keeps coming out...New cars on the horizon...Only Wed we heard about the V12 vantage which is certain to be another sell out. We have a solid plan in place which means in less than 2 years all our core vehicles will have been replaced with new models and we have a continuous stream of high revenue specials running alongside core vehicles. DBX will also have several derivatives. Our revenue is set to take off in 2023. I still believe the plan is on track.

Top Gear at 8pm Sunday...reviews the Aston Martin Victor :-))
