twatcher - that has always been one of my worries. totally agree that colin needs to make hay. which is why i hope he knows what he is doing if he is playing for time waiting for approvals. if he misses the boat and the company has to rerate on current sales then it will be a bloodbath

twatcher - the tesla tweet was not needed at all. Investors / traders pump any old rubbish info up all day long on these boards and twitter. they don't have to respond - tbh they should be too busy "selling" to worry what people are tweeting.

personally i still think silence rather than any "non " tweets. A non tweet will shred the SP as we keep seeing

the problem is that they have a small twitter following and seemingly feel they have to engage with it as if they were a group of mates. hence the curry night tweet with the next round of beers.

this is what makes me laugh all these who sing Colin's praises as a genius businessman. He does not seem to learn from his continual mistakes

chris - with all respect they don't have to respond to the speculation of a handful of posters. if there were wide speculation and it was necessary there would have been an RNS.

tbh it looked like they believed that the very small band of twitter followers that suck up to them are a bigger mass than they are. that is what i mean about reading the room. big problem with twitter is that people get swayed by the more vocal minority thinking it is the majority
they thought they were being clever - trying to copy elon musk - and it backfired and slaughtered the SP. it was a self inflicted wound.

bangbang - i agree. which is why i said yesterday that i hoped they didn't tweet. For my money they dont "read" the room and their tweets always end up causing more damage.
i suspect the value of the work done is quite low and therefore they don't want to egg the pudding - but unfortunately you have to play the game with the market. silence is always better than pricking the balloon

oke -i am afraid colin lost my respect when there was the "tesla" tweet..it was insulting and unnecessary. now he prob didnt write it but he hired the people who did. so must take responsibility

in sales - and this is ultimately what ODX are about - there is only one thing people are interested in and that is can you sell.
if/when he does then he might rebalance the book

If he were a good businessman he should have know the market mechanics and would not have released poorly worded RNS and tweets. His hiring of Wallybrook is questionable and quite probably his sales team too

twatcher - i agree it is a shame the thread was removed. this is starting to become a frequent event on this board and I suspect the mechanism is getting a tad abused in a bid to manipulate the narrative.
Quite frankly it is pathetic to remove threads - if someone is aggressive/rude then leave it up - it remains in their history and people can see their true colours. At the moment if you see a thread you don't like you can post badly and get it removed or just take snowflake offence.

my guess is that the info on cassetting and pouching being done by ODX was already out there. They have not previously given details of contract - so maybe a NDA . in which case nothing to add via RNS.
i suppose they could have tweeted but would probably have made it come across worse somehow -..... knowing colin eg "we are doing some work , not getting paid enough or much - dont order a skoda"

agreed twatcher - the emphasis on lft is really self use...which is why all this applying for professional use - unless absolutely necessary to go and get self use - has been a waste of time.
