C26, I don't pretend to be an expert because I'm certainly not. I don't know the mechanics of how a Company refinances their loans but I do know the bonds end in 2025 so worst case scenario is that we will borrow at a much lower rate from that point. However, our CFO Gregor seems confident that we will be able to do so at an earlier date. I'll leave the 'how to' bit for him to work out if you dont mind.

Thank you ChaosTheory. I think all LTHs know that the debt will have been refinanced by 2025 at the latest, so there's no way we will still be paying £165m pa at that point. C26 obviously knows that too, but it doesn't suit his agenda to admit so.

"A 'CAPEX' does not directly affect income statements in the year of purchase, but for each subsequent year for the expected useful life of the asset, the depreciation expense affects the income statement."
Therefore, CAPEX is not deducted from EBITDA. If it did you would be includind the same expence twice. That's why it doesn't appear in the heading...i.e. 'Earnings before Deduction of Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization'.

Gregor says they expect to refinance the debt in 2023 which should significantly reduce our interest payments. Coupled with increased revenue from valhalla/spider, facelifted sports cars and new DBX variances, this is when we can expect to make substantial profit. Stroll and Moers have always said it will be 2023 before we are in profit...everything is running to plan, we just need to be patient :-))

I'm not blaming the SP on anyone here Nite! This has always been a long game...increases will come when we start to see a profit. This was always a 5 year plan with over 3 years yet to run. I was commenting on the level of negativity spoiling the BB. Maybe it's just my opinion, but I enjoyed it when people were generally more civil to each other and shared more factual information about the Company. Anyway, I've said my piece now.

This BB has deteriorated beyond recognition. I've followed it for over 18 months but stopped contributing long ago because all it now consists of , is deramping, arguing and totally insane posts. It used to be really interesting and informative with lots of people with various levels of knowledge sharing information and their differing views, but not any more. All this speculation and arguing will mean nothing in 2 days time when we get the results. Then we'll know whether Stroll's mid-term plan is still on track. I still hold all my shares which says that I think it is...but let's wait and see :-))

That explains it Paul, I wondered why I seemed to be the only one who couldn't read it lol. Thanks for resolving that little mystery. It is good to see the SP over £20 again but probably a target for Adeem to sell some more. They really can't have many left now though, so I'm sure we'll be free of them soon.

Cheers Vorlich, it's appreciated. As you say, a good write up that obviosly ppreciates the significant progress that is coming over the hill. I think we are fast approaching the point where things will start to happen one a after another. As the progress gathers momentum, people will start to notice and the SP will begin its long climb :-))
