wad - the only reason people can as you suggest "bash the stock" is down to the company's (in)action. we are 20 months into a pandemic and colin has not sold a test. if you can't see there is a problem then you are burying your head in the sand in my opinion

i understand the frustration of those reading critical posts but the truth is the blame lies purely with colin - not posters on a BB. the anger is misplaced.

the pandemic continues..There is a demand for LFT - so what is the plan colin?

1)is he going to take up the gov contract? if not why not?
2) once we have US approval for professional use then what? will this result in significant sales or will the can be kicked down the road again whilst we apply for "self test"

basically he is saying no sales and approvals - sp dying a slow death.
he does not believe odx will get £374m contract fulfilled. no institutional investors. Directors sold their shares

my suspicion for awhile is that colin is not happy with the price offered by the company(s) we have supposedly been talking to for months - i can't see any other reason for not concluding them. yes he probably hoping that our test gets approved and therefore more profit- but how long is that going to take? every day odx does not grab that gov contract means more competition with those who will. the time for greed has gone with covid. too much competition. odx had a pole position but that has now gone.

yes he might not get the price he wants but with no proven sales team - beggars can't be choosers

looks like people on twitter seemingly making promotional material up are working harder and doing a better job than others that are supposed to be doing it as their job

twitter is a very strange and unreal place at the best of times. I also think there are some strange "share" people on there.. wouldn't be surprised if true or fake

i am really torn on this

i want covid over and i want a return on my odx outlay. i hate wishing the pandemic to continue to get my cash back.
personally i think we will have it bad until at least spring. so hopefully loads more testing. the worry is the seeming lack of urgency with colin the caterpillart

tbh i can only see odx selling to uk/eu/usa - from a price point of view. the stuff they want to sell in china will sell a few and get reverse engineered and then made cheaper over there. I would question price for africa as well. stuff made in this country tends to be pricier than a lot of other places in the world.
one would think uk would be their best and easiest market. i see they are potentially in frankfurt in november - but who knows what eu competition is like.
usa they are going for pro use when really they should have been going for self test

I don't think you can blame anyone else other than colin "cant sell a test in a pandemic". How long does he need to talk to agree with another company? been optimistic and encouraging since July!
for those of us who think it was because he was holding out for his own test to be approved - if true it was always a risky strategy - how long will it take? how much more competition? if he blows the gov contract then will his sales team step up?

i think colin the caterpillar needs to go.
